I ordered a bag and the delivery was very quick and the website easy to use, however, it was too small for what I needed. After searching for a returns form and coming up short, I googled it and found that you needed to call. Herein began a series of calls, where the people were perfectly nice but the process was beyond ridiculous. The first call I was told they would email me a returns slip and I had to pay for their courier as they wouldn't guarantee anything via Royal Mail. I receive the email to pay for the courier through Paypal, but I don't receive the returns slip. Second call a number of hours later they send the returns slip. The next day the courier is supposed to show up but doesn't. I call, they apologise and say it's scheduled for next week. Next week, no one shows up so I call again and they say it shows a failed pick-up. When I probe further it turns out their courier service doesn't go past the first floor of a building (my company is on the 11th, where they delivered it to) so they won't pick it up. They also won't call when they're downstairs as they use their own phones. I can't leave my package on reception downstairs as they service a whole building and can't guarantee it. They say they can give me a one hour slot, but I have a meeting. There are so many companies whose office is a floor of a building that this should not be an issue (and never has been before). I say to scrap their courier and I will send it using Royal Mail (which was perfectly fine and arrived in 2 days, thanks, Royal Mail) but can I get refunded for the courier. Apparently I shouldn't have been charged for it, although I had. I was told to email screenshots to show this, which I did. Three days later, no reply. I send again, three days later again, still no reply. I have to call again to get this refunded. Once things get going, it's quick, and the customer service team are very friendly - I can't fault them - but the process is ridiculous, and forcing someone to use a courier service which can't even courier is beyond the realms of sensible. I would never use this service again because online shopping and returning should be easy.

First time to use coggles. I placed two separate orders and I’m really impressed with their products, pricing and service. No problems at all with stock availability and shipment. They do emphasise on checking carefully whether an item is in stock or not before placing an order so I’m guessing if you don’t do that, things could go wrong from there. I find that they are one of those sites that are very reliable but if things go wrong, they might have to learn to deal with them more efficiently – I’m basing that on some of the reviews here, such as having to improve on their returns policy. Overall, five stars for a good shopping experience!

I ordered a Valentino bag in the sale. Original value was £595. It was described as black leather covered with metal studs. The studs were actually coated plastic which was a big turn off for a bag of this value. I contacted coggles by phone and was told I should return the bag for a refund and after staying on hold while the supervisor was contacted, I was told the postage would be refunded too as the bag was misrepresented on the website. I am a solicitor and am quite aware of my statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act. However the postage was not refunded and after chasing it up 3 times and fobbed off by Vicki twice and ignored the third time I decided to leave a review on coggles website to let other customers know the bag had plastic hardware. This review never appeared. I have to say that for a company to treat a customer so badly and illegally for the sake of a couple of pound is beyond me. I should not be out of pocket for their mistake. I will never order from them again. Their customer care is appalling.

the tracking service for international shipping doesn't give any updates . I have been waiting for 10 days for my order (which is still not here and I am expecting the worst scenarios ever tbh) without any information about my parcel. I can't understand why would they ship luxury clothing with such unsafe post service.

Just ordered yesterday it has been moor than 24 hours item still not dispatched! Already taking my money trying to cancel my order website doesn't let me! Appalled with the service! I wish I never ordered from Here!

I purchased two handbags from Coggles which returned the same week using UPS, I just happened to be checking my statements and noticed the refund had not been credited to my card, two days later, several phone calls ,serve anguish and talking to some absolute idiots the handbags suddenly appeared in there warehouse , no explanation or apology was given. Needless to say as many of us don't check our refund statements Matthew Moulding Ceo of Coggles would have been £579 better off . . . . I was then insulted with an offer of £5. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order two weeks ago and still says its in its processing stage and awaiting stock pickup. I had messaged them about this and the first email I received back was not helpful with customer service telling me it was already sent and I should receive it soon. With no verdict I had messaged them again and customer service were very apologetic this time that it hasn't been sent and told me that this was due to the item being out of stock with their supplier. It's been several days since I received that last email and the item still hasn't been sent and I am out more than $600 AUD with no sign that it will ever come. What makes the experience worse is that the item I purchased is still for sale on the website even though it is currently out of stock at the moment. On top of this, the item is now at a cheaper sale price so I ended up paying $100 more for an item I won't receive. Horrible experience with this website and will never use it again!! Update: I had put this review on trust pilot and was taken off and reported by Coggles as they reported that I was not a valid customer. After successfully verifying my details with trust pilot including my order details, it is still not visible to the public.

