“I can’t write about the product since according to my USPS tracking info, my item hasn’t shipped so I will discuss the customer service. I ordered my product on September 9. On Monday 9/11 I received an email that my order was being shipped USPS. Toward the end of the week I sent an email to customer service because the tracking information noted that Davinci still hadn’t given the order to USPS. I received no response to my inquiry. (and still haven’t) On Friday 9/15 I received another notification from Davinci that they have sent my order (again!). When I followed the USPS tracking on Monday 9/18, it again states that they have not received the package from Davinci. I think at this point Davinci would put the order in a box and carry it over to UPS or FedEx and send it 2 day delivery because this is kind of ridiculous.

“This is an upgrade from my original IQ that I lost after using for 6 years without any issues.
I appreciate the larger size and the design mostly sticking to the original blueprint. Also don't mind that it shuts off 2 mins earlier than the original model, I find that the herb gets harsh at around 8 mins anyway and it's a good time to stop. Hope it'll give me many years of use like the original.
I gave it one less star because the unit I have sometimes buzzes off during initial heating, even with full battery. I just turn it back on again and it hasn't turned off a 2nd time in a row yet.”
“I do not like that it gets SO HOT. Even with the protector on it, its too hot. It also doesnt create a great cloud at all. it doesnt matter what or how much was packed. It died after 2 uses each time I tried to use it.”
“The lack of customer service via telephone is an absolute downer here. Getting anything done takes days when any problems could be corrected in minutes through a phone call. The product itself is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.”
“Davinci IQC is an all around good vaporizer. It hits smooth and heats up rather quickly. That being said there has definitely been hiccups getting off the ground. First is connecting your phone to the IQC. The supplied website address is no longer active. I had to contact customer service to get the correct address. When they provided it, they acknowledged the IQC can get very hot and would be cooler to the touch if I bought a silicon sleeve. Well I did and it works but I’m a bit upset I had to pay $7 above cost to cover shipping on something I could have received free shipping on if the getting hot issue was acknowledged when I bought the vaporizer. Or maybe just include it with the IQC for free since it’s a cheap add on. 3) The battery is not great. My new vaporizer only last one eight minute smoke session and then it dies. Customer service has yet to resolve this issue and didn’t seem to understand the issue I am having. This should be a five star review but unfortunately there are some hiccups that need to be addressed to save future customers the issues I’m having.”
“The clean flavor and coolness of the vapor is definitely superior to my other vaporizer, a PAX. I think you should allow more time before you signal that the session is ready to start. The oven may have reached temperature, but the vapor doesn't kick in for awhile longer. This is not a show stopper, I am willing to wait just a tad longer before I start inhaling. Any new cannabis I buy always gets it's first taste on the davinci, it's my gold standard for determine the quality of what I bought.”
“Within the first year the unit had no issues, now after replacing the batter, well I'm not sure what recommendations i can provide except middle of the road because I am still without a working unit; BUT when it does work, its a gem!!!”
“These are garbage, bought first iqc, lasted 2 months, read how good customer service was so emailed them and ordered another so i wasnt without one, still havnt heard from customer service, its been 2 months and my new one is on its way out, poor quality, waste of money buy a pax they are tanks”
“This unit, the DaVinci iqc, is extremely power challenged. In the first place, the battery does not last hardly any time on a full charge. And even when the battery has a good charge the thing turns off on you for no reason. And I am not talking about at the end of an 8 minute session. It turns off right after it heats up. It's like the effort of heating up the oven is too much for the battery and it momentarily thinks it is drained and the thing shuts down. Repeatedly.
It's great every once in a while and vaping a bowl can be like a warm swallow of some kind of fine liquor. Or something. I don't drink fine liquor, much less warm fine liquor, so I wouldn't know, but when the darn iqc is working right, it's just good, but that happens so rarely that the thing still only gets one star, the least I can go. Sorry.”
“I just got my Artiq. The build and quality are outstanding. There are two things that I'm not in love with right out of the gates. The edge along the bottom of the metal casing feels unfinished. It's kinda sharp, not that it will cut you, however you definitely notice it. It's like a fingernail after you've clipped it, but have yet to file it. The second thing is that the default mouthpiece requires quite a lot of sucking to get the machine to work. I have the water bubbler mouthpiece attached and is much better.”
“I bought one IC2, loved it and bought another for my brother! The IC2 lets you enjoy great flavor without the harmful smoke. Add some Star Anise pieces to the flavor chamber and you'll experience a truly awesome flavor. I particularly like that it uses a standard 18650 battery rather than an internal battery. This eliminates having to wait for the unit to recharge, great idea. Get one, you will love it too!”
“I purchased the carbon IQ2. I love this thing. I did find there was a small learning curve. Do not over-pack the dosing capsules and do not under-pack the dosing capsules. I love everything about this vaporizer. It is a quality piece. I prefer the IQ2 over my Mighty due to the way it feels in my hand and the size of it. They both vape the same for me. The IQ2 stays so clean when using the dosing capsules. I highly recommend the IQ2.”
“I'm not a fan of 510 carts because of the harshness of the tokes .
However I needed to get a vape with usb charging for use when camping away from the electrical grid .
So I ordered a Davinci Artiq although I was sceptical of Davinci's claim the re routed vapor path would reduce the heat by 90 percent .
It does definately reduce the heat by a considerable amount enough to eliminate coughing sessions from the tokes .
The electrical functions all work and I like the haptic draw feature also .
So overall it's a decent unit and I don't regret the purchase but the cart of live resin I'm using is poor quality so I'm anxious to try something a bit better soon .”
