Bought a Samsung WF80F5e Washing machine, told it was one of the best machines on the market. Once installed it vibrates so much that the floor, sink, work surfaces all vibrate so much all the crockery crashes off the side, even the water in the washing up bowl jumps up 2 inches! When we contacted Currys they sent an engineer out, the first thing he said was do you have suspended floors? Yes we do, he said , this machine is no good on suspended floors! We were told to contact Currys, when we did they said you will have to contact Samsung! We contacted Samsung and they said you should have been told by Currys that its not suitable for suspended floors! Talk about pass the buck!!! Currys were not prepared to do anything about taking the machine back and supplying us with a different make. I shall never buy from Currys again EVER.

Kenwood Fridge freezer ordered on 27/12/16 and delivery arranged for 02/01/17. Fridge freezer duly delivered on the 02/01 and found to be damaged (dent to the upper left corner of fridge door) the delivery drivers advice was for me to cover the damage with a fridge magnet!! However I agreed to keep the fridge freezer temporarily until a replacement could be organised (in retrospect I should've refused the delivery) but as you were taking away my old fridge freezer I had little option. After waiting for the FF to settle for 8 hours on plugging it in I found that not only was the fridge freezer damaged it was also faulty as neither compartment was getting cold. I called your Customer Services and after multiple calls, being left on hold for 15-20 mins at a time with no apology's given, I finally arranged for a replacement to be delivered on the 07/01/17. However on the delivery day 15 minutes before it was due to arrive I get a call from a Customer Services advisor to say they won't be delivering as they are now out of stock of my fridge freezer. I had at that point been a week without any fridge freezer (I had been forced to keep all my fridge food in a cool box outside my back door... not an ideal way of living I think you'll agree). So after yet more calls and waiting on hold I was advised you would have more stock in on the 13/01/17 and it would be delivered on the 14/01/17 but they could not lend me a fridge or get an engineer to fix the faulty one I had in my kitchen in the meantime. So I was faced with the prospect of another week without a fridge freezer. On the 13/01/17 I called to find out when my fridge freezer would be delivered only to be told that you now wouldn't have any stock in until the 20th at the earliest... That was the last straw, I have since cancelled my order and have obtained a full refund and have bought a more expensive Samsung fridge from AO.COM which was delivered the next day for free ...they know what Customer Service is and how to deliver it.

Currys ruined my daughters Christmas, their website told me the Apple watch was in stock and after ordering I received an email telling me it would be delivered 4 days before Christmas, but when I did not receive a delivery date and tracking details I rang Currys, I spent 45 mins listening to music, then to be told the watch may not arrive before Christmas and they had no clue when it would arrive, but to top it off they told me it would take over 7 days to refund my money which meant i would not get the money back before Christmas. To rub salt into to wounds Currys sent me an email on Christmas Eve saying the watch would not arrive for Christmas!! It actually took a month to arrive, after being told it was in stock! I sent currys a long email expressing my daughters upset and my disgust at their service, which they chose to ignore until I chased over a week later, when someone eventually rang to tell me after 3 weeks they still had no clue when the watch would arrive, they told me 'these things happen' and did not feel myself or my daughter were entitled to any form of good will gesture (I hinted for an iTunes voucher addressed to my daugher as it was almost mid January and she was still waiting for Christmas to happen). Apple tried to help me after telling them about the nightmare Currys had put me and my poor daughter through, I was told when stock was arriving in the U.K. , I relayed the info of stock arriving in 1 week to Currys who said they had nothing to confirm this and still had no clue when it would be delivered. As Apple indicated my Daughters watch actually arrived the following week, with no apology, discount or any form of good will gesture, they even made the mistake of sending me an email asking me to publish my review of their service on Reevoo. My next Apple purchase will be from Apple direct!!!

Where do I start, I was ripped of from the start when I tried to enter the voucher code to save an extra £40 I was not accepted so I went back online the next day and it had been removed. There was nothing online to advise that the oven was out of stock. One week later I phoned knowhow and this when they advised it was out of stock, I was told that there was 50 ovens coming in the following Monday but there was over 100 orders for the product and I would have to wait and see if I would get one from this batch. I asked when the next shipment was arriving and was informed the end of the month. I told the customer service lady I can't wait that long and she found it most amusing and laughed at me. I was lucky and received an oven from the first batch. Getting a text at 7:05 the morning of the delivery gave me no time to sort time off work there was no way I was booking a day off work. After looking at the reviews it looked like the driver calls 20 minutes before and I thought this was greate as I only work 15 minutes away. The driver did phone but it was when he was 5 minutes away, I asked if he would wait and his first answer was No, the he changed him mind and waited for me to arrive which I did apparently but when I got home I was faced with a sarcastic attitude. I have bee asked to send feedback and I was asked if I would be happy if someone called me, guess what no one has ever phoned me. They then had the nerve to send me another feedback questionnaire I filled it out and they sent it to me again and again. CURRY'S WILL BE MY LAST RESORT. Discussed in the lack of customers services.

