I ordered, and paid for, a Shark vacuum cleaner, online, on 11 Dec, and was informed that it would be ready to collect from my local Curry’s in 3 days time. The email also said to ‘sit tight’ and wait for an email informing me that my purchase was ready for collection. I’ve heard nothing! I appreciate that due to the current situation there might be delays, but how discourteous - rude even- not to even keep customers informed! Curry’s have my money - I would like the cleaner which I have paid for! I’m in my 70s and need the cleaner. I chose Curry’s as I thought it would be reliable - silly me!!! I would just like to be given some information as to the whereabouts/delivery of my vacuum cleaner! I’ve tried email/phone/chat etc - all to no avail. Greatly disappointed - and cross!

Order Number 7411133458 No support at all , all blame goes on Covid , Even for an engineer visit, takes 3 weeks ! purchased a washer dryer and it broke down with in week and when requested for a replacement they want to send the engineer who could only come on 12th of Jan and mine became faulty on 20th of December, Shame on Curry's never expected such a horrible service from these people , I will suggest to stay away from curry's

I ordered a portal 11 dec never received still no refund went to store waited 30 min on manager to be told they could do nothing been on phone several times still waiting on phone back 29th still no answer to phone or email

Awful service received from local store, called to complain and emails sent on the 14th December and still no response received (27th December) left our family over Christmas with no fridge/freezer due to error on their part.

Gave Currys (on-line service) a 1 star but merited a zero if I could have. I ordered a tablet for my grand daughter's Xmas on 27th November. After a few days and no tracking info, I contacted Currys via webchat, to be told "Don't worry it is being sent". A few days later I phoned to get an update. Was told that the product was out of stock and the webchat rep should not have told me that it was being dispatched. I was then given a replacement which I accepted and was told that it was in stock and was being sent that day. Another couple of days and still no tracking info, I again phoned and was told that the replacement was also out of stock and had not been sent (even though on-line it showed available). The only option was to take a refund which I would use to buy the product elsewhere. When I hadn't received the refund by 23rd December, I again contacted via webchat to get an update. There had been a computer glitch and the refund had not been processed (that old chestnut). I was then told that this would definitely happen but by the time the money would be in my account Xmas would be gone with my grand daughter not getting her present. All thanks to Currys. So on Xmas day a few white lies to try and tell her why it hadn't arrived. All down to Santa......!! So angry and frustrated at the service I have received from Currys and the lies that I was told. We have bought many products in-store, with no problem but this experience has been ridiculous. Would not recommend on-line ordering through this mob........still waiting on my refund!!!!!! Also when trying the email given to me by the reps, to complain, this has now been deactivated (no surprise). Only contact is via webchat or phone

Hello, I can not express my disappointment as a loyal customer of curry's enough. I ordered the ASUS Vivo AiO V222FAK 21.5" All-in-One PC - Intel® Core™ i3, 1 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD, Black & Gold. I paid and ordered additionally for express delivery and the care plan. The item was delivered and I noticed I received the wrong product! not how i planned my christmas after this eventful negative year. However what made me upset, as human errors can happen, is that your customer service agent was not able to speak to his management and only able to offer me 5 days collection and a further 5 days for an exchange delivery! I paid express delivery, i paid the amount immediately online and additionally i also paid for the care plan. You made a mistake and you can't make it right in an acceptable time frame and can only offer me over 10 days? To receive the product i purchased? This isn't acceptable! I hereby would like to complain about the experience and the solution that has been in progress and offered to me. I expect an apology and at least compensation if i can not have my ordered product in the manner i have paid it for which will not happen today on christmas day regardless I fullfilt my online purchase agreement by paying immediately. In the end we made an online purchase contract which I fulfilled . Where is your fulfillment? Non existing. I contacted facebooks customer service and twitters customer service all i got back is "we will look into this for you" great thank you for ruining Christmas and 2020 even more...I look forward to hearing from you!

Paid for installation of new washing machine and removal of old but was not overly optimistic re either as it had never happened before ..... but the 2 men who came to us this morning were fab! Rang me to say they would be with us in 5 mins and they were I reminded them re installation and removal “ no problem” and it wasn’t All done in 1/2 hour One of the guys was Stevie - didn’t catch other guys name but believe me they must be Curry’s dream team !!!! Wish all their team were like that !

Please do not be fooled into purchasing Care and Repair of a product bought from Currys! Care and repair promise to help with faulty items etc 7 days a week I spent nearly 2 days trying to get through to them. I understand there's a pandemic and its affecting everyone but I haven't been able to speak to anyone. Webchat is unable to help they just refer you to the number you can't get through on! My problem was with a noisy electric oven that I purchased from Currys.co.uk I urgently needed an engineer to just check it for my own peace of mind. So needless to say I've cancelled Care and repair and ill be refunded my 80 pounds.

In Stock but Not in Stock, Lies from Customer Service and Still Not Delivered. Managed to place an order for an RTX3080 as the website said they were in stock and available for delivery. After ordering I got an email saying they would contact me as there was a delay on my order, I never got a phone call, so I ended up waiting in queue on their webchat. I was told it wasn't in stock but will be the next day, so I waited. Then I contacted them two days later asking for an update. I was told I'd receive it a couple days later. That day came and nothing. So I contacted them again and was told it wasn't in stock today and will dispatch tomorrow. After complaining on social media I was contacted and then told that they are expecting stock within a week, and I should get it before end of the year. So I contacted them once again about the stock and they said it would be a day later than they said (23rd). I then noticed the day before that my order status had gone from 'Order Received' to 'In Progress' but this stayed the same for a day, but when contacting them about it they told me it wasn't in stock! So I called them out regarding changing my order status to 'In Progress' and asked whether they have had any stock in since my order, and still awaiting for an answer. (And this is the short story). I have been charged for this order and told constant lies by staff. I have no faith in Currys PC World, I do not recommend them and will refrain from using them in future.

