“I can, unfortunately, share the same experience as the other customers whose reviews I am reading here. Huge delays, but the worst I believe is that no one responds to any inquiries or requests, nor answers the phone for the U.S. customer service. Basically, the customer service is nonexistent and as of today I don`t know where my order is since the website says in preparation and there is clearly no one to ask... Extremely disappointed.”

I emailed few times never get a response. I called they only answered 1 time. They said they would make a refund my money but it’s been 1 week still holding my money. “Horrible company. I still have not received the refund for the sweater I purchased. This is after emailing their team 7 times. I had to personally call 3 times to get a return label emailed to me. They never responded to any of my emails. It feels like a complete scam. I had to file a dispute with my credit card and provide the return tracking number to prove the new item was returned just to get a refund.”
“I made an order that was still in awaiting shipment (1 month) and was told that it will be another 20 days, I have given more chances with the state of the world so I wasn't to annoyed knowing my shipment was coming at least I thought. After waiting over 2 months I asked for a refund of the full price and they told me that it would be 7 workings days however it has been 2 weeks and yet to see anything. I'm still pushing for my refund and soon will be seeking more legal ways to get my money back.
They are only good to take emails to get into contact with however that's the only thing I can say that is positive about them.”
“I ordered 6 items worth $1321.09 on 10/26 and I only received 4 items when they arrived. I called the customer service immediately. I got the response that 1 of the 2 is out of stock and they have already issued a refund which I called my credit company and they said they don’t see the refund. I didn’t receive any emails regarding this stock issue either.
The other item out of the 2 they said they will investigate to see if they are “indeed” at fault and will see after that if they will give me refund. I am already super insulted at this point. First of all, It’s super easy to investigate. Just check on the surveillance of packing. Second, I have ordered with the company more than 10 times and this has been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. There’s no communication what so ever unless I call them like a manic. They better give me a good answer or I will take this problem further since all the conversions I had with the customer service should be recorded. I will never buy from sandro ever again. This company operates like a fraud/scam company now.”
“The nightmare continues! It took me 1 month to return an online order of clothes back to Sandro because of their incompetence. It has now taken almost a further month to receive a refund for the returned items into my account. And still there's no sign of the money! Absolutely disgraceful company, flagrantly in breach of consumer protection regulations in the UK, France and across the EU. It seems I will have no option but to instigate a Chargeback for fraud via Visa and send a pre-court action letter. All for a simple online clothes order!”

I sent email to Sandro customer service for quality complain and never got an answer from them. So I called them twice. First time, they just hung up (I know it was very unprofessional ) Second time, they said no. I still haven’t received an email from Sandro.”

I have purchased a pair of gloves on 27 November 2020, I still haven’t received my order. I called their customer service on December 7, 15 and 17, also sent a letter to their head office to complain about non-delivery of goods with acknowledgment of receipt on December 2020, I still haven’t received any feedback from them.
I will never purchase from this brand ever again and strongly disrecommend. You will never receive your order nor any refund from them.”
“I bought items that did not arrive on time. I was refused cancelation but told to return the items. The items arrived late and in bad state. I returned them on the 5th of Oct 2020. They took my money on the 5th of Sept 2020. They have not refunded and they owe me just under 500 pounds. They have emailed to state they owe me the money and lied on many occasions saying the money will be returned. Their latest lie is that my money is with a banking mistake and I have still not got the money back. Please please do not buy with this awful company. They do not refund items and clothes. They have had my hard earned money now for two months during lockdown. I feel stupid for having bought online clothes. I am desperate for the money as I have three kids. I will have to take legal action but it has been really upsetting.”
