I was ripped off my life saving by “Lisa Harris”, who had a presence on multiple online platforms Lisa enticed me with an investment opportunity that promised good returns in 24 hours. Visited South Ruislip shop to buy laptop / tablet for my daughter who is starting university in September. We visited at 7 pm and the shop closes at 8 pm so still one hour to assist customers. We liked Samsung S9 Ultra tablet with keyboard and pen, which was closed, so asked the tech guy Hamza, who very casually said that it doesn't open, when I asked how to look then, he said ask Manager, probably need to power ON from inside and he walked away. We requested Manager Ashish, how we check this, he initially casually states that Manufacturer dosent allow anyone to see and it cannot be opened but when I mentioned that your colleague said probably power is off from inside, he was reluctant to check but when insisted he gone inside and came back in a minute, stated that the power is ON but he don't know if the tablet can be open for customers to look, then he walked away too. It was clearly evident they staff was not interested in selling or not trained how to assist customers. I have decided to buy from John Lewis even price is higher as atleast there customers serivice before and after sales is excellent.

One of the worst companies to buy from as they just don't care what happens after they have taken your money I purchased a mobile phone off them and paid £1049.99 for it and it occurred a fault in just four week as them to sort it out and was told that they can not do nothing for me also the manager of the store told me that I only had a 14 day I think they need to be told that I have a 30 day I have had to involve trading standards and I have sent a number of letters to head office and guess what no reply do not purchase nothing for Currys save your money

This is Leah Gwinn who has been a victim of the Chinese Pig Butchering Scam recently. I have been scammed $350,000 during this Chinese fraud. I lost all my life savings. I have paid attention to the fraud website and noticed that the scam website was shut down on 12/07/2022. Just now, I read a news article regarding the Pig Butchering Scam in Delaware. The Delaware DOJ initiated a halt to the Pig Butchering Crypto Scams. The enforcement policemen issued a cease-and-desist order to wallets, accounts, and individuals. This encouraged me because the scam website which robbed me just stopped. It may not be too late to take action against the cybercriminals. As the scammers copied the real American Crypto Company, they are most likely in the States. I didn’t stop at that but I had to also look for alternatives to get my money back, so I had to contact RECOVERYCOINGROUP at GMAIL dot COM who helped me recover my money and that of my friend as well. I can thank them enough so I had to make this 5 star review.

Don't waste your precious time and money- never join care and repair service or deal with Currys - buy from the brand itself. In summary, Support and repair services are useless, unprofessional, never respect the customers and untrusted engineering services. They took my laptop for repair after paying around £200 for 2 years to keep the warranty plan, they claim it was a physical and liquid damage for the charging port without any photos or evidence or even report. I works as a doctor and I really take care of my laptop and what they claim doesn't make any sense for me. Furthermore, The low quality engineering services who dealt with my laptop had brought the laptop in a worse condition than it was! the battery was not recognised and the USB was not working! all the Currys staff including customer services and the claim.investigation have ignored my voice and I had to eventually pick up my laptop and I have to pay extra money for local engineer shop to fix what currys engineering services have done to my laptop rather than fixing the main problem. The local shop found out that the low quality engineering services at Curry's when closing the laptop have forgotten to do the basic engineering thing to plug the battery and the USB cable to the motherboard which they unplugged during checking the laptop, image the poor services, and how could someone trust their judgement or any thing related to them after. I have all the photos and evidence supporting that they brought the laptop in worse condition and I have to pay extra money for fixing that. I have luckily cancelled the care plan and felt relieved. IN SUMMARY, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY AND TIME DEALING WITH CURRY IN ANYTHING.

I have also been scammed by a total of $230k investing in a commission-based platform. I have never been able to withdraw my funds as they constantly say you have to invest more to close out the deals. This continued until I came across a review about Hackwest at Writeme dot Com and quickly wrote to him. He assured me of getting all my capital back which he did after about 7 days or so. I didn’t believe it initially until I saw my money in my wallet. I promised to let the world know about this great genius, perhaps this review. He also did help to fix my credit score and cleared all negatives from my report.

Buying for an oap.. Bought new laptop no sales pressure to buy extras. Good value Asus laptop. Loud enough for his hearing.. took out of S mode.. Now he's on Chrome and happy. Also honor x6. Excellent basic phone for an older gentleman. Clear screen good text simple camera and nothing scary! Both delivered in 24 hours. Happy customer

Bought a 1300 laptop. Returned it for a swap. Still waiting for delivery. Been 12 days now. I'm going Amazon next time. I thought I'd give my local branch a go. Terrible custom service. Also the phone/web chat is sooo frustrating.

