“I ordered a wheel chair on the 9th March and expected delivery as guaranteed within 3-5 working days.The money was taken from my account for the goods immediately . It is now the 21st March and I have not received the wheel chair. I contacted the company this morning to be advised that it still had not been dispatched and they could give no reason for this!!! I have asked for my money back and can only hope that this is administered a lot quicker so I can purchase another one elsewhere. Very poor service and very disappointing.”

“In that their website was easy to navigate. It also looked professional. The stick availability and price was key to my purchase. The overall e-friendliness or customer friendly feel came across to me. The real bonus was the price! Very happy as well as the speed of my order and time to arrive.”

“I've just read all the bad reviews from 6+ months ago and must confess it reads like a different company. I've ordered from them 3 or times and each time my order has been correctly fulfilled and quickly delivered. Maybe they've got their act together now, but whatever the reason, I'm more than happy with the service received.”

“I placed an order for a christmas present, the invoice stated 3 - 5 working days delivery, no mention that they had no stock. I phoned 7 days later to be told that they had just recieved a delivery and that the item would be shipp ed first class as soon as the delivery was unpacked and on the shelf. I phoned again 4 days later to be told that they STILL had not unpacked the delivery and that they were now closing for christmas and it would be dealt with when they return to work. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. DO NOT USE THEM....”
