Kept telling me that its just a slight colour variation so they will take as a change or mind. It's not even a slight colour variation its a completely different shade. The beds arrived in about 500 different parts - many of which were not straight, so when we built the first bed up it wouldn’t even sit straight on the floor. “Worst company ever to deal with. Bought sofa which was poor quality and when my daughter sat on it (she's 7 stone) the leg broke off. Daals are refusing to pick it up or refund unless the sofa is dismantled and packaged up for their approval . My daughter didn't keep the packaging as lives in a tiny flat. She now has to dismantle the sofa and purchase boxes/bubble wrap at her expense before they will even consider picking the sofa up and giving me a full refund. They are awful to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

I spoke with customer service and they kept saying that the items were beige, please see the pictures…its ridiculous!
Despite of have been deceived, I have to take care of the return and pay the delivery fees.

“I ordered 2 pairs of “Cosenza” rattan Turner dining chairs. Firstly, there was no communication from Daals about my pre-order being delayed (almost 2 weeks later than stated on the website) until I contacted customer service asking where my order was.
When the order finally arrived, the pieces were defective. On one chair, the holes on the frame did not line up at all with the holes on the back and seat, so I wasn’t even able to assemble it. On another chair, the entire chrome frame was rusty, and one of the screws broke as I was screwing it in. The third and fourth chair were just about possible to assemble; however the holes were off-centre and clumsily made, and I had to apply a lot of force to get them to line up. ALL FOUR of the chairs had scratches on the frame, seat, and back. Quality control clearly isn’t a priority with this company.
I left a review on daals.co.uk, verified my email address, and then saw that the review was removed after a few minutes. I emailed customer service and still haven’t heard back from them. At the very least, I would expect them to collect the 2 defective pieces and give me a refund. I certainly won’t be asking for a replacement as I don’t have the energy to deal with them. I wish I had checked this website for reviews before I placed the order.”
“Daals does not deserve any stars!! The color is not as described and is much darker with hideous contrasting color that is charcoal on the backrests and near black on the seat cushions. Daals argues that the photos do not reflect actual color. What else can online shoppers rely on? NO FREE RETURN so think twice before you put your money down unless you are happy to pay the shipping costs for 10.2kg by a courier organized by yourself. The Terms & Condition tries to override the Consumers Act so mind the small prints. Reviews on Trust Pilot also mention about Daals’ Return Quality Inspection that many have failed and only get partial refund. A lot can happen during transit in return and consumers bear all the risks. Daals earn more by reselling return products with partial refund. How despicable! Awful customer service paid to guard than to help. Daal really makes a bad name for online business!”
“Awful. Absolutely awful. I have now endured 38 emails over what should have been a simple return, which has dragged out for over six weeks and taken hours of time. Having now reached the stage of receiving 'a refund' they have not transferred the money, meaning they have told me on email I have been refunded, but my account says otherwise. Totally frustrating and a complete waste of time. As for the product, it was awful.”
“Ordered a chair next day delivery 4 days ago and still not arrived. Paid £9.99 for next day delivery too. No updates via customer services and DPD. No sign of item. On to customer services everyday and clearly they are put on a tight script with getting robotic responses back and zero help. Was told to wait on Friday, Saturday I was told to come back on Monday as they could not talk to DPD over the weekend and Monday I contact again and they say they have no idea where the chair is and say they have the same DPD tracking as I do. They refuse to give you a refund despite the inconvenience and stress and time you waste chasing these incompetent fools. I’ve never experienced a company quite like it that seem to hate the customer. They still have no idea where my chair is and won’t refund me incase it leads to complications for them.

I’m now £125 short with no item that was urgently needed and no resolution or response as to where it is. So upset and angry. If I were you do not use this company. Order somewhere else that can actually deliver an item and save your stress. I have since reported this company on all platforms as it’s concerning. I don’t want anyone to go through this upset. “Was looking online at sofas with Daals, placed one in my trolley and was deciding wether to buy or not. Then a few moments later Daals started ringing me, this is very intrusive, I did not ask for a call and did not expect to be cold called. I ordered a desk for my son and it arrived late, it also arrive damaged. No offer of a refund only a replacement plinth. That arrived damaged so that goes to show the awful quality (and not cheap to buy!).
I finally got a response from customer service who still didn't offer a refund until I complained. Over a week later from saying they would collect it, I still don't have a date for collection and I am housing a huge box of a naff desk and down almost £100.

Bought a gazebo at the end of summer, when putting together found most parts missing. Asked for the parts and they sent one part. Asked again for the parts and again sent 2. It’s now Jan 31st and I am still missing 2 parts. Have asked for a refund and return of goods but was refused. I advise everyone to STEER CLEAR of this unacceptable business you will lose money, time and the will to live anymore.”
“Brought a gazebo from here which came with faulty parts/no paperwork or instructions. Replacement parts that were sent had rust all over them. The whole thing fell apart and customer service took no responsibility. They said it was a complex issue because of the price (I.e. too expensive to take responsibility for).
They blamed me as apparently I was told to not leave it out in the wind (was that written on the paperwork you didn't send me?).
Worst service I've ever received from any company and £300+ wasted. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Offered a pathetic 20% refund despite all the rusty faulty parts.”

“Daals have to be the most monumental waste of time I have ever experienced. They show zero respect, regard and care for customers. I ordered an item and was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Over 6 weeks later it still hadn't arrived. In fact, twice they tried to deliver it but the items was not on the van. I was then told it was out of stock and instead they wished to give me another product instead - why would I want that?
They tried to arrange a delivery with me twice, but called with less than 24 hours notice before the delivery, which is not enough time to rearrange work shifts to be at home. Apparently there is no options to book more than 24 hours in advance. To this information I provided several days and times of when I was available yet they once again arranged a delivery for when I was not at home.
Requesting a refund and cancelling my order also was not an easy process. I had to call up and speak to 3 different people. I requested to speak to a manager twice and they never called me.
I would NEVER recommend this incompetent company. Order from places like Made or Wayfair. They delivered earlier than the days they estimated, gave more than 24 hours in advance to arrange a delivery, and gave options for days and times.
Daals are truly abysmal and are not worth dealing with. They caused so much more unnecessary stress and have been so appalling with their lack of care. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!”