What an absolute disgrace this company is. Bought a fridge freezer. Waited 10 days for delivery and installment. Took.day off. Failed delivery. The delivery cancelled my order.has to.start again. Go back get a refund and reorder but out of stock. Went back another day ordered delivery and installation. Took another day off. Yet another failed delivery as they sent guys who don't install. Went back to store. Manager very rude and refused a refund. I have now been 5 weeks without a working freezer owing to incompetence. They don't have a complaints department and most in the customer service team speak poor English. I have left my details to speak to someone FOURTEEN times. No one has called me back. DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS. The amount of 1 star reviews say it all

We bought Haier Washing machine with extended care for extra Four years. It suddenly stop not working so on Sunday (6th August 2023) I called curry’s care plan “KNOWHOW” on 0344 561 1234 it took 49 minutes to answer the call. I talked to Uhar and he promised me someone will come on 10th of August 2023. I explained to him I will Not take work on that day so please assure someone is coming. As I am a locum I will loose over £150 for that day. He said yes someone will be there. I also got a SMS message on my mobile with booking reference. On Tuesday I got SMS on my mobile saying it was cancelled and booked for Friday the 11th 2023. I tried to called above number at 14.28 and waited for 70 minutes and no one answer the phone so I cancelled the call. I tried again at 17.59 and someone answer the call after 50 minutes but without saying a word cut me off. Did NOT talk to me. At 18.50 I called again and someone answer the call after 42 minutes. Customer service staff called Syle or Fyle, she didn’t clearly say her name properly. I explained to her by cancelling the engineer I lost over £150 and taking Friday off I will loose another £150. I asked her if engineer will definitely come, she said not 100 percent. So taking that day off and if the Engineer doesn’t come I would loose another £150. She told me its not their problem and there is no compensation for that. She said waiting time on the phone is NOT guarantee, it can be anything from 45 minutes to over 120 minutes. I am very very disappointed with the service. Letusknow email is NOT active and customer service is NO longer in use. You CAN'T contact them. I will NOT recommend currys for anything

Yes it is very possible with them. I lost about 7.8 Bitcoin via a phishing website I clicked by mistake and that wiped all my money off. After several research and sleepless nights, I settled with the Recovery Coin Group and my Bitcoin was recovered without any form of trouble. And so I promised to let the world know about them.

Worst customer service and delivery experience I've ever experienced. I've called them over 10 times, went to the store, used online web chat and everyone is pushing responsibility to others and being Extremally rude!!! I've raised the complaints over 3 times and got reference numbers but not once they've contacted me to discuss the issue and I've even been told that they don't have to contact me in regards to this!!! I've been told I am getting a partial refund of silly £20 and I haven't and the person I have spoken to did not even leave any notes that this has been agreed so I've just spent an hour on the phone with them where they kept passing me to speak to a different person, being on hold for 25 until she 'reads the notes'. Staff is extremally rude and delivery team is ridiculous. We paid for the delivery and they didn't show up even when I was on the phone with them and confirmed that we are waiting at home. Second time they were about to leave as well even when we said we are waiting and stayed on the phone with them pretty much all the time. Just laughed at hour face. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Purchased multiple items from Curry’s but this has to be the worst experience by far. We bought a medium sized American fridge freezer. Paid £50 for item to be delivered and take the old item away. Item delivered on time however they believed they could not fit in through the door and measured multiple items, was told we would have to pay another £55 for someone to take the doors off which there is still a chance it would not fit. No attempt made in taking out of the box and installing. Left with old fridge freezer with £100s worth of food on the bench’s. My wife and I took it out of the box and managed to put it through the door and into the space within 45 seconds however this was around 1 hour later as we were both on work calls, by the time we had lost multiple items. Complaint made around how no effort made and loss of food, leaving all the boxes which I believe is part of the delivery and remove process. Told would be called within 72 working hours, I called back 96 hours later to be told not sure why no one has contacted you. Finally spoke to them around 5 days after original complaint raised. Outcome: You won’t be getting any compensation.

Hi, I had crypto currency stolen from my wallet on the 08/01/23. I reported the jack to police as soon as I knew but they have done nothing. I have looked through transactions from the address my funds were sent too and they went to an exchange and also some time ago the same address sent funds to a CoinSpot address. After reading about “RECOVERYCOINGROUP AT GMAIL DOT COM” on Quora, I decided to write them and 4 days later, my crypto was recovered and the identity of the guy was reviewed. As I write, the Interpol has arrested him already. Thank you for saving me about $396k. Recovery Coin Group didn’t charge much compare to the recovered sum.

Coin-Flip trade ripped me off just when I was supposed to withdraw my ROI after I invested $548,000 worth of Bitcoin with them. It took Cory from "RECOVERYCOINGROUP at GMAIL dot COM" just 2 weeks to finally recover all that was stolen from me. After my money was recovered, I had to be more careful. If anyone reading this needs help recovering their lost funds, I strongly recommend you contact them immediately.
