“Custommade.com is a very good website to use for personalized jewelry. I used it to design my fiancé’s engagement ring and we both love how it turned out, her especially of course! they respond very quickly, give you plenty of options and expert’s input in the designing process, and their payment system is very fair too. They were quite patient with me as it took me many months to completely pay it off, but when I finally did they delivered the completed ring within a week of that payment. It is a very awesome experience and I highly recommend it.”

“My experience was very good with Custom Made, I was taken care of every step of the way through the process. The kind and caring team were very helpful and attentive until the rings were in my hands. Easy to follow steps broke down what I wanted in the ring originally and also made me think of additional tiny details to make it really special. She’s going to love it!”

“I just have to say that working with Custom Made and their team has been one of the best customer service experiences I've encountered. From beginning to end, it was an amazing experience. From Jerrold, the Jewelry consultant, to Oshin, the Gem Expert, to finally, the amazing Production Lead, Eula - everyone was very prompt and professional in their responses and was very clear in making sure I understood the entire Custom Made process ensuring a very positive experience. “I worked with a few people during the process of making my fiancés wedding ring, and it was an easy, exciting, and professional experience. They were able to design a ring I could never find in a store that also holds sentimental value to me as well. Thought out the process, they would check in and make sure I was happy with how the process was going, as well as changing or modifying anything I asked. They walked me through step by step of what they do to make the ring and answered any questions I had. I had 0 doubts through out the process because they were in constant contact with me, and when I got my ring I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I would 100% recommend CustomMade to anyone who is looking for custom jewelry. They did an outstanding job from start to finish”

“One of the best places I've looked at and I have no regrets going through the process with them. Everything was super easy to understand and everyone I worked with was so polite, helpful and always went over the top to make sure the ring was perfect. Shipping was so quick (even to put of the country) and they made sure to check with me to make sure everything was good afterwards. Wholeheartedly recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for an engagement ring and/or band. Thank you guys!!!”

“1. Website Experience - Great experience overall and ease of use and interface 2. Customer Experience - The staff was well informed and coordinated. I was always up to date on my order and I was given plenty of chances to offer my input and get the final shape I wanted. 3. Product Experience - I received exactly what I wanted. Every step of the way I was able to shape my ring the way I wanted and I obtained all pieces in an appropriate amount of time for shipping. 4. Costs vs. Customization - I had no previous benchmarks on what to expect the costs to be and everyone wants the best bang for their buck. If you have a price range in mind as I did, you should expect it to be more if you want a customized ring. By no fault of the company, however just be aware for international customers you may have import fees that you might not have considered, as well as foreign currency exchange. These are things that I wish I had known before starting the project as I ended up doubling my budget after everything was said and done.”

“Phenomenal craftsmanship and customer service! This is the second time I've entrusted CustomMade with bespoke jewelry. The first time was with a detailed custom signet ring I had been designing for years and after that HOMERUN performance, I trusted them again to design our engagement ring! (pic below). The pic below does not do justice to the level of detail that CustomMade was able to fit into the piece nor does it capture the over a hundred messages back and forth between me and the design team to get it perfect; and they succeeded! My fiancee' was stunned by the piece; everything from little touches like words, pictures, and symbols, to choosing the stone, to discussing the pros and cons of metals is included in this full-service experience! I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Great experience! I was pretty picky (because my girl), but these guys were excellent. We’re from Montana and wanted a Montana sapphire in her engagement ring and they went out and found one with the exact description I gave them! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Use these guys! I was nervous at first about it all but it was seriously awesome how nice, timely, and professional they were!”

“My family decided to recreate a ring that my father had given my mother to give to my sister for her 60th birthday. This ring had been lost and my sister just loved it. I started looking for a jewellery company to do this for us and was unhappy with my options. I couldn’t seem to find a designer willing to do a recreation that wasn’t an exorbitant price with a very long timeline to produce. I decided to look online and came across CustomMade. Started looking into the company and decided to reach out to them. Best choice ever!!! The whole process of recreating this ring for my sister was a joy. Each step was handled very professionally with clear design information. Each step required my input and approval. I cannot emphasize this enough. The ring was absolutely perfect and when we gave it to my sister she smiled the biggest smile followed by a deluge of tears. JACKPOT!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to design something special or unique. Every customer representative I dealt with throughout the process was incredible to work with. If I ever want to design another ring I won’t go anywhere else.”
