Bought a TV online. Website Times out before order complete then had to start again. Forgot to add the "free" £100 headphones in the basket. Called and asked for them to be put onto order. Told to cancel and re do it. Held my money for 5 days and put the price up £200. Called and was told to pay the new price then call back for a refund. I specifically asked if I'd get the money back as I didn't want vouchers. Paid new price, called back to be told I had to have vouchers leaving me £17for Xmas food shopping. 13 calls over more than 20 hours got through to a manager who said his staff advised wrong, he wouldn't be honoring what was said and left me with vouchers for a shop I never wanted to do business with again. Shortly after found the FB group "Curry's pc World Where's my refund" with thousands of disgruntled customers who had also been shafted.

I bought a new washing machine from them and they said they would remove my old one and connect the new one. a Couple of weeks later I realised that my dining room carpet was wet and that the wall has been damaged as they left a water pipe connected that was leaking water. I contacted Customer service who have completely ignored me!

Items did not arrive on time. Called the Currys to explain that I needed the items urgently and they were not helpful at all. I'm still not sure if or when I will receive the items

worst company to order from. Ordered a fridge freezer..came damaged.they actually wrapped up the freezer which was already damaged. deliberately. They then offer you money off to keep it in its current states. most people usually say ok. avoid.

I was so looking forward to my visit to your London Road High Wycombe branch to Have my sons laptop set up arrived at the Agreed time slot was greeted by Josh the advisor assigned to help me His first words to me and my son was I’m hungry I was about to have lunch!! The whole experience was terrible if I asked a question it was Answered with a one word answer don’t know or try google, when he was loading the products I bought with the laptop from yourself I don’t believe he spoke once, I love curry’s as a company and have bought many items but this experience has left a bad taste , please please make sure your staff understand the importance of the loyalty of your customers.

Ordered freezer online. Order confirmed by email and delivery date given. Had day off from work and emptied existing freezer. Email night before confirming f delivery between seven and ten next morning. No delivery. Apparently item is in great demand and might be here today or maybe not. What a shambolic system. Please don’t bother with this company their systems are defective. Don’t believe the emails. Virtual tracker is inaccurate

I ordered a fridge freezer, initially it was out of stock but I was told could pay now and be updated once available - 11 days later I was given a delivery date. My slot time was 3:20pm - 7:20pm, so I waited in all afternoon, 6:00pm tracking said the driver was 6 stops away. 6:20pm the driver calls, 'I am clocking off now so this won't be delivered,' told me I would have to wait another 3 days (even though it is already on the van and he still had an hour left on my allocated delivery time) - said to take it up with customer service, which turned out to be closed after 6pm as it was a Bank Holiday (yes, I had now wasted my Bank Holiday sitting in for nothing, and if Curry's choose to run a service on this day, customer service should be available). So I get on the website chat and they throw me some spiel about why my product could not be delivered - completely different to what the delivery driver told me (he blatantly just wanted to clock off early) and the guy on the chat a lot of the time didn't even make sense. So I had emptied, defrosted and moved out my fridge freezer ready for collection, and now expected to go 3 more days without this product. Yeah, am really confident these guys are going to deliver after this experience. I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund, but needless to say I was (and still am) livid. Decided I would not give my hard earned money to this lazy and disorganised company - I will NEVER shop with Curry's again. If I could give minus stars I would.

Do not buy a TV from Curry’s!! Ever!! I purchased a 2000-pound Samsung tv from Curry’s, but barely used it due to travel and work commitments. When I finally settled in my new apartment and plugged it in, I noticed the areal port was wobbly and the channels were coming up scrambled. I reported this to Curry’s who advised me to get it fixed through Samsung. Samsung’s customer service was horrible and spoke to me as though they were reciting from a drilling manual, they were unhelpful, and I did not feel like my concerns were heard at all. I went back to Curry’s for help and have spent the last 4 months speaking to different customer service agents who each gave me different information and options for the repair! One agent said they’d schedule a pickup and repair the next week and that I’d receive confirmation of this by text following our call, but I never got a text. One agent blamed me for damaging the TV and argued with me for over half an hour about the nuance between words like ‘damage’, ‘fault’, or ‘defect’ when reporting the issue (please note I work in the health sector and have no clue about repairing TVs), it felt like he was trying to catch me out for damaging the TV myself. On another call I was told my case would be flagged for review and that a manager would call me to sort it out, but I never heard back from anyone. Another agent was very candid and said that in his 15 years of experience he has seen a small number of TVs come with weak plastics and ports resulting in faults like mine; he said that although it is insinuated that I broke the port, that would not be the case and I should not accept blame and pay hundreds of pounds to have a Samsung or Curry’s engineer pick up the TV, assess the issue (we all know who they’ll want to blame for the fault), and fix this defect. I even went into a store to vent about these issues and the branch manager literally walked me out to the front of the store and advised me to not back down and escalate the issue within the company as my pleas have been disregarded over and over. It literally seems like this is a joke! I am appalled by the level of customer service I have received, and by the conflicting/confusing opinions and pieces of advice that I was given. This is an unacceptable ordeal. Save yourself some trouble and shop elsewhere (quite frankly, just live without a TV to avoid the headache of ever having to get it fixed)!

many years ago I vowed never to shop again with these shisters as they ripped off my elderly mother. I am now receiving emails from them titled "order confirmation, please confirm... " , when I looked at the email, it quoted " fill in a survey to win a prize" ...... confirmation, yes a bunch of total shisters.

