“My boots arrived, they are lovely thank you. I did email you to see when they would be arriving but didn't receive a reply. But other than that everything was good. Would definitely buy from you again.”

“I have always received excellent service from Daniels except for most recently when i had requested my order be sent to an alternative address and it was delivered to my home address.Unfortunately, i was not there for some time as i had been away from home looking after a family member who was iil. This caused me some inconvenience. However, because of previous good relationships , i will carry on recommending and using Daniels in the future.”

“Everything was fine with ordering, my only bug was the time of delivery took 3.5 weeks but a little unsure if the boots were coming from Europe or mainland England!! Otherwise would definitely use again... I love my boots too????”

“I have recently ordered a pair of Michael Kors boots and the delivery process was really good, they said they would arrive within 3-4 days and they come the next day of me ordering them. One thing I was a bit disappointed about was there was a couple marks on the boots witch I was not expecting as I paid £220, but as they are suede it is a very delicate material. I would order from Daniels Footwear again but I'm hoping this time there will be no marks on the shoes. I defiantly would recommend Daniels Footwear to my friends and family they are a really good service.”

“although my order took almost two weeks to arrive, due to a 'lost' parcel that was in the hands of city link, it was eventually fulfilled and i am extremely happy with my purchase. after contacting daniel footwear to query the whereabouts of my order, i experienced excellent customer service by andrew walker. he kept me informed of the status of my shoes and after learning that they had been lost, he located another pair, extended a discount and had them sent to me within days. i would not hesitate to purchase through daniel footwear again. city link has been known to drop the ball here and there and i guess these things just happen sometimes with large volumes of deliveries. thank you for the expeditious solution of this situation. j. treat”

“Hi I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots off you, the service was excellent but unfortunately one of the boots was badly damaged on the heel which was very disappointing, I have returned it and you have refunded me, but it is still not good when a badly damaged boot leaves the stock room”

“I bought some boots online but was sent the wrong ones. I called Oliver at customer services who was very helpful. He went out of his way to track down the boots I wanted in the correct size & had them sent to your Wembley branch. There was a few delays in this happening but after around Two weeks they got them. I had to make several calls to Oliver & the branch who were quite helpful. Other than the delays in receiving the boots & the fact I was sent the wrong ones in the first place I was overall happy with the boot's & service. Regards kit”

“I loved the shoes I bought, Michael Kors leopard print ballet pumps(which are a beautiful design) and some black leather platform ankle boots. They were just as they appeared to be from the photos. The only issue was that the MK pumps looked like they had been worn once, not outside, but around the house and the labels had been removed from the sole of the shoes which made them look like they had been worn one. But I loved them and knew they had not been worn outside, they did not look worn from the shoe itself, only the sole, and one wear out from me would mean they were worn. So I kept them In relation to the boots they were beautiful but made my little legs look dumpy so sent back, but threw away packaging in error. Daniel were amazing with me returning the boots and emailed me labels immediately to package them up and send them back, no issues. Thanks for that. I will be back to buy more boots”

“Had a lot of trouble with your Couriers, City Link. Delivery guy saying he had tried to deliver and left a card, when he clearly had not done so. I was present at the property the whole time and no more than 10 feet from the front door!! On contacting City Link myself, the operator I spoke to actually admitted to me that the Driver must have been lying!! Strongly suggest that you change your Courier Company! Young man at Daniel sorted out a pair of shoes from my local Daniel store and had the original pair diverted back, so alls well that ends well! Shoes fitted perfectly and very comfortable.
