“I purchased a limited edition carbon fiber dry herb vape and downloaded the app. Unfortunately I’m having difficulty loading my IQ2 on the app so I can properly use it. So I reached out to support, first by using the QR code on the carbon fiber credit card you provided but it stated that website is no longer available, I then called the 800 number to speak to support and the message there was to send an email and someone would assist. After leaving an email as instructed, many days later......I STILL haven’t heard back from anyone in support from Davinchi, so I went and purchased a G-Pen dry herb vape and I couldn’t be happier. Please have someone reach out to me so I can use my $500 Otherwise I’m going to return it and be the best customer for your competitors. Do the right thing and have someone call me....you have all my contact information.....”

BS I ordered a different Davinci Vape from Planet of the Vapes and received 3 separate orders from them in the month of January alone. Simply put do better at delivering your own product no reason someone else can sell and deliver your Davinci branded products in literally no time and you can't. I was told there would be an update prior to delivery. Nope. The item just showed up w/o advance notice.
I was told that an adult would need to sign up on delivery. Nope!
Customer service answered my first email promptly, but only to tell me to be patient.
My next email went unanswered.
I was sent a request to write a review before the device arrived!
I sent the review request to CS, and there was no response. I explained that I would have to have the device to properly review it.
The device has only been around for about ten days, so I can't yet speak to durability.
Charging times and battery use seem fine.”

“I purchased a Davinci Micro C vaporizer about a month ago. It's my first vaporizer, so it's been a learning experience. I've been using almost every night before bed to vaporize some legal hemp which instead of producing a high, it's been bred to produce a variety of THC which helps one sleep. The hemp looks and smells like ordinary hemp and was easy to crumble to fill the oven.
As far as my inexperience can tell, the vaporizer is working flawlessly. Two tokes per night and I sleep more easily.
However, I rated the vaporizer with only four stars for two reasons:
1. The manual is skimpy, especially on the details of how to clean the Micro C. As a newbie I would have appreciated more information on how to use the various tools and swabs effectively.
2. Again, this may be due to my inexperience, but the Micro C is advertised as having a "30 minute run time." I interpreted this to mean it could be used for 30 minutes before requiring a battery charge. Instead, I came to realize I could only use it perhaps three nights at perhaps one minute each night before the battery signalled it was low.”
“Very disappointed in the recently purchased Davinci Vaporizer. The item is producing a lot of heat, but very little vapor. Made with herb straight into the chamber and with the metal dosing capsules, both to poor results.”
“Excellent device to use. It's small and discreet. I like the fact that when it's ready to go it will vibrate in your hand. Another benefit is that it has a replaceable battery. Make sure you have a spare as the sessions don't last to long.”
“Waited a week and a half for items to arrive only to receive half of my order. Order was sent with a different order number on the invoice than my actual order. Still waiting for a response from customer service to find out if either they will send me the rest of my order or give me a refund.”
