“Terrible company. Shipped wrongly aligned chair frames. Aren't willing to exchange them. They claim that the frame was damaged during assembly, therefore, voiding any warranty. This isn't true. Customer support doesn't really care about looking deeper into the problem and providing a solution (support Josh, didn't even ask for the order number or chair model). It could be easily fixed by shipping a new frame or backrest, but instead, they prefer to make the purchasing experience a nightmare. Very disappointing. Better avoid!”
“Absolutely dreadful Company. I ordered two barstools and when they turned up the box was filthy and partially opened. On opening the barstools they looked more brown than grey. Immediately I resealed the box without removing the chairs and put it in the back of my car. The following week I dropped them back at the warehouse as it wasn’t too far away. Four days later a received an email saying I was being deducted 10% off my refund because the box was damaged. I immediately rang customer services and explained the box was like that when I received it. Customer services were adamant I was being deducted 10% so I put the purchase into dispute with PayPal.
After leaving another review on trust pilot I received a response from Daals saying they had reviewed my order and indeed the box was damage and had issued a full refund. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! Then I received an email saying they would not refund me unless I dropped the case against them. Eventually after speaking directly to PayPal and providing the required evidence, PayPal agreed with me and refunded in full. This company are an absolute disgrace. The directors should be ashamed. They treat their customers is a disgraceful way. Just read other people experiences. Awful.”
“I would not use this company again. I ordered a 3 seater sofa by mistake when I meant to order the 2 seater. As soon as I noticed my mistake (the next day) I contacted Daals to see if this could be rectified. They said yes, no problem we will let the courier know not to deliver and to bring the 3 seater back. I was extremely grateful for this. However, they did not let the courier know, and they delivered it anyway (dumped in my driveway with no warning txt/email when I was not in). For 4 weeks they promised they would collect it (i have 6 emails promising this) then this week they decide they are not going to collect and I have to pay to send it back myself. I dont understand why promise this then not honour it, wasting my time for a month. They delivered it after saying they wouldnt, now I have to pay to send it back? Not to be trusted.”
“DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT BUY the colour of the sofa is completely different to that delivered and when I called customer service they didn't want to know or help. Kept telling me that its just a slight colour variation so they will take as a change or mind. It's not even a slight colour variation its a completely different shade. They have refused to puck up and refund our money. Now I've read the reviews I can see this has happened to thousands of people. I'm utterly gutted.”

I ordered 2 dining table chairs it was the worst experience of my life. I couldn't even return it. They did not come to take the products and did not refund my money. “The beds we got from them were diabolical! Do not ever buy from this company. The beds arrived in about 500 different parts - many of which were not straight, so when we built the first bed up it wouldn’t even sit straight on the floor. We asked for a refund and three weeks later still haven’t got anywhere. They are an absolute joke. We feel we won’t get out money back - they keep saying they will send new parts to replace the faulty ones - but we don’t want this tat! Avoid at all costs.”
“Worst company ever to deal with. Bought sofa which was poor quality and when my daughter sat on it (she's 7 stone) the leg broke off. Daals are refusing to pick it up or refund unless the sofa is dismantled and packaged up for their approval . My daughter didn't keep the packaging as lives in a tiny flat. She now has to dismantle the sofa and purchase boxes/bubble wrap at her expense before they will even consider picking the sofa up and giving me a full refund. They are awful to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

I ordered two beige bedsite tables and I received two light pink bedside tables (that actually in the website seemed white).
I spoke with customer service and they kept saying that the items were beige, please see the pictures…its ridiculous!
Despite of have been deceived, I have to take care of the return and pay the delivery fees.

“I ordered 2 pairs of “Cosenza” rattan Turner dining chairs. Firstly, there was no communication from Daals about my pre-order being delayed (almost 2 weeks later than stated on the website) until I contacted customer service asking where my order was.
When the order finally arrived, the pieces were defective. On one chair, the holes on the frame did not line up at all with the holes on the back and seat, so I wasn’t even able to assemble it. On another chair, the entire chrome frame was rusty, and one of the screws broke as I was screwing it in. The third and fourth chair were just about possible to assemble; however the holes were off-centre and clumsily made, and I had to apply a lot of force to get them to line up. ALL FOUR of the chairs had scratches on the frame, seat, and back. Quality control clearly isn’t a priority with this company.
I left a review on daals.co.uk, verified my email address, and then saw that the review was removed after a few minutes. I emailed customer service and still haven’t heard back from them. At the very least, I would expect them to collect the 2 defective pieces and give me a refund. I certainly won’t be asking for a replacement as I don’t have the energy to deal with them. I wish I had checked this website for reviews before I placed the order.”
“Daals does not deserve any stars!! The color is not as described and is much darker with hideous contrasting color that is charcoal on the backrests and near black on the seat cushions. Daals argues that the photos do not reflect actual color. What else can online shoppers rely on? NO FREE RETURN so think twice before you put your money down unless you are happy to pay the shipping costs for 10.2kg by a courier organized by yourself. The Terms & Condition tries to override the Consumers Act so mind the small prints. Reviews on Trust Pilot also mention about Daals’ Return Quality Inspection that many have failed and only get partial refund. A lot can happen during transit in return and consumers bear all the risks. Daals earn more by reselling return products with partial refund. How despicable! Awful customer service paid to guard than to help. Daal really makes a bad name for online business!”

Super comfy and looks more expensive than it was.

“Awful. Absolutely awful. I have now endured 38 emails over what should have been a simple return, which has dragged out for over six weeks and taken hours of time. Having now reached the stage of receiving 'a refund' they have not transferred the money, meaning they have told me on email I have been refunded, but my account says otherwise. Totally frustrating and a complete waste of time. As for the product, it was awful.”
“Ordered a chair next day delivery 4 days ago and still not arrived. Paid £9.99 for next day delivery too. No updates via customer services and DPD. No sign of item. On to customer services everyday and clearly they are put on a tight script with getting robotic responses back and zero help. Was told to wait on Friday, Saturday I was told to come back on Monday as they could not talk to DPD over the weekend and Monday I contact again and they say they have no idea where the chair is and say they have the same DPD tracking as I do. They refuse to give you a refund despite the inconvenience and stress and time you waste chasing these incompetent fools. I’ve never experienced a company quite like it that seem to hate the customer. They still have no idea where my chair is and won’t refund me incase it leads to complications for them.

Which is crazy when it is their fault and error. No refunds, no compensation, no compassion for customers. I never normally write reviews but this company have vexed me. I’m now £125 short with no item that was urgently needed and no resolution or response as to where it is. So upset and angry. If I were you do not use this company. Order somewhere else that can actually deliver an item and save your stress. I have since reported this company on all platforms as it’s concerning. I don’t want anyone to go through this upset. I dare to think how they must mistreat vulnerable people. Don’t make the same mistake I did taking a chance on Daals they are awful people. SAVE YOURSELFS!!”
“Was looking online at sofas with Daals, placed one in my trolley and was deciding wether to buy or not. Then a few moments later Daals started ringing me, this is very intrusive, I did not ask for a call and did not expect to be cold called.