I had horrible experience with teamknow and Currys - how I bought brand new Samsung ultra 250 which was faulty and after few months started to give issues! Called Currys and team knowhow booked it for repair and said they will repair and return it within a week - but more than a week passed by no news no mobile - chat help line is not helpful as they saying they don’t deal with online issues or repair. Phone helpline is not working as no one knows what happened and kept on putting me through to other departments. Last text was delivery is on Monday and then after 50 calls a voice message that it will be delivered tomorrow but seems that tomorrow wouldn’t come! Used Currys twice both times horrible experience do not buy from them especially expensive items in my case it was about £1300! Biggest issue is with mobile you don’t know as it still might have my personal data so I’ll have a very uncomfortable Christmas and new year - thanks to horrible Currys and useless team knowhow

They promise everything and deliver nothing. I placed an order for a TV on their website, which then informed me I would have a delivery three days later. After taking time off work, I then find out the day before delivery, it was never going to be delivered on the agreed date, but six days later. No apology, and no TV. Complete shambles of an online ordering and delivery system. Please use someone else. I know I will be.

I order two Nintendo Switchs and a game ,I never received them I was told I would get a refund I'm still waiting, this was xmas presents for my children costing just shy of £600 I paid on the 27th November its now 22nd of December still not received goods or money bk so it now looks like my children are going to be left without there main presents which I saved all year for and notsure if I'm going to get my money back in time for Xmas so I can buy them something else.I just keep getting fobbed off by currys

I ordered my grandson NINTENDO - Switch Neon & Ring Fit Adventure Product code 852123 on Saturday payed for next day delivery it didn't arrive DPD said there was a problem and said it would be delivered on the Monday still did not arrive called curry's they called DPD they said they didn't know what as happened to it and it will take them 3/4 days to confirm if it as been lost which means my grandson son as no present from santa and curry's will not refund me my money until then very unhappy with how curry's is not helping with solving the problem before Christmas

Ordered a tv on line 16th December. Had no confirmation email. Luckily I'd made a note of the order number and delivery date. Finally managed to get through to a person and not a virtual thing. Due to a technical problem my order didn't go through, though they took my money. Order cancelled by them, money due back in bank whenever. Just had a email along their processing my order. Never order on line again with curry's

Awful service!!!! Ordered a fridge 14th December and I paid for express delivery, that didn’t arrive and I wasn’t informed despite taking a days annual leave. I had to call th at 7.15pm to see where my delivery was The call handlers are rude!! One even said the centre shuts at 8pm so I shouldn’t be dealing with this after I’d waited 40 minutes for them to pick up! They disputed their own delivery time frame which they advertise between 7-7pm and which I’d paid for, saying it actually it’s 7-8pm just so they could end my call at 7.58pm!!! I flatly refused referring them back to my order, there website, the emails i had received all stating express delivery between the hours of 7-7pm and how they advertise it so they honour it. By 8.03pm they agreed the item wouldn’t be delivered that day as the drivers had logged off for the day and failed to notify anyone. They then proceeded to give me 3 other delivery dates up to Christmas Eve! ( I cried, 7 months pregnant no fridge or freezer and they want to deliver it Christmas Eve) I then received a text to say my item would be delivered on a completely different date and time. When the item finally arrived the delivery drivers said they wouldn’t order from them either and advised me not too again because of there shocking service. They were empathetic and I felt for them because they obviously get the flack for a dreadful company - I won’t be using them again I’ll stick to AO next time

I placed an order 27th November for two small electrical items, which I have not received. I received an email from PayPal with confirmation of payment, but nothing from Curry’s. I have contacted them, and was advised one of the items was currently out of stock, and would be with me on the 11th December, still not received (both items are IN stock) Customer services are awful to get hold of, all automated, and because I don’t have a reference number (due to not receiving a confirmation email) it keeps advising me to phone, and I can’t get through. My husband also ordered an item that has not been delivered, which should have arrived 11th December, and after waiting hours on line, discovered that the order had been cancelled. No information sent regarding cancelled order, and no refund, nearly £900, he has had to reorder. I have now purchased my 2 items elsewhere, and will expecting a full refund. I understand the current pressures everyone is under, but if you can’t cope with demand, do not take peoples money. Absolutely disgraceful service from CurrysPCW, we will not be ordering from you again!

Incredibly HORRIBLE company. Avoid them at all costs. Fraudulently sold products that aren’t in stock. I ordered a Power Supply Unit from CURRYS on December 3rd and the arrival date was meant to be the 11th. My money was taken on the same day and I received the confirmation email. A few days later and I still didnt receive my tracking email. I rang their support line and they told me my item was out of stock and they didnt have an estimated date of it going back in stock. I then told them to cancel my request and they originally said it would take 3-5 days but after those 5 days i called them back again and they said my cancellation had to go through the supplier. Which is incredibly irresponsible as I ORDERED an item through CURRYS not a third party supplier. After which they told me to it would take a total of 3 weeks to process and get me my money back. Horrible Horrible company. Do not buy from currys.
