I figure this is a rare situation considering the overwhelming positive reviews, but my experience has been quite negative and i wish i had gone with pax now, unfortunately.”

“Inaccurate product description which prompted me to send the item back. The product was a supposed to be a gift which by the way got here almost a month late. They said I can refuse to accept it from the shipping company who would be knocking on my door and getting my signature given that this is an age-restricted item... the carrier never rang and just left the item at my door two months ago. It's been two months that I've been contacting Davinci to arrange to return the so far intact item but no one is getting back to me. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these people. If the website is poorly created, delivery is not on time, and customer service is so disastrous, they might as well go home!”
“Worst ordering fulfillment process and never received product. Ordered on Black Friday 27th of November and is now February. Contacted customer service many times about the delay of my order. Said they reship and refund the shipping which they did. Since that point, it's been reshipped via 3rd party carrier 10 business days ago with no Holidays and still not arrived. Not sure if Davinci really sells the ARTIQ vape or just stealing your money.”
