omg, what an appalling experience buying through Coffeeteca. I had a question following placing an order - the machine I purchased was offered on the Coffeeteca website on a different webpage at a lower price, so I wanted to ask for the lower price. I submitted a form through their website, sent several emails, left 3 voice messages, and messaged them through facebook but not a single response. After not hearing from them for several days (or receiving tracking info) I contacted my bank and reported the transaction as a fraud. Ultimately, about 10 days after placing the order, the machine turned up. But what a horrible experience and I can't believe the rudeness of them not replying to any of my messages.

Bad coffee machine and customer service. This is an expresso that doesnt fit many average cups. There is also a long wait time moving from coffee to milk frothing. Customer service was not understanding to these issues upon receiving the coffee machine. Do not get this machine. Not worth the money

The grinder I purchased arrived dead on arrival (DOA). When I requested a replacement, instead of sending one directly, Coffeeteca redirected me to their supplier. This required me to transport the grinder over an hour to reach the supplier, and to make matters more difficult they are closed on weekends. I am still waiting to hear back from the supplier regarding the reason my grinder was DOA and what the next steps are. I have been without a grinder for over a week now and I am extremely unhappy with Coffeeteca. I will not be purchasing from Coffeeteca again.

TERRIBLE MACHINE, STOPPED WORKING IN UNDER 3 MONTHS AND NO ONE WANTS TO HONOUR THE WARRANTY.

I have only just taken receipt of the Eureka Mignon so an unable to compare it to my old Savinelli (which is still going after 30000 double shots) but look forward to being able to give it 5 stars once I get the adjustment right and get familar with it. The poor rating is not down to Coffeeteca but Startrack's delivery. I was in no rush so only tracked the parcel after a week+ to discover that Coffeetecan had dispatched it promptly and it had already been in Coffs for a week. Apparently the street number had been incorrectly transcribed to no20 so the parcel was returned to the depot. We all make minor mistakes occasionally but it would have been appropriate if they's sent me a msg that the address didn't exist rather than have me ring a week later. I initially offered to pick it up in person but was advised Startrack couldn't be certain that would be possible as it could be declined because my ID would show the correct house no, ie 40. So I went for the redelivery option (accepting some further delay). On Wed 19th I received a msg that it would be delivered that day between 9am and 5pm. The time was already 5.06pm! So I expected delivery on the 20th. I happened to see the Startrack van pass my house in the morning without stopping so immediately rang to be advised the address was still no 20 so they had not been able to deliver it. I have finally picked it up myself from the depot today. Unbelievable! I believe Startrack are generally a capable organisation and staff are always courteous. However it only works efficiently when the bar codes and readers are in control. Any problem requiring human intervention (I spoke to 4 and lost count of the calls) is a recipe for bigger problems. I don't know if the staff are inadequately trained or don't understand their own systems or they get tangled up with bureaucratic rules but all very frustrating.

The coffee I was given with my purchase was awful . Must have been out of date. Tasted like an ash tray. Worst I’ve ever tasted.Disappointing
