“My experience of ordering an engagement ring from CustomMade was excellent! From the initial design stages, to the artistic and 3-D renderings to production and shipping, my experience was superb. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The ring came out amazing and exceeded my expectations, and at a price comparable to non-customized rings at other jewellers. And best of all, she said yes and LOVES the ring!!”

“I was understandably nervous about using the site at first. Putting my money into a jewelry company online did not seem to be a good decision. However, at every stage of the process, I was pleasantly surprised. This service came with the reasonability of going to a trusted person again and again with the flexibility of online assistance. Responses were quick and pleasant; I always felt like the team cared about my project as well. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and personal. The project they were able to develop with little information is amazing. I cannot recommend this service enough. If anyone is nervous about an online jeweler, CustomMade is a spectacular service you will not be disappointed in. This company is truly amazing and the ring they designed was beyond what I could have imagined.”

“Pretty great experience all-around, so long as your timeline isn't too tight. Much more direct involvement than expected, this literally felt like a personal consultant that converted a rough sketch/idea into a proper design (think, interior design architect) Tons of back and forth (in a good way) and this resulted in a great ring that feels extremely close to what I had in mind, contrary to literally thousands of rings I found online which each lacked that one detail I wanted. End-to-end 3 months to get it done, but probably can be compressed if people are better than me at making design decisions.”

“I was a bit sceptical with working with a company that primarily uses the internet to do business. However that being said I could not have been in better hands. Their customer service is exceptional, they always go out of their way to do everything they can to accommodate you as a customer. Through the entire process I had access to someone pretty much 24 hrs a day, or close to it. If I had a design or concept change or concern they always responded very quickly and then bam they come back with a new concept drawing or computer design of the new ring or what ever you may be having them custom make. I have never done anything like this before, especially not buying an engagement and wedding band set without even seeing them in person first. But I and my fiance are extremely pleased with their work. She loved (which is a understatement) the ring they helped me design from the ideas I had in mind. I would use them again if I ever need another custom peice of jewelry.”

“CustomMade did an amazing job every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better result. And the price confused me. I even questioned it. Just over $400 to create what was by no means an easy piece. I can honestly say I thought I might be dealing with a foreign company. But the communication every step of the way was just too good. I first dealt with Mark and then Christine. Both were amazing. I am very, very pleased with the results of my necklace from CustomMade. What can I say... you can trust they'll give it all they have to make you happy!”

“The ring is beautiful and the team was accommodating throughout the process of designing. Never had a problem when I asked for revisions through the iterative process of making the ring perfect. With that, they refused to provide documentation of the stone purchased and required me to correct them on a number of items prior to shipping. All in all the design process was great but the final documentation has been a challenge.”

“My husband of almost 50 years lost his wedding band a few months ago. He has always taken it off before working in the shop. Even with business travel he never lost it until this summer. We were both devastated and didn’t know who would duplicate it successfully, as it was not a simple plain band. After lengthy research we decided to give CustomMade a try. I have to say, I have not been one to jump on the’shop online’ bandwagon, so I was Really nervous about trusting an online out of state jeweler. They were so attentive I felt like they were holding my hand through the entire journey. I highly recommend CustomMade for any jewelry need!”

“Finally getting that legacy ring for my wifey was a great experience with CustomMade. The team easily handled the challenge of designing a ring with 8 birthstones, while also helping to capture the spirit of the day we got engaged in the metal design. The knowledge of everyone throughout the design stage made stone selection a breeze, the hand drawn design concept was a nice touch, and the computer rendered proof was nearly identical to the finished product. The entire team was professional and their communication was exceedingly prompt. The finished product met or exceeded nearly every expectation amd the cost was extremely fair for a real, one of a kind, custom ring.”

“I’ve ordered 2 custom rings for my sons. Bothe came out great. With the 2nd ring there were some flaws with the finished product, but they resolved it quickly and now it looks great. They are very fast and do quality work.”
