BEWARE!!!!
Ordered a TV unit and it arrived faulty and damaged! At first Debenhams were allowing me to return, however as I was away for Christmas I advised I could only do this after I returned. Once I returned and tried arranging for them to collect, they now no longer wish to accept a return are quoting it’s out of the 30 day period!!
Of course it’s out of the period!!! I mentioned this and it was originally fine!!!
Now Debenhams are advising that I have joined the unit wrong?? And are brushing of the fact the unit has physical damage when it arrived. Images have been sent and they are now brushing the matter under the carpet!
Their customer service is useless and I had to constantly chase up responses. I will NEVER USE DEBENHAMS again!!!

“Ordered something in December, nothing arrived, been in touch them, was asked to wait until a further date, that passed still nothing, contacted them again, now asked to wait again, now had email asking me to rate how my purchase went, surely they can read how many times I contacted them and still no parcel. I’m starting to think that I’m may never get parcel and concerned that I may not even get a refund. Never deal with the again.”

“I ordered goods at the beginning of December for delivery. These goods failed to arrive and the link to track the delivery didn't work. After waiting a couple of weeks eventually i was told the items were lost. I cancelled the order but am still waiting for my refund.”

Debenhams is effectively using 3rd parties to drop ship their items. Clearly Debenhams have no control over this and can't/ won't do anything to resolve untrustworthy 3rd party issues. You don't need to shop at Debenhams so DONT risk it!
Everything on offer by Debenhams is available elsewhere, if gambling is your game use Debenhams!”

They refuse to acknowledge my cancellation of order and even worse the appear to be refusing to refund MY money. Distance law means nothing to this shower. Of they aren't really Debenhams. Debenhams disappeared years ago with the last of the stores. Somehow these crooks have their name and thieve from behind it. Whatever you do, first consult review sites. With over 50% of reviews being from dissatisfied victims. You have been warned!!”

Got delivered a parcel with 2 items that were not mine.
Messaged on Instagram for my items and I would return the others. They said they were packaged together but they would check footage and if the footage shows they were together they wouldn't refund or deliver my items.. yet they have asked for there's back, that don't seem fair. Asked to log a complaint but they ignored me. Emailed CEO but looks like they have blocked outsiders probably because he had so many complaints.
Just because items are boxed together it does not mean the address was added correctly come on guys think about it.

When item returned, email confirms full refund but £1.99 deduction is made.
Refuse to refund.
Matter now with credit card.
Account will be closed.
For me, small loss but can be sure any larger dispute would be absolute nightmare.”
“Would give no stars if possible. Package arrived empty except for bubble wrap. Despite numerous emails back and forth they will not refund or send another body lotion, stating they have witnessed it being packed.
I asked where the items go after leaving the warehouse, and before going to Everi, they won't reply!”
“I had to press one star to do review but they deserve zero. I am missing an item which never came, and have two to return. I hit a brick wall to try and do the returns labels, it just doesn’t work. I will be out of pocket by about £100. I thought I was getting bargains. Always trusted Debenhams but never again.”

“DEBENHAMS IS NOW OWNED BY BOOHOO I would give minus stars if possible, Give them a wide birth , please be aware of a scam that is happening with Packing and Delivery. I ordered 10 items in all, 2 packages arrived, 2 item in 1 and 1 item in the other, the other 7 items did not arrive, when I questioned where they where they said they looked a footage of packing and they had all been packed in one box and delivered to me, i assured them that only one item had been delivered but they said, they were confident that iI had received my items, And they won’t be giving me a refund, this is implying I am lying. the picture of the 1 item out of the 8 that was delivered shows only a corner of the parcel, if it was the complete parcel it would show that there couldn’t of been 8 items of what I had purchase in there as it would of had to of been a much larger parcel. I will never shop with Debenhams who is now owned by Boohoo ever again, be very ware, this company has no morals

Would never order again from Debenhams. They sent all the items piecemeal through Evri. I received 3/4 different parcels. One item was left on my doorstep. Evri accepted that this was unsafe and unacceptable delivery of the one parcel. Debenhams have refused to refund me for one pair of shoes. Terrible customer service. I have sent 20 emails, sent them messages on Facebook and texted them. Customer service is completely inadequate and unreasonable.”

“Ordered present from Debenhams and got lost at Evri parcel depot. Still awaiting refund by Debenhams after 2 weeks. Missed birthday which the purchase was for. Made complaint. Evri wont talk to us. Debenhams said we have to wait another 2 weeks in case parcel turns up. Evri say they have lost it. Poor all round. Wont be using Debenhams again. Evri are a disgrace. I await refund.”
