You will go around in circles asking for a refund. I keep getting told my returns parcel hasn’t been received by them but it has as I’m able to track it via my postage reference number. Every single day I am trying every different platform to communicate to send them proof of postage for my refund to come back to me and still no refund! If you want a refund you will go around in circles for days/weeks trying to get it

Disgusting company. I returned 4 pillowcases 3 of which I didn't even take out of the boxes. They said they were damaged!!! So no refund. Really appalling.

10 days 27.10 ago I placed an order on Beauty cult and the payment was debited. It's been 10 days and the order hasn't been shipped! Chat support doesn't help! :( It looks like a very bad service , never used this resource:(

Horrendous! Placed an order on the 23rd of October, was supposed to get it by 29th. Hermes is a delivery parter that Cult Beauty uses. My parcel has been redirected and delayed 3 times now- it is clear that I will not be receiving it, as its been dispatched on the 25th and its now the 4th of November. Cult beauty are refusing to give me refund as apparently there are "updates" on my tracking, even though these updates are "your parcel has been re-directed" or "your parcel is delayed". There is no actual customer service that you can phone and speak to someone. The chat throws you out as soon as you haven't replied to a staff member in less than 1 minute. Any emails you send take about 2 days to receive a response and all of the responses are the same "there's still a chance your parcel might arrive". Been going in circles with them for over a week now and they just don't give the money back even though they haven't delivered the goods. Would strongly recommend using alternative websites instead of this one. AVOID!

Very upset that my favourite Cult Beauty has been taken over by THG. The website is VERY slow and its lost its touch. Website has also changed and login takes ages, sometimes it even fails. Won't buy from this place anymore unfortunately :( Have been purchasing from them for years and it's very sad to see this happen. Losing a lot of loyal customers!!

Had one item of nine delivered. Can’t speak to anyone. Have had to fill out a non received goods form which I had to print out, fill in, rescan and now won’t even upload - what a joke. Am I ever going to see the products I’ve paid for or my money?!

New website is terrible, difficult to navigate, can't find a thing. Since THG takeover, CB has become shambles (no surprise since THG has opinion but still you wouldn't imagine that bad...). No customer service. It's a Look Fantastic's clone and it's a scam since so many orders are not delivered and lost. And it's not just me - look what people say about them. Stay away!

I’ve been ordering from CB for a while now but my last experience was dreadful. They use Hermes …say no more! Parcel delivered to wrong parcel pick up point. Parcel returned to CB. Messaged CB customer services (no tel number to speak to someone) and eventually was informed they would not be arranging to resend parcel to my home address. Cancelled my order! This was a birthday gift so very disappointed. Will not ship with them again. Stick to Space NK much better CS and shopping experience.

I started ordering from CB in August of 2021 and have ordered many, many, many times since. In the beginning the process went smoothly and then the change of company ownership happened and thus the courier company changed from #DHL to #FEDEX and so the shipping cost changed as well. What a disaster! Packages take forever to get to you. Tracking is so inconsistent. The processing of the order also takes longer than previously. I have lost all trust in this online store. I tested their LookFantastic store and although shipping is free, the delivery seems to take 4-ever with no clear indication of where your package is. VERY disappointing. I will NEVER order from CB or LF again. Might give ASOS a go.

‼️CULT BEAUTY WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️???… Since they’ve been taken over by the Hut Group .. they’re customer service is non existent. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years . And they have gone completely southbound. We all, sadly come across issues with online retailers one time or another . HOWEVER, judging from previous reviews this seems to be quite a concerning pattern . With reference to dealing with refunds . I ordered a Advent Calendar £215.00 And YES .. you’ve guessed it .. i didn't receive it . After endless messaging ( because they no longer take phone calls anymore). AND PROVIDING THEM WITH SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF THE PROBLEM AND OF NON RECEIPT OF GOODS .. They’re response is .. I’m looking into this , with a good bit of patronising we’re sorry your disappointed , thrown in . AFTER ENDLESS REPEATING YOURSELF EXPLAINING THE SAME PROBLEM. ‼️ I HAVE NOW REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO ACTION FRAUD ‼️ It’s not what I wanted to do , HOWEVER, continuous DELAYING TACTICS .. OF NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. AND TAKING MONEY FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED .. THAT IS FRAUD In an ideal world .. I wanted it to be resolved in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER .

Hermes carelessly left my parcel on my front door without being authorised to do that. The parcel got Stolen- surprise surprise. Driver did let me know that he will deliver after he actually did so no chance to re schedule. Hermes responded to my email apologising and letting me know the next steps- cult beauty to re send the parcel and claim refund from them. BUT after aprox 10 emails and reaching out on all available platforms there is NO response from Cult beauty customer service…. Really sad as I liked ordering from them in the past. UPDATE,, I am sorry that you did not receive part of your order. Unfortunately I cannot issue a replacement as there is not shipment/tracking number. I am more than happy to offer a £5 credit of Goodwill. ‘’ IS THIS A JOKE? I have provided the tracking nr btw. They have changed the website recently so I have 2 order numbers now- mess

ordered a bottle of kilian perfume £157.25 should have been £185 but I had a promotion code smell doesn’t last longer than 2 minutes my friends lasts all day she purchased from different store got to be fake

First order with them was great. Even during the pandemic, I received the items earlier than expected. Second order experience is going horribly, first the order’s tracking didn’t get updated for nearly two weeks which is concerning. Then when I contacted them they first told me everything was fine, then I was told there is a ten business day delay. Then a few days later while keeping an eye on the tracking information it seems that within the span of a couple of days the package arrived in my country, had cleared customs, and I was notified of its arrival and pickup location. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AND I DONT KNOW WHY IT WASNT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AND WHERE THIS PICKUP LOCATION IS. Since then I have contacted the supposed courier including emailing and calling abroad and emailing cult beauty. I have also called all the courier companies operating in my country and they can’t match the tracking info with ANY OF THEIR PACKAGES. So I don’t know where my package is, who was actually notified, and what they did not only with my personal contact information that I gave them but also the money I paid them for the order. Furthermore, I looked into the reviews of their international shipping a lot of their global customers who used their free shipping option have similar issues to mine so I don’t know why they insist on using this dismal courier. 😡😡😡😡 awful experience I thought when I used their free shipping option over the paid one I would just have to wait a little longer, NOT THAT I WOULDNT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER, WHERE IT IS, AND FINALLY WHO THIS SUPPOSED COURIER ACTUALLY NOTIFIED.

The company sent me an empty box. Apparently this has happened to others before. They claim the weight of the box was correct but all I got was an empty box. No reimbursement or compensation offered. Absolutely untrustworthy.
