Horrendous service from the courier himself as well as from the call centre when I tried to lodge a complaint. Will never ever use again.

In all my years dealing with couriers this must be the most inefficient in SA. Parcel from overseas delivered to the wrong address after they changed the city to Durban instead of Hilton. Correct address on waybill and envelope. No apology.

Sent my daughter's Christmas present off on the 13th . Up till now it is not there promised to deliver before 24th . Got confirmation it was going to be delivered waited all day and they said they couldn't get hold of daughter which is a downright lie. THEY ARE USELESS. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WHOEVER USES THEM TWICE MUST BE CRAZY. PROBABLY THE WORST OF THE WORST

Never in my life will I ever order from any place using dawn wing as couriers ever again. 3 orders going to different provinceses of where I am and blaming the company they are supporting. Hehe well if they did yhe job correctly they would have used the correct postal code(WHICH WAS CONFIMED CORRECT WITH PROVIDER AND ORDER) I AM SO F...... N FED UP.

No customer service, parcel not tracking, nobody responding to emails, when you ask for a name, address or reference number for the call , they just drop the phone Parcel is still missing and no one is bothered to locate it. This is very alarming

Thus is the most pathetic courier company!! Their service is pathetic! I have been waiting for my parcel that should have arrives on 1 December and they cannot te me when I will receive it. It is at the depot but they are back logged so cannot tell me when they can deliver it. I offered to go there and fetch it, but they said they don't allow that. Why and what are they hiding... I asked if I can get ITT couriers to collect it from them, but they don't allow that either...they don't get back to you, they cannot give estimated times and when I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they cut me off...how they are still in business is beyond anyone's comprehension. CLOSE YOUR DOORS DAWN WING COURIERS!!!!

Okay Dawn wings unprofessionalism is unmatched i tell you. First of all they keep on changing the delivery guys names while delaying to deliver. Secondly the day they decide to deliver they will call you non stop for direction had an encounter with 2 guys already they lack comprehension, when you give them directions they don't pay attention to details. And when they say they will deliver at 18:30 rest assured that by 21:45 you will be on the phone trying to give someone directions who is disrespecting you and telling you that you live in a desert. Poooor services and traumatic jerrrrrr!

absolute worst "courier" ever to be, even SAPO is faster and more reliable , if anyone tells you they're using dawn-wing just cancel your order and buy from wish instead you'll get faster delivery and better service

Dawn Wing had my parcel for just under a week, when i decided to contact the call centre, spoke to a lady that told me my goods would be delivered the following monday, Monday came and nothing, i then called again and was told my postal address was wrong which in fact wasn't my fault & was captured wrong on their side when collecting from Cotton on, anyway fixed that and expected a delivery the Wednesday - nothing received, called in the Thursday(this is almost two weeks since my order was collected from Cotton on) and i was told "they do not have enough orders for my area" after making a scene some lady arranged that it be delivered to an alternative address, which they didn't do either :) - worst possible courier

Shocking shocking system. How it works is that you have to be able to answer your phone at the exact moment when the courier rings.. If you can’t answer the call immediately (because, like me, you are in constant meetings) there is no way to call back (the number is unreachable) or ask them to wait for a moment. They can’t WhatsApp and they can’t give you a time when they will be there. I have been trapped in my house for two whole days because I get an SMS saying that they are delivering. At the end both days I got a message saying they couldn’t deliver. I’M RIGHT HERE!!!! I was refused any access to a senior person on the phone. I simply cannot believe the level of frustration this causes. And it reflects so badly on the company I ordered from although it has nothing to do with them! NEVER USE THEM.

Called the call centre this morning and was told my parcel will be delivered by 5pm for the latest, asked the consultant for the drivers number and was told thy don't have any numbers of the drivers, but the person who will be delivering my parcel, his name is Craig. When I went on to the tracking system iy shows my parcel has been returned but no calls or smses was sent out me.. This is really poor service.. Poor.. Poor... Poor

The worst service ever. They called to confirm the address 3x. On top of that they took a pic before I could object. I mean other companies' agents wear masks and have sanitizers. I'm not comfortable with having my picture taken especially without warning. It's messed up if you asked me.

Worst unprofessional service ever! Long and delayed. Takes hours to return a call. Call agents are not informed. They have alot to learn from other courier companies. They promise to collect and no one arrives. When they decide to arrive they dont even wait 3 minutes. Its like they just expect people to sit and wait for them for days on end as they cant deliver on the agreed day or time. When you try return a call you cant get back to the person that called and clearly no notes on their systems so you have to explain over and over. Poor call centre, poor service. NOT reccomended!

Had package that needed to be delivered to address. No trace of package. Lost or stolen. Clear address details on the packing. Avoid using this company

The delivery which was meant for me was delivered to an address which was not correct, the address use was at the discretion of the driver, failing to read the instructions on the delivery request. Do not use !!!

I am waiting since yesterday for a parcel, received a SMS informing me it will be delivered before 5. Got a call in the morning, to late to answer, phoned back to hear that the driver will call me if he is 2 addresses away from me. Phoned again in afternoon, hold since I was caller 10, when I reached caller 1,I was cut off! Got a SMS at 5 to tell me I was not at home, so my package delivery will be rescheduled!!! Phone this morning, the guy did not even apologize for their bad service, told me with a bad attitude that I will receive my package today before 2, I am still waiting!! (1 pm) Terrible experience! First and last time, thank you!

I received a SMS to say my parcel was delivered but I could not track which neighbour. Contacted Environ who put me through to Luzuko. He was very proffessional and helpful and in no time I had my parcel. He is an asset to your company.I was not at home for my delivery and asked Dawn Wing to leave it with my neighbour. The courier left it with at my other neighbour which was so great that Darrel did that. Darrel has always been helpful and is also very proffessional and is an asset to your company. Thank you . I made an order on the 2nd of August 21, Dawn Wing JNB gets it on the 3rd Aug 21 early morning, it only arrives on the 6th in Port Elizabeth at 18:30, and I'm still waiting for it! 98% on time delivery is actually 100 off time

NIGHTMARE PLEASE DON'T USE THEM This is a useless courier company ever, i ordered shoes at Crocs South Africa and it happens that they use dawn Wing courier services. Been receiving sms that my order is out for delivery and it never came 4 times. Tried sending emails they don't reply used close to R100 airtime calling their number you will remain caller number "11" 30mins on hold i never got to speak to any consultant uptp now
