what a company ordered a mobility scooter on 28/08/2020 took money for scooter ..told would be delivered on 01/09/2020 as was coming direct from manufactures. same as other reviews cant get hold of anybody on phone also do not answer e mails bad business practise can see why people say they wont buy again from this company

Read all reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered placed over £50.items were said to be in stock and delivery within five days. Hasn’t happened .emailed they just keep fobbing you off with item will soon be dispatched. Pay by PayPal that way you can escalate the claim for protection from these fraudsters. Judging by the amount of disgruntled customers it won’t be long before this company cease trading and all for the better I say. Your customer service department should be ashamed of themselves knowing they do a job based on lies to customers all of the time. Get a real job! One with morals this is a shop selling disability aids to those who need it don’t you think your customers have a hard enough time already without you robbing them. Don’t put a thank you for your review response and please contact our customer service department. It just makes you look even more unprofessional . I will await my refund from PayPal.

The cushion itself is very comfortable. The only problem is there is nothing on the cover to help it stick to the seat and not slide backwards. It could do with some velcro on the cover. Even a bigger, standard wheelchair size (18x18") would be great. Maybe something to think about.

I waited a fortnight for support socks. I ordered beige and got black! Had I known,could have bought them from my local Tesco. I will never deal with this company again!,

Totally scamming service. I ordered a bath chair for my elderly grandparents. I paid for next day delivery and waited 3 days and nothing. I tried to call numerous times and no answer. I emailed and nothing for a day or so. Then they said they would refund my postage. Still no refund on postage. We are now over 7 days since order and nothing. No chair an no refund. I have opened a case with PayPal and still no refund. I have to wait till mid August to escalate case. They say 3 year warranty, doubt that would happen. I want the money back or will take you to court for the full money and my costs. How can you scam people, your really dishonest. BUYERS BEWARE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. NO stars if I could

So a parcel arrived with just 1 of 4 items ordered stating it was a complete order. Really? I have emailed no reply I have phoned and been thanked for my patience 47 times whilst waiting for someone to answer due to the high volume of calls. If I could give them a minus rating I would. A total waste of time money and effort. By the way the answer to a previous review for wrong item sent used "unprecedented demand" as an excuse. the wrong item in a package is never excused by anything, it is gross to use C19 as an excuse.

Like all other reviews your customer service is abysmal no one ever answers the phone tried 4 times now no one ever answers emails tried 4 times now ordered a mobility scooter bag 3rd July have not received it, but money was promptly taken, with the number of awful reviews your company gets, you should be ashamed of yourselves, and don't deserve to be in business. My order no. 3005426. If it does not turn up this week I will be seeking full refund through paypal Alan

Where is my order (number2997288)? Your telephonist lied to me on 5th July saying it was packed and ready for despatch. Its too late now as item was need by this Wednesday at the latest. I have emailed many times without response. I've emailed today requesting the order to be cancelled and for a full refund. I hope you have the decency to respond although I'm not holding my breath!!!!

I wish I had see all these comments. I too ordered and paid for next working day delivery for which they charged £6.21 plus VAT - can you charge VAT on postage? No goods, no one answering the phone, emails not answered. Am now on the phone getting through to my credit card company, to stop Complete Care taking any more money and to ask for my money back.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I THINK THAT PERHAPS IT IS A SCAM COMPANY

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered dressing aids for my husband. Ordered 16th June, money debited from credit card 17th June no goods received. Same experience as others - no response to emails, not able to contact by phone as keep getting cut off despite the message telling me to continue to hold and someone would help me. It's totally disgraceful. If complete care respond with the same message as I see others have got below their review, I will be furious. Just deal with the emails already sent !

Like previous customers I placed an order and have no reply to my emails and have been cut off the telephone after waiting a long time Foolishly I ordered another item and was told 2 to 3 working days. What a joke. I am still waiting.

Avoid. I placed an order approx 3 weeks ago and the money was immediately taken. The product hasn't arrived despite chase phone calls & email Will now claim back through credit card

Don’t use this company very bad take your money mess you around ..and check for sister companies that are part of this one ..communication is very very bad ..and they plainly just fob you off .just don’t care ..be warned ..especially if you are elderly and frail ...they finally deliver but at very early morning driver drop and leave ..heavy box ..very bad

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE.....Like all of the recent reviews I am afraid another negative experience to be added. My extremely frail mother has recently survived 3 weeks with an untreated fractured hip, then contracted and survived Covid after hip surgery with 6 bouts of recurrent pneumonia all whilst battling late stage Parkinsons. However, she keeps asking where her shower wheelchair is....unfortunately it would appear Complete Care could not care less. Ordered on 23rd June and no contact to date on order despite phone call and 2 emails. Tried calling again but no response and no voicemail. Would appear anything more substantial than small independent living aids are beyond their capacity to provide along with a complete absence of communication. It is interesting to note when filtering reviews initial positive reviews are from over a year ago. If you filter by negative star results the spike has come in recent weeks. I understand Covid impact in items being delayed in delivery but what I cannot understand is the TOTAL lack of communication. Money paid but no product and no idea if my Mum will ever get it or her money back - is there anyone at Complete Care Shop taking any interest?