O placed an order for some shoes which I then received an email a couple of days after saying they were no longer available and my order had been cancelled and I had not been charged. I then purchased from another store at a lower price and two days after receiving those my order from Coggles arrived and I had been charged. I returned that order for full credit including P&P as it was Coggles error. They received my return on the 3rd of August and on the 10th August I am still waiting my credit. I Have chased it twice through their annoying web portal which is the only way to email them but have been told there is an error with their refund processing causing the delay. I will never buy from this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

A dissapointment (UPDATED) My first experience with Coggles is something I don't wish upon others. And I do believe that they truly don't care about the concept of happy and returning customers. My order was for three items of which only two was sent to me. Of those two items one was sent back because of size issues and has been not yet been acknowledged to be returned despite proof of acceptance. The other item is a sweater that was clearly washed by a prior owner but as I liked very much I decided to keep it. The third a still not delivered item is a pair of Dr Martens Arthur boots in size 7 which was on sale at purchase. According to different so called customer service people they where unfortunately out of stock when I purchased them which is the reason for the purchase to be cancelled. But the truth is they where never out of stock and hadn't been for the last two weeks since my order was placed. And they are still available but with a higher price. Customer service is now avoiding my queries with standard phrases and fake pleasantries. It shouldn't feel like this when you've shop at a high profile online shop as Coggles clearly wants to be seen as. So potential customers I recommend that you look elsewhere for your online purchases. Matchesfashion or Zalando are in my experience better alternatives that appreciates the value of a happy customer or at least honors an agreement. UPDATE I did what Jordan at Coggles suggested and contacted them both on email and then later on phone. During the conversation he never denied that the boots actually wasn't in stock but rather gave me the usual talk standard answers that he really wanted me to feel happy about Coggles and so on. In the end he said that he would get back with a for me satisfactory solution (which I explained is getting the boots which he kind of tried to persuade me out of without any success) the day after or by the latest the day after that. Well as you can guess that hasn't happened and I believe that the are not the least interested in solving this issue. The boots are still available to purchase so it shouldn't be a problem for them. This is the worst experience I've had this far with online shopping and I have a lot of experience with both small merchandisers, ebayer from every country you can imagine and the big names such as Matches and Farfetch. Coggles should not be mentioned among those. I will keep on posting on other review sites as well as style forums so that every one that is the least unsure about going with Coggles hopefullly reads it and chooses to go elsewhere. Won't ever order from them again. My sunglasses were delivered to me two days ago via courier. They were thrown over my gate, it rained all day and consequently the entire contents were drenched and the designer box and glasses case are ruined. There is no way to contact them other than via email. I have sent several, not one has included an apology or acknowledged the condition that I received them in. I now have to give up a whole day to wait in for a courier to collect them as no other information has been given to me. whether they will give me a condition based on the state of them upon return, remains to be seen. Appalling communication and customer service.

This is the worst website I have ever ordered from. I ordered a pair of jeans that didn't fit and returned them the next day. It's been over a month and I haven't received my refund yet and the staff are condescending and unhelpful, and have lied about processing my refund several times. I received a note that the jeans had been received in the Coggles warehouse almost immediately after sending them back (which I had to pay for), but the team still would't refund me. I am dealing with AmEx now as I haven't received my money back from them - £100.

Returned multiple items and coggles disputed one of them. They accused me of not sending the item back. Items were returned 04/04/2015 - its not 05/05/2015 and I am still chasing my refund.

I ordered on 31 Dec 15 and Coggles said the item sent on the 1st Jan 15 with tracking number. After 2 weeks I found that the online tracking said the item could not be delivered due to false address. I contacted Coggles.com and they promised to resolve it. I heard nothing over a month and asked again then they said they will get in touch with the courier. Another month gone I have to email them again to follow up. This time they said cannot send the parcel to me and will arrange refund when they get the item back from courier. Is been over 4 months now, no follow up, no refund... worse UK online retailer for sure.

19 February 2015 I ordered gloves on this site. More than a 1,5 month passed but I not received my order. I wrote to customer service and a very long time waiting for an answer. When I got the answer I was shocked. Here is the original answer from support: “Hello Nurik, Thank you for getting in touch about order 50662666. We operate a 40 day policy in which we ask you to please make contact to let us know that your order has not arrived. As it has now been over 40 days since your order was sent, we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this. Returned goods on and they were received by Coggles on 5 March. Chased refund on 19 March and they confirmed that the payment had been requested and I would receive it within 5 working days. Didn't so chased again and they asked me to give it a couple of days. Called today and the guy I spoke to checked with Finance, who had "overlooked" it - not have to wait another few days. Enjoy the Easter weekend with my £250, won't you Coggles!

SHOCKING!!! Sent back item 4 weeks ago and STILL havent had a refund...They told me IT will deal with it, not even sure what that means exactly. Called again and they told me the same thing. I'm missing £252 and still waiting. NEVER USE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I BOUGHT A PAIR OF WOMEN'S SIZE 6 SHOES FROM THEM. THEY SENT THE SHOE IN A MEN'S SIZE 6. I SENT MULTIPLE E-MAILS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND NOONE ANSWERED ANY OF MY E-MAILS!!!!!!! I AM NOW STUCK PAYING OVER $135.00 FOR A PAIR OF SHOES THAT ARE WAY TOO BIG FOR ME!!! I CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW ANGRY I AM.
