“I had the pleasure of working with Mika, Kevine and Nix (respectively) from start to finish of my piece. I will try to discuss every aspect of my experience. Mika first contacted me after showing interest in getting a “CustomMade” ring. She was very responsive and worked with me through getting my idea on paper. Kevine, who I spent the most time corresponding with, was there to fine out the details for my piece. Of note, Kevine rendered maybe five or more digital designs for my piece and he was extremely patient. Every design, up to the last, was off the mark to the point I wasn’t sure if I was receiving the artwork for my ring. However, after what I thought was a solid description and some shoddy Microsoft paint on my part, Kevine worked with me through everything and got my design to exactly what I envisioned. Big thanks to Kevine for being patient as we went on for weeks with his team changing digital designs and me denying them. Lastly, Nix was the final production man for my ring, he kept me appraised and educated me on the process up until the ring was complete. If you notice in my “Quality and Design,” I put a four star review. The only issue, though small, I have with my ring is the epoxy coating and/or the raised lion. Either the epoxy was too high, or the raised gold lion too low, as the jaw of the lion is cut off by epoxy making it appear to me more as an Arabic horse rearing than a lion. Even with that small imperfection I am still in awe of CustomMade’s process and work on my ring.”

“Absolutely love both rings made through custommade.com! Highly recommend to anyone looking for custom made jewelry. From start to finish the entire process was a pleasure. Communication was great through their messaging center, and I was informed every step of the way with a description of the phase of the process along with pictures, if available, of my piece. I can't speak highly enough of them, and especially Eula, who was a pleasure to work with on both pieces! Very reasonable prices as well! I was hesitant at first, but I'm so happy I decided to go through with both pieces, and can't wait until next time, and believe me, there will definitely be a next time!”

“Throughout the process of working with CustomMade I have had the pleasure of meeting everyone along the way. From the initial time of forming my idea, all the way to the final creation. The fluidity and transparency between departments made the process a whole lot smoother. As well as the fact that the transition did not require me to change anything on the web page. “I looked for custom made rings at the better known jewelers. The better known places did not or were not willing to give me exactly what I wanted. I found Custom Made and took a chance. They worked with me, gave me exactly what I wanted and then delivered a ring more beautiful than I had pictured in my mind. As for price I can’t say if it was a “good deal”. I don’t know a lot about the pricing of jewelry. This company is a legit company. They will not give you a low rate item. They are also a pleasure to work with.”

“The service is very easy to use and they respond fast. At every moment I knew the progress of my order, in addition to the associated costs and available options. The ring was a custom design that included everything I wanted. She loved it! I received it while traveling to the UK. I wasn't sure WHEN the ring could be delivered, but in the end, I was able to receive it without problems (via DHL). The order is shipped after you make the final payment, so if you're traveling, you can postpone it to a date when you can receive it (Although I would like to know it before!) I would use the service again :)”

“My experience with Custom Made was spectacular! They have such a nice and caring staff that is willing to help in every way they can. I personally had a lot of changes and tweaks I wanted to make to my design, and they never hesitated to help make it happen. The custom 3D models are amazing and really helped me in making decisions about my design. My piece turned out better than expected!”

“Custom Made was the perfect choice for me and my SO. They were so thorough and would answer any questions that you had throughout the entire process, no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. They explained each step and made sure I was aware of what was going on with my design and ring. “Experience was AMAZING. I legitimately can't recommend this place enough to someone looking for excellent, through, and well-communicated custom work. The handoff process between CustomMade team members in the project thread was seamless (it honestly felt like working with one single consultant the entire time, but was actually a team of 5 or so specialists). Pricing was very fair and (this is worth really reiterating) VERY transparent from the get-go.”
