The flowers were generally past their best especially the roses, also I thought, looking at the photo, the bunch would have been bigger, I would not order them again from you.

Mother's Day flowers were dying, but the replacements, a week later, more than made up they were so good, according to mum, 60 miles away.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on the Sunday but to my horror when they arrived half of them were dead and the rest were brown and dying. Extremely disappointed and will never order again

The flowers arrived on date required but part of the order was left out, a Happy Birthday Balloon, which I paid £5:00 extra for. This made my birthday gift gesture ineffective, for its purpose. I tried phoning, no joy, my emails were acknowledged but so far, my grievance has not been resolved or a rebate implemented, in anyway, shape or form. Most disappointed in your customer relations services. And I will not use your flower delivery service again.

Whilst the flowers I ordered for my mother on mothers day were very nice , and lasted a very reasonable amount of time . the flowers I ordered for my wife at the same time , looked very nice for 2 days , after that they keeled over and died . £40 for 2 days I feel is a bit expensive , especially when the £10 ASDA bouquet my son bought for her lasted over a fortnight . They looked great sitting side by side on our mantelpiece.

The original bouquet of flowers was never received despite the tracking showing in was delivered to a safe place! No one could tell us where that safe place was and flowers couldn't be found with anyone nearby. So the surprise flowers weren't the nice surprise on a specific day I had hoped for. However, I contacted customer services and after some discussion they sent another bouquet of flowers free of charge and that arrived safely the next day. The recipient was very happy and said they where lovely flowers.

I had ordered flowers for my mums birthday,they did arrive on time but when i saw the bouquet it was very poor quality not at all like the picture shown online. Very disappointed with the order and will not order again from debenhams flowers.

The flowers were excellent, they were really well presented and wrapped. The flowers were fresh and good quality, would definitely purchase flowers from here again :)

Flowers were for my Grans birthday, she said the quality and quantity for the money I would have spent was terrible. Won't order again.

Ordered flowers for motheraday on behalf of my son.....Quality of flowers was lovely delivery was brilliant and on time.....however there was no WOW factor!! For the price paid, i was exepecting a big bouquet.. I bought the supposed 'large' version...which was the same size as £10 bouquets you can buy from supermarkets but 3 times the price. I also had a balloon..again for the same price you can get a bigger helium balloon..The arrangement looks bigger on the pictures than it actually is... will order from my local florist next time..

I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Debenhams regarding my order. After ordering flowers for my mother on Mother’s day, for which I was very disappointed I wrote the below : Comment: Hi I ordered some flowers for my mother to arrive on Tuesday last week 1 March. Which they did. I visited her on Friday 4 March and was shocked to see they were dying. I paid £22 for these flowers and would expect them to last more than 4 days. I have taken photos of them and shall send if you require, I have previously ordered flowers from Debenhams and know they last a lot longer. I am very disappointed with these, She has done everything right she was asked to regarding their upkeep and they are not in particular hot room. I feel so disappointed with the quality this time. My mother is so polite and said they are fine, but as I bought them I am upset at the quality this time around. It has really put me off ordering flowers from Debenhams again. I can send photos if you would like me too to show the quality. My order number was [100207371] for ease of reference. I would like some form of refund or some gesture of good will. As it was mothers day - it was upsetting to see them. I received a response on the 16th March apologising for the delay in getting back to me – I have heard nothing since, today is the 4th April over a month since my order, and mothers day! Then Friday the 1 April I received a questionnaire asking for my review …. I feel I have been totally let down by Debenhams Flowers. I have bought flowers on three occasions, the first two orders of flowers were of high standard, the ones I am writing about now, were very poor and died within 4 days. I could have paid a lesser price at another outlet and had better flowers. Can someone please look into this for me. I shall not use Debenhams flowers again and if I do not get a satisfactory response I shall advise my associates and friends to give Debenhams flowers a wide berth. The service is appalling not to mention the flowers. I would like a full refund.

The flowers were nice but bouquet was smaller than expected and could of picked up a larger bouquet for less cost but same quality.

WAS TOLD THE FLOWERS WOULD ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY BUT WAS TWO DAYS BEING DELIVERED ALSO NO CARD WITH THE FLOWERS,VERY DISAPPOINTED.E-MAIL SENT TO DEBENHAMS NO REPLY!!

On-line ordering easy to do, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers supplied, tulips wilted within 24 hours and my Mother (who never complains about anything) expressed her disappointment in the arrangement.
