Went on the website ordered a £1200 wheelchair which was advertised as in stock. Received no confirmation email. I emailed and rang with no response. Finally 3 weeks later they said the chair is no longer available, asked why they couldn't be bothered to inform me but no response. Asked for a refund they said they would process it immediately, rang a week later to be told the refund has been raised but awaiting transfer to my Grans account, the poor cow is stuck with no wheelchair as we cannot buy another till these arseholes give her her money back. The company needs raising to the ground. A trip to their offices in Preston is on the cards. Absolutely a disgrace

4 weeks ago I placed an order. No response to my numerous emails or registered delivery letter or 20 unanswered phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WISH TO WASTE YOUR MONEY! DISGRACEFULL

This company took my money but they have not supplied all the goods. They don't reply to emails and they never answer the phone. It's a shame because they used to be so good. I think they must have been taken over by a different company. I will never order from them again.

Ordered a wheel chair cosy on 11.3, money taken but no goods delivered. Continually cut off after holding on phone for 30 mins at a time. No response to email. Wish I'd seen everyone else's reviews. This is shameless exploitation and theft from disabled people. Will be taking action through Citizens Advice or Trading Standards

Absolutely useless - placed an order almost a month ago, the money was taken from my account immediately but the goods never arrived No reply from their phone number, no reply to emails either. Terrible service. I still haven't received the goods and can't get a refund. Will never use them again.

I am still waiting for a delivery of a wheel chair I ordered and paid on the 24th March. I call up daily and wait whilst I get an automated message saying there is a high level of calls and I shld continue to hold. I am about to contact the ombudsman . My order number in case someone from complete care actually reads these reviews is 2504209. If I don’t have this in the next week there is no point in me having ordered it as I needed it for an upcoming cruise with my 89 year old mum.

Terrible service, avoid like the plague. I ordered a wheel chair and accessories for my house bound father. I waited several weeks for confirmation of shipping. I was unable to reach them via the phone as it was constantly engaged. They did not respond to email requests as to when the items would be shipped. I informed them I needed to cancel the order and and find an alternative supplier and requested a refund as no notification of shipping had been received. They still have my my money and no wheel chair has been sent. They do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP:

Wish there was zero stars. Ordered 2 walking sticks for myself. They told me they had a supplier problem. I cancelled the order but have never received a refund. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM

Ordered much needed items on 20th March. Money taken 1st April 2019. Sent 2 emails, no answer. Tried to ring, constantly engaged. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I ordered from you. Would not order anything from you again!

I am so worried , orderd an alarm on 2 nd April , for my elderly mum and it still hadn’t arrived ,( no updates at all ) I can’t get hold of the company !! Tried every way . What to do now ? I am very disappointed .....

Do not order from this company. I have been a regular customer but they took my last order and money on 14th March and as of 13th March I have only received part of the order. The most expensive item, a wheelchair cushion at £53+ is outstanding. No reply on the phone or to my emails. Will try to get my money back via the credit card company under chargeback but I've probably lost it. Very upset they can treat people like this.

This company is a joke and should not be abla to trade. They cannot meet their commitmentsbut ensure they take payment for orders placed within hours. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. They always state they are unindated with calls and ask you to hold after 15 minutes you are cut-off when you call again you have the engaged buzzing. I will definitely not be using this company again and I advise other people to stay away. I cannot sell jthis. Company trading much longer and the Trading Standards Office should investigate their transactions.

Similar experience to other reviews, although after 9 working days I did actually receive the lidded cups, after starting a grievance through PayPal. No response to emails of phone calls, so really don't know what is wrong here. Wouldn't use again.
