Ordered 3 lidded adult cups on 01/04/19 no email to say dispatched, so after one week started to try ring them, tried several times a day but just got recorded message about how important my call is, high volume of calls then after 15 mins of waiting got cut off !! Emails ignored !!! Today after 4 days of trying I was shocked to have my call answered by a rather grumpy lady who said “ be patient we are moving “ I asked to cancel the order which she managed to do, ordered similar on Amazon and they should arrive tomorrow Very poor company would not use again !!!

I have just started on the road that other reviewers on this page have followed. I ADVISE NOT TO GET INVOLVED. I have already not been able to get a response. £999, 95 paid for a wheel chair for my mum on 29th March 19, and NO response via any of their communication channels. And she is near end of life stage so wheel chair was intended to ease her last few weeks months. If you are involved move immediately to the process advised by Citizens Advice Consumer advice ( online or phone help line). They are brilliant and can help you resolve your issue. I have just posted my recorded delivery letter to start my own bloody process! Good luck peeps

I ordered items on the 15th March got part order 3 days later but nothing since tried phoning 4 times but got cut of 15 min later also tried Emails no response had no problems previous to this but now I will not use again as untrustworthy.

Take your money straight away and you get a confirmation email. Never hear from them again - they don't answer their contact form, automated response says they'll get back to you in 2 days - nothing. Emailed them, again no reply. Tried calling 3 times today, no one answers the phone, just a recorded message saying they are busy and your call is important and then cut you off after 15 minutes!! Have filed a dispute with Paypal today to get my money back so I can purchase the chair risers I ordered elsewhere. It's been nearly a month now - I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Ordered a wheelchair on 5th April 2019 because I needed it for my birthday on 12th April and their website promised fast delivery. Reviews shown on website were good. Money taken from my account on 5th April (immediately) and automated email confirmed receipt of order and advised further email would be sent when despatched. Now 10th April no advice of despatch, cannot get through on the phone or cancel order as credit card say I cannot dispute for 15 days. Have emailed them and received message that a reply will be sent within 2 days which means no wheelchair in time for my birthday which will ruin the weekend away. VERY DISAPPOINTED and you call yourselves COMPLETE CARE CO. - I THINK NOT

Original problem with delivery now resolved. Managed to get through on phone and order now received. All to do with move going wrong but definitely still trading.

Worst company ever only got part of my order can't contact them held on line for fifteen minutes then disconnected did manage once told the order would be sent out but nothing arrived.E mail sent but no response.Fancy running a company that rips of disabled customers SHAME ON YOU.

I placed an order on 27th march. Haven't heard anything from Complete care. Tracking says they are waiting for equipment from manufacturer. I cancelled order a week ago but they haven't contacted me about it. Can't get through on phone as waiting for ages in queue in spite of message saying my call will be answered 'in a moment'. Terrible customer service

Absolutely shocking!!! I placed an order on 20th March, paid by paypal, and the money was taken out the same day. Nothing has arrived yet. I received no correspondence regarding the item. I've emailed 3 times with no response and phoned continuously to be held in a queue then disconnected. I will never use this company again and I certainly will never recommend them.

I ordered two Harley circular lumber rolls on the 28Th March and to date (8th April) haven’t received anything. I tried to contact the company by phone and was waiting for 13 minutes when all of a sudden the line went dead. So far I haven’t had a very good experience and can only hope that when or if they arrive they are the ones I ordered. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

This company takes forever to deliver your order once placed. Each order I have previously placed, has taken about 2 weeks!. I always have to phone this company and ask when my order will be delivered and once I do this, it seems to get sent out immediately. No use if you are in a hurry for essential items.

Ordered product, but never arrived. Tried to contact the company via telephone for over a week, never answered the phone once. Numerous emails sent no response. The company is a disgrace. No chance of ever getting my money back.

These people are thieves and charlatans who are exploiting disabled people. They have £50 of my money which I will probably never see again, and which I can ill afford. I have chased them via email, webform and phone to no avail. The first time I rang, they answered the phone they promised to send within 2 days but this was a lie. Since then, I have rung them multiple times and they hang up the phone after keeping you on hold for 15 minutes. Their alternative phone number is disconnected.

Complete con. Took my money, told me the product would be shipped imminently, over 2 weeks later I found out that the product had not even been located in the warehouse. The least genuine apology ever from the customer care representative who sounded like she did these apoligies on a daily basis. Ordered a refund. Advice: never waste money on these jokers.