There are just never staff on hand. I've called into the New Oscott branch 4 times in the last few days to make a significant purchase . On each occasion I stood by the TV area waiting for advice about a purchase. After waiting another 40 minutes today with no assistance, I'll just go elsewhere.

If minus stars were possible, I'd need them. Ordered a washing machine on 5 Dec. Then two weeks later received a message saying there was a delay and to call the general number, which took three days of trying to get through on. The machine was out of stock and but would be back in stock on 26 Dec and I'd receive a phonecall to tell me when it would arrive. On 5 Jan had to call to find out what was going on, and was told that the machine would be in stock on 12 Jan. So I tried to order the same machine in a different colour, which I was told *was* in stock. But the guy on the phone put the order through incorrectly, so had to ring back a week later to find out what was going on. Then when they did try to deliver, they found, apparently, that the could get to my house because their truck was so big. (This has never once been a problem for me before, so it must really have been a gigantic truck). Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. They simply cannot give you a straight answer, and refuse to pass your call on to a supervisor. A complaint made by email remains unanswered. Buying from Currys is not a good idea: the customer service is simply non-existent and you will be sorry. I am. I will never ever buy anything from Currys again.

Still waiting for my washing machine to be delivered, fourth attempt tomorrow!! David forgot to put the phone on hold and I heard him F-ing and cursing. Lewis was calling me "mate" during our conversation!! What happened to customer service??? Never again will I buy from Curries, DISGRACFUL!!!

Curry's Milton keynes is an absolute disgrace. It is the very reason why buying online is taking over. Twice in a week I've tried to purchase a TV. The latest I even reserved online in the hope I'd just need to pop in, pay & collect, but that would be too easy. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere forever. Curry's when you go under the reasons will have been staring you right in the face. If you can't get it right & are not prepared to add value via bricks & mortar give it up now as you have no future.

On Friday my built in Oven died decided we needed some assistance went to Ipswich Currys on Tesco estate. Cannot fault the two sales assistants, found what we wanted. Went on to process order came to delivery and the computer wanted to charge me £30-£40 despite all around the store it states FREE DELIVERY. The lady could not understand why called her manager over. He totally ignored me and my husband who where after all the customers and informed the sales lady there was nothing he could do except deduct £6 that they would have charged if I had waited I believe a week. Not once did the manager apologise or explain directly to us. So we very politely said not interested and walked away. Went to Stannards in Stowmarket and the service was amazing to whay Currys offered. Free delivery and oven and hob delivered within an hour. Don't use Currys try local suppliers and by the way the cost was cheaper as well.

they sold me a faulty phone and didn't refund me (or even help me how to fix it), saying I had only 14 days to have returned it. The store manager in Canary Wharf was one of rudest guys I had ever seen in real life , let alone business. I had to buy another phone from John Lewis (great service btw) and pay a 200 buck phone bill because of all the calls I made to their inefficient customer service to try to fix my phone from abroad. Will never buy from them. Period.

What an awful company with shocking staff and a total disregard for any customer who try's to complain. Everyone should think twice before buying anything from this company. Went to a flag ship store to by a TVs, it wasn't in stock, they sent me to another store 12 miles away, they wouldn't do the same deal, went home with nothing and phoned up to speak to someone, still waiting for a call back 4 hours ago.

Well, where do I start????? Went to the Farnborough store a week ago to buy a fridge/freezer for the property I am moving into. I knew what I wanted and got there for opening time at 9. 5 young guys, members of staff standing by the fridge isle, chatting away and just ignoring me. Eventually I had to approach them and one of them then reluctantly helped me. Got to cash till to pay and told him that I needed the doors opening the other way. Paid £55 for that service. Chose a date, but not a time slot. Got a text message saying delivery will arrive between 2.50 and 6.50 pm. Guess what? It didn't. I phoned Knowhow on my mobile at 5p per minute and had to wait 20 min . Eventually they ( obnoxious and rude) up at 7.30, no apology. Once unpacked, noticed that door opening hadn't been changed. Now have to wait in on Sunday for a guy to come out and get it done. NO TIMESLOT facility, but apparently they will phone me 30 min before they arrive. We will see!!!!.

Swindon Store. Waited in all day for a scheduled delivery. Called the knowhow.co.uk site at 6.15pm and after 20 minutes on hold at 5p/minute was told they were running late and would be with me by 7.00pm. No Delivery arrived. Just checked on-line to find that I have been rescheduled and am expected to wait for another 5 days. Off to cancel the order tomorrow and will buy on-line from AO. No phone calls at any point from this pathetic company.
