“I bought my vape in July, by the end of September it was dead. I did get the 10% battery signal so ordered a new battery and charger, charged both batteries and both register 10% charge.

“Top of the line products! I only use Davinci products now after lots of trial and error. A friend introduced me to the IQ2 and was blown away by the experience. Vapor is smooth and clean and much more flavorful and aromatic. It’s easy to use but you can also spend hours programming sessions with your preferred temperatures. My friend is super into that part, but I’m all about simplicity-I got the MiqroC and love it even more than the IQ2! It’s a tad smaller and lighter which is perfect for me. And it still had the incredible tech of the originals. I prefer the 4 preset paths to having to dial in temps with the IQs. Amazing to have the option but if you prefer to load and go, a MiqroC is a great option! I will never us another vaporizer.”
“It has been over two weeks since I ordered my DaVinci vaporizer and I still haven't received it. I even opted to pay extra for "expedited" shipping, which has proven to be anything but.
Dealing with DaVinci customer service is a horrific experience since there's only a chat option and no way to actually talk to a person to quickly resolve an issue. After spending 45 minutes on the irritating chat interface with a representative they said the delay was due to a warehouse move, and they would refund my expedited shipping fee, and that the vape would ship within 24-48 hours. It didn't.
When it finally shipped about 72 hours after the chat it seems like they didn't send it by expedited shipping as it has been with USPS for over a week at this point.
I actually had a Davinci vape before and loved it. After using it regularly for ~3-4 years I decided to upgrade to a new one, and was looking forward to the new model. At this point I'm not even sure I want to be a customer of a company whose service is so bad.
In 2023 "Expedited" shipping has come to mean within 24 hours of placing the order, with delivery within 2-3 days of that for a total of 3-4 days from order to receipt. Most e-commerce stores offer far better than that so that's a bare minimum for what "expedited" should mean. Currently I'm at 14+ days with no sign of the vape on the horizon. Truly disappointing.
Can't really answer most of the questions below as the delivery hasn't even happened yet, though the survey about how my experience has been is. It has been incredibly disappointing. Based on past experience I'm hopeful the product will be good, if it ever gets here.”

I only have 2 complaints, the first one regarding the time between I made the order and product shipping was too much, more than 4 days. The second one is about a little detail regarding the box where the vape came in, the internal face of the box that has the davinci message dropped as soon as i open the box. I think the product presentation is good but that little detail can affect the first impression.”
“My first battery lasted a month then would not hold a charge. Bought a new one from them. I noticed that the unit would not register the charge amount properly and kept saying the battery was full when it was empty over and over just as in the first battery. I noticed a gas coming from the second battery. So upon looking up possible lithium explosions, I have no faith in this product which does not register charges properly and can easily lead to overcharging. No way would I possibly use such a device. Who would???”
“Overall it's a decent product but there are a few flaws. The battery life is terrible. I use it twice for about 10 minutes and it already eats through half the battery life. The top latch is difficult to open and the part of the case where the latch is located is very sharp. I have sliced both of my thumbs trying to open it. The edges of the case are even beveled just like a knife. Very poor design.”

“I purchased an IQ2 and IQC, and while these devices are very well designed, precise with temperature control and vapor production, I was disappointed with the IQC's "buzzing noise" it makes when desired temperature is reached. I've compared it to the IQ2 and I can barely hear anything compared to the IQC. The feedback I received was due to the pulse width modulation (PWM) which makes sense that at desired temperature it has to increase the resistance, however the IQ2 doesn't emit nearly the same level of "buzzing noise". I don't recall the noise being there from the first couples of uses and now seems as if it has increased over time. I now can't stop hearing it...wish I had an option to trade this unit for another.”
“The IQ2 Carbon is a beautiful piece of tech! Being an automotive geek, I couldn't help but gravitate towards it! I own a few different dry herb vapes, but the Davinci takes the cake for the best I have used. Flavor and vapor are both very pleasant and never gets too hot. The Vape itself gets pretty warm, but not untouchable or unusable. My only complaint is the web-based app for iOS is not working properly and will not allow me to connect to my phone. I can use it on my laptop, but it does defeat 1/2 the purpose of the device if I cannot sync with my phone. At the $499.99 price point for this limited edition vape I expected pretty much perfection.”
“We love our vaporizer, but we just ordered new sleeves cleaning picks and they don't fit our old vaporizer! The sleeve is too loose and the charging port opening doesn't line-up. The pick is too long will not fit inside the DaVinci.”
“Nobody has bothered to respond to my last email last week. My vaporozer does not remain on even thoufh the battwry is filly charged. You sent me a new battery but that did not help. It still does not stay on. On one occasion, it stayed on with the old battery and then it overheated and I could not turn it off. I had to manually remove the battery to turn it off.”
