“Excellent customer service, easy to communicate with and very quick in response. Every step was thoroughly explained and easy to understand as well as to respond to. “They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. I've always been worried about finding the right place or having enough money for the project, but they helped with everything I needed, and produced the exact ring I wanted. Although I haven't given it to her yet, my future wife will love it every bit as much as I have. Shipping was fast, the price was fair, and I never had a worry about being scammed or ripped off. “I have designed two rings with Custommade and the process was soo simple, at first I was frightened by the unknown and was afraid they wouldn’t understand what I wanted so I sent them a picture and to my surprise they came back and showed me the ring before they started working on it, also I realized in the process of everything that the design I wanted looked Incomplete and very bare they came back with suggestions and show you images every step of the way. I didn’t realize I wasn’t the designer I that I was but with their experience and background in design my ring turned out amazing!!! They also educate all the steps you take and we’ll as keeping you in the loop!!”

I designed an engagement ring with them and was so happy with it (and so was my fiance) that I came back for the wedding ring. Both times, I found everyone involved in the process to be helpful, creative and professional. The costs were extremely reasonable and the final rings were perfect. They gave me such an amazing idea to start with but were also really receptive to my ideas and did a great job of implementing them. And I wanted to place special emphasis on S—‘s engagement ring, it is something to look at, basically everyone I’ve shown it to or even through the pictures you sent me before it arrived, were simply amazed by the quality of the work! “My experience with custom made was phenomenal. I was a little unsure about doing something online but after a bit of research and reading reviews both good and bad, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I did because the piece We made together was not only stunning but looked exactly as it was proposed to me by the designers. The rings were amazing and beyond what I had expected but it wasn’t just the product that I was impressed with. The customer service was outstanding. I was picky and made changes throughout the process but no matter what the custom made personal involved where professional and personable. They seemed like they where just as excited as I was which made the process seem like a team effort. They always got back to me with haste and if there was some Miscommunication they ensured they understood what I was asking and rectified any issues. They also sent my ring to me as soon as I approved the final product. I literally received it within the next few days! You can’t pay for that type of genuine customer service. I could not have made a better decision with both the quality of my rings and the people behind this amazing company. I’ve also shared my ring with about 10 family members and every single one of them said the same thing wow! She’s going to love it, where did you get that? Well done and thank you from a man who is about to propose with a show stopper.”
