Debenhams website needs improvement if you search items then go in to check size ,view larger etc you don't return to previous search point but return back to beginning and this happens every time,and only shows 40 items each time before it asks to show more . This is very frustrating!

Ordered 2 items but only 1 has arrived. Sent an email but no reply. Tried to contact them on the website phone number which doesn't exist. I can’t find a live chat either I will never order from them again and doubt that I will receive the missing item or a refund! Order number DUX002174881

I ordered two items from Debenhams but instead got one inside the parcel yet two of them showed dispatched. So sad to lose my money yet it has no customer service number to call like before. The service was easier and better before it was sold .Please anyone working in the packaging department, be honest and fair and put the correct number of items as ordered by customer. At the end of the day,we all scratch eachother 's back. Thanks

Do not order unless you don’t want to receive the what you’ve paid for I placed an order on the 26th November which still hasn’t arrived , when I’ve finally got into contact with debenhams they have told me to wait until the 21st December to see if it turns up! Looks like I won’t be getting what Ive ordered in time for Christmas! Will never be ordering from these again and I wish I would of read the reviews before placing an order!

Returns via inpost, waist of time, finding drop off shop rubbish, finding process to actually start returns process abismal, never ever ording anything again

Never ordering again I pay they don’t deliver or refund or replace.They ignore emails and refuse a VAT receipt. Very disappointed I have lots about £800 over a few weeks items not delivered not traced dumped outside once when I was out.No phone number no help.

I have been waiting for my goods paid for next day delivery on the 10/11/2021, which to give Debenhams it’s due was sent out with HERMES!!!!. But now getting the goods replaced or refunded is a joke. Beware Order No. Order Number: DUX001392235

I ordered a padded jacket when I received a copy of my order they dropped the 50 percent off and charged me the full price. They then with the same photograph changed the item number and priced the item 30 percent off. £34 to £68 and then £47. There is only one word for this company , CROOKED.

A parcel arrived with one item missing although the delivery note indicated it had been included. Three emails later, I am still awaiting a response to my request for a refund. I will never buy from Debenhams again.

Ordered shoes for husband for our holiday 2 weeks ago, should've been delivered next day but hermes advised, street name on label missing, couldn't take details from me, had to be from debenhams! After numerous emails with debenhams, wait 24 hours, wait another 24 hours, wait another 5 days, yesterday, I've been asked to wait another 7 days! Hermes are no better, they just ignore the incidents being raised on their automated system! Disgraceful customer service! Will think twice about ordering from debenhams again, after reading many negative reviews, it appears I'm not alone!

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered next day delivery received it after numerous emails to them approximately 10 days later. Will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DEBENHAMS ONLINE AGAIN. Absolutely disgraceful service

Awful service. Ordered a coat and the first I heard it was out of stock was when I got a refund email. They then did not refund the postage despite the fact they never posted the item. There's no phone number to complain. Would never use this company again

Ordered two double duvets, one for my guest bedroom so didn't open the package for a couple of weeks. When I did found one of them was a single duvet. Contacted so-called Customer Services (surely the name is an offence under Trade Descriptions Act) asking them to refund my card with the difference in cost between a single duvet I received and the double one I ordered. After several emails where they wittered on and on about timescales, they have refused to do anything at all. Refunding monies for overcharging has nothing to do with their timescales and doesn't override the ale of goods act 2015 of the Consumer Goods Act. My advice: Avoid Debenhams like the plague.

I purchased two items online from Debenhams.I have been a loyal customer and even trusted the company recently.I made two purchases DUX 000336705 Culotte Jump suit \ DUX 000351802 The items were delivered and being too big I returned thro Hermes refP7869225 on20July 2021 I heard nothing and sent many emails.Once I was told they received one item and they will investigate further.Weeks have passed no refund and now I cannot email It is closed to complaints no phone no no emails.Yet they advertise to sell more items .Please help me to recover my money from Debenhams . Ordered 4 items. 2 arrived plus 1 incorrect one (socks!). Customer services refused to send me my missing items or refund me until I returned at my expense the item that was sent to me in error. In desperation to resolve this after about 10 days of emails, I even offered to buy the socks so that they would send me my missing items but they blankly refused. They have stolen my money and I’m at a loss now as to what I can do apart from warn others. DO NOT BUY from Debenhams.com.

This is most definitely not the Debenhams that has been a British institution over many years it's now run by a scandalous and apalling group of people who behave disgracefully towards customers. Have made 3 orders in the last month and each time has become progressively apalling. The first order arrived damaged and after arguing vehemently I was given a refund The second order was made by next day delivery and it didn't turn up until 3 days later again no real apology apart from being offered a free delivery code, just blamed the delivery company and took no responsibility This most recent order made on Friday again by next day delivery still hasn't arrived, contacted them on the Saturday and advised them it hadn't arrived they gave me this pathetic story full of lies and fabrication that it wasn't if you ordered before 11pm as advertised all over their website to get it next day but actually 9pm and they actually think customers will accept their lies Told them I was not accepting that and after initially refusing to escalate to a manager eventually did, the manager messaged me telling me what they said was correct and they were not liable for anything until 8pm yesterday (Sunday) and would deal with it if not delivered by then As expected still no delivered package yesterday so now it's 2 days late, contact them to advise and get no reply Wake up this morning (Monday) to get an email from Debenhams via Hermes saying my delivery had been returned and thanking me for returning the package when I hadn't even received it Debenhams have no official complaints procedure which I find amazing and hard to believe and are not regulated by any body or appropriate ombudsman This means they can do and treat customers however they want and you have absolutely zero comeback when they treat you like this They are a disgrace of a company

I ordered a pair of ankle boots for my daughters birthday what arrived on Friday was a knee high clumpy pair instead. I sent them back the next day. I had an email about this but they did not say if they were sending me the correct ones.
