The games themselves are great! However it took over 7 weeks to receive my order with no contact from customer service about a delay! It took me reaching out to find out about the delay! Terrible customer service and communication.

Kids love it, but the weights are horrible. They are full of sand and opened and went throughout the pool. Would be better with a better design.

Crossnet vb..indoors. The game was fun. It took a long time to set up but easy to lean. I put water in bases...sooo hard to get all water out and tht shouldnt be. Dont want to leave any water in base. Trying to empty water I lost a cap to one container.!! Can you send me another? Having a plug at one end will make emptying much better.

2023-07-27 : Vraiment un bon jeu ! on a joué sur la plage et les voisins venaient pour essayer et TOUT le monde a adoré, simple et rapide à jouer. Un peu long à assemblé par contre et les cordes n'ont pas de dispositif d'ajustement de tension, bref petit détail VS un jeu merveilleux ! sport de cour arrière qui ne prend pas beaucoup de place sur le terrain. J'ai aussi la version aquatique (H20), mais pas encore essayer Jacques Bérard Québec, Canada

Great concept but the design still needs work. The pvc pipes come apart often and that makes it not so much fun to play. A locking mechanism would take this to the next level. We have had to adhere each connection in order to play. Also - the water ball does not stay inflated. Disappointing for the price!

Here is my review: I ordered a the CROSSNET H2O (ORDER # 79512) on on July 1, 2023 It is now July 25, 2023 and I have not received the product. There has been no call or email to explain any issue. None However, your company was able to immediately process the payment of the item! Amazing! Is this the company you want to run? Is there any customer service? Would you be satisfied if you had ordered (and paid for) an item and waited for 4 weeks while nothing happened?

Received crossnet and the ball was defective. I sent in a video and was told a new ball would be shipped, then sent an email a few days later to say the ball is out of stock. It is difficult to play with a net and no ball. Furthermore, the net itself continues to float and even with the weights doesn’t stay still. Once again was told I would be shipped additional weight. For the money I spent on this item, I am beyond disappointed and would never recommend this to anyone.

It is very cumbersome to store unless it is left in the pool. I am thinking of returning because we just aren’t getting the use we expected. Also, one of the clips for the weights did not work and never heard back from customer service. Also when asked pointed questions in an email from customer service they are avoided by answering on something completely unrelated. It is like speaking to a politician. The delivery was very slow as well. And the charge was $32 Canadian. I was refunded $10 after the customer service agent said they’d refund me the whole amount. I would not recommend this game unless you have a really big property to find storage for it or you own a hotel resort. But for the dollar amount it’s not worth it.

Ordered the crossnet H2O - fun to play, although really not like pool volleyball, similar but different. Downsides: net does move around in the pool despite the weights, came with pump but not the small part that connects pump to the hole in the ball to actually be able to pump the ball, and took over a month to finally arrive.

Need a full refund, box has not even been opened. It took 6 weeks to deliver when I initially ordered it was supposed to take a week. I ordered 5/13 was not delivered until 6/19, My sons graduation party came and went which is what this was purchased for. On may 25th you sent an email stating it would ship in a week. That did not happen either. How do I return and process full refund?

My kids and their friends LOVE this game. The setup definitely takes two people, its not a quick process, and lots of adjusting to get it steady. Unfortunately in the first set up the boundary rope broke a ring off.

I ordered my Crossnet on May 21, 2023. I received an 2 emails on May 25th. One was mistakenly sent to me. It had the wrong information about my order. The second on apologized for the previous email and it also stated that my order would ship out that week. On May 30th I sent Crossnet an email inquiring about the status of my Crossnet. I wrote, “Is this the only way to have communication? Do you have a number to speak with a live person? I am extremely concerned about my purchase. I have my son’s graduation on Saturday and I still have not received my Crossnet.” Crossnet apologized for the delay in my shipment and stated they had just received the container with all the back orders. They stated that my order should ship within 1-2 business days. On June 8th, I still had not received my shipment so I emailed Crossnet once again. I wrote, “ On May 30th, I received an email stating my order was to ship in 1-2 business day. It is now June 6th and I still have not received my Crossnet. What is the status of my order? I would like to get a refund. It is taking too long. Thank you.” Crossnet responded via email. It said, “ Dear Kristin, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in processing your order. We understand your frustration, and we're working hard to fulfill all pending orders as quickly as possible. We are pleased to inform you that the container with the delayed shipment has finally arrived, and we are currently processing all pending orders, including yours. You can expect to receive the shipping details and tracking information on Friday. Our logistics team is working diligently to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, CROSSNET Customer Service Team” On June 13th I received an email that my Order is being shipped. Finally, on June 19th I received 2 emails. One stating my order is out for delivery and the other one stating my order was delivered. On June 20th I emailed Crossnet asking to return my order. On June 23rd Crossnet emailed me to ask why I wanted to return it. On June 27th I emailed back stating, “I would like to return my Crossnet because it took to long for it to arrive to my home. I ordered it on May 21st 2023. I did not receive the item until June 19, 2023. I inquired a few times about my order throughout the process. On June 7th I emailed you wanting a refund. I had to purchase another Crossnet at Dick’s in order to have it on time for my son’s graduation on June 10th. Please send me information so I may return the Crossnet. Thank you, Kristin” On June 29th Crossnet emailed stating, “ Hi Kristin, Thanks for your recent order from CrossNet and sorry to see that you’d like to return your order. Per our terms of service and return policy, we’d be more than happy to accept your return if the following conditions are met: Returns accepted for 30 days Customer provides return shipping No restocking fee No final sale items If the above terms are met please process a shipment to the below address and provide tracking information to info@crossnetgame.com. All orders will be refunded within 7 business days of orders being checked in. Attn: CrossNet 900 Turnbull Canyon Rd City of Industry, CA 91745 Sincerely, The Good Sport Customer Service Team.” I am extremely disappointed with Crossnet’s customer service and the quality of the Crossnet volleyball that came in the package that I purchased from Dick’s. It was very frustrating not being able to communicate live with a customer service representative. I should have not been lied to about the shipping status. Also, when I first inquired about canceling my order, it should have been granted. Now after all this, I have to pay shipping to return the order. Needless to say, you can say I am not a happy customer. Kristin