Wow this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and left my 87 year old father in tears and without a working fridge freezer. He paid over £500 for Currys to deliver and install a new fridge freezer and to take away his old one. They delivered the product as promised but unfortunately it did not work. All his food spoiled and he could not get through to the correct department. Eventually I drove his to the local store and they sorted out a replacement to come the following week. Even bought he got a delivery time slot and waited in all day, this did not arrive. Did he get any apology from customer services? No of course not! After me spending hours on the telephone, we were to,d that “maybe” he will get it the next day and to wait in again for it. Totally unacceptable. As a goodwill gesture for his ruined food, his numerous phone calls, my trip to the store, a failed delivery they have offered........... a £20 in store voucher! As if we would ever shop there again It’s laughable

Paid over £700 for a washer/dryer, & also paid an extra £45 for a Sunday delivery. They had apparently called just prior to their allotted delivey slot, but my phone was switched off. So instead of turning up & knocking my door, their driver simply chose to go home (guess he wanted an early finish!! 🤬), but when I complained they claimed that this was a genuine attempt to deliver, & promptly refused to reimburse me for the delivery fee! Scandalous, & having spoken with orher people, it's a common scam they pull !!!

We will never buy from Currys in store or online again .They dont have a complaints department. We have had a couple of nightmare weeks trying to get an electric cooker installed and then uninstalled and taken away.We have learnt that it's extremely difficult to actually speak to a person and when you do they stick to a script of sorry we can't help you . The staff tell you lies to get rid of you and we are waiting for a call from a manager well I don't trust them enough to believe them but they said that they will call 9am to 12 tomorrow which is the 16th Aug 2022.It was a catalogue of errors from the beginning and after over a week we still have an electric cooker in our kitchen with no shelves no grill pan and a blown element and no grill pan still. We have been eating takeaway and cold food. The staff did not do what they said they were going to do ie send an electrician to uninstall the cooker today so we have a new cooker coming from a different store tomorrow so we had to get an electrician ourselves to uninstall it at our cost .What a nightmare it has been I don't recommend you buy anything from Currys online or in store and it continues till Thursday when they say they can pick up the cooker.

I cant find a complaints email address so I have been advise to write here? As you can see, I ordered 2 scooters for my sons birthday. The scooters were delivered, both faulty and returned to the collection point in store and it was confirmed by staff in store along with a member of your telephone customer service team that this collection would take place. This collection has gone missing and the missing collection has now created a multitude of problems for me and I would like to make this email an official complaint in writing. I first called regarding this return 9 days later and was told by a member of your customer service team to allow 10 days and a further 14 days for a refund onto my account. 14 days later , It was then brought to my attention that a payment had been declined against a Your Plan Creation payment plan in which I DID NOT request. Should the return have been issued correctly , this would not have happened to me. I do have other items on my Your Plan Account, all of which are buy now and pay in 12 months. This is because I work as a project sales manager in which I receive monthly lump sums as bonuses. There is no way I would take a monthly finance payment out on this account! As this just came to my attention, the payment is now overdue. I am willing to make this payment, although I am paying for something I do not own and has somehow been lost! I will be in contact with the financial ombudsman over this issue because whoever has stolen these scooters, regardless if they work for Currys or DPD, they have jacked up my credit score!

If I could give a minus i would. It was the worst experience I ever had. I bought a washing washing machine and it was faulty, they send the ingineer he said it was faulty.so I spend days on the phone trying to get a replacement or a refund. They said they would only replace it if was unfixable,so they just kept passing me to this number dat number going around in circles for 3 days and in the end they send the engineer again, he fixed it fingers crossed. But I will never purchase anything from curry's again as I was going to get a fridge and a freezer and a dryer.I will go where my custom is appreciated keep well clear of currys awful customer service and company

To whoever this may concern I am one very unhappy customer and absolutely disgusted with the service I have received recently. I ordered an Xbox game for my sons 10th birthday (5th august) CUR2223606367 Paid full price and am still waiting for price match refund of £17, still not received even though was told 3-5 business days. I received an email to say the estimated delivery to store was 4th august - received an email 5th august 9:50 to say it had been delivered to store. Took our son with us as it was now his birthday to collect and spent 1.5 hours in store and walking around the surrounding stores looking for our parcel because someone had signed it and they didn’t know who it was!!!! His whole birthday was ruined had no game and spent the most part of his birthday afternoon in store with staff that couldn’t help us. Finally concluded on the game now being delivered on Monday 8th and a promise from the store manager that I would get a phone call when it was ready to collect. Here we are on 9th august still not heard from the store, still no refund for the price match and still no email to say where my parcel is I expect you to come up with something amazing as compensation for all my efforts wasting petrol to store and wasting money on the phone trying to sort this out Otherwise I will be taking to social media Kind regards. Biggest clients disrespect! Bought BEKO dishwasher which came damaged. As it's out of stock, agreed for 20% refund. Already a month waiting for promised refund and every time I'm asking on chat where is my money, they extending refund term for another 14 days. Absolutely brakeage of Currys terms and conditions and biggest clients disrespect. Never ever again purchase from Currys!!!
