“Custom Made was very impressive and created just the rings we wanted. They stuck with us as long as it took even though we were very picky customers. Overall we're highly satisfied. In one area, Custom Made could have done much better, and that was definitely frustrating. Our designer was surprisingly poor at understanding our design goals and feedback. We also repeatedly caught basic consistency issues in the renderings. We got through it the hard way: doing low level design work ourselves and micromanaging. That said, we greatly appreciated our designer's unlimited patience - that held things together through the challenges. Everything else about working with Custom Made was truly world class. In the end, the rings are very special to us and we love them. It's hard to imagine we got such high quality, extremely custom jewelry at such a good price.”

“The whole experience from start to finish was amazing with Custom Made! They really did a great job walking me through each step of the way and explaining every process. The final product turned out absolutely perfect and I feel the value of what I received was by far worth it. If you feel creative, and want to give a one of a kind piece of jewelry to your loved one, I would highly recommend these guys.”

“The wedding band for my fiancé came out beautifully. The reps were very patient and courteous. My only issue was with a few errors in the design process. I was deciding on 2 styles and after careful consideration, they confirmed the wrong design choice. Then I wanted the monogram in my fiancé’s ring to match the one in my ring. The ring they also created. Not only did they use a totally different font style, but after many many design photos, my ring photo (they also made) for comparison, they got my initials wrong. When they said they’d fix their mistakes ‘at no additional cost to me’ (?!?) that was upsetting. Luckily all of these errors were in the design stages and were remedied before production. Pro: The end result was great. Con: The QC needs to be more mindful making sure simple mistakes don’t get sent along to the client to catch.”

“Very happy with my experience with CustomMade. The pendants came out exactly as I have imagined. I also appreciate how they will adjust the price accordingly if there are any design changes. In my case, they reduced the price when they ended up using less material. Other places will just charge the same price even if fewer materials were used, so I did appreciate that. I will be a repeat customer.”

“From start to finish everyone who took care of my project was exceptional. Communication was flawless which made the entire process easy. The piece itself was exactly as I envisioned and the team offered great advice. There was no issue whatsoever with how picky I was being either. I purchased from Australia and the postage time was even quicker than the estimate they gave me. Had do problems with customs either. Would highly recommend Custom Made!”

“After 25+ years together it is sometimes difficult to capture a piece of jewelry that truly makes my wife smile. I approached Custom Made about a concept for a Toi et Moi (You & Me) ring. The experience was amazing - every step of the process was artfully handled, from discussions about the design, to concept drawing, to gem selection, to wax model, to the finished product and finally shipping each handoff was seamless and responsive. My wife was thrilled with the result...I am thrilled with the process. Highly recommend.”

Ally in particular stood out as being very passionate about bringing my vision to life, she would spend time working with me after typical work hours, and on weekends as well. “I had a very satisfying experience with Custom Made. I had to replace a lost signet ring for my wife, and only had pictures of the artwork for the jewelers to work with and to replicate her family crest for the replacement. Communication was excellent and conducted on a very easy/intuitive platform. Explanatory materials for each step in the process were professional. I felt connected and part of the process the entire time. I would easily go to Custom Made again; a terrific experience!”

“Everything about CustomMade is made to be simple. They go at your pace when designing your ring. When I designed the engagement ring (Star Wars themed; with rebel and Jedi symbols), they sent back a mock up that was almost perfect! It was a good base, and we were able to get the design expedited to meet my timeline. When I designed the wedding band (Harry Potter themed), I was able to take my time, and got it just perfect for my future bride! They can do so much and made the perfect rings for us!”
