My closest Decathlon store is approx 35mins away so I ordered online before the Christmas deadline for collection from ASDA. Collection advise for Friday 23rd Dec. On the Friday I was advised that my order wouldn't be in time for Christmas! A stocking filler for mu husband so not too bad but still disappointed not to have in time for Christmas. Collected today, 31st Dec from ASDA, I waited 20 mins..only 1 member of staff on!!! Very poor service saved by the product....As ordered, just what I wanted, good value. Not sure if I'll order on line again.

the coventry store is a rubbish dump papers and boxes all over the place not very good as this was my first time here

Great customer service received from Decathlon. I ordered a pair of wellies a week before Xmas and received them a few days later and a day earlier than stated. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones. Same make, but cheaper version. I rang Decathlon, and yes it did take a few hours before I got through, but considering it was 3 days til Xmas I did expect a bit of a wait. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful. She re-ordered the wellies for me, to be despatched direct from their Crawley branch and emailed me a return label for the wellies i'd been sent, which I managed to print off and post the same day. When I returned from the post office I had an email waiting for me saying the new order was being despatched. I emailed Crawley just to confirm this and asked if would they be here for Xmas, and they replied straight away confirming everything. I must admit, I had read all the negative reviews and had my doubts, but they arrived Xmas eve! Unfortunately, they were the wrong wellies again. The same as I had just returned. I rang Decathlon again not really expecting an answer, but my call was answered straight away. The lady I spoke to was again brilliant, very helpful and apologetic. She came to the conclusion that the reference number to the online product was wrong and as a goodwill gesture for all my inconvenience she upgraded my order to a more expensive pair of wellies at no extra cost to me. Again she emailed me a return label and I sent my parcel through the post office yesterday morning. My new order arrived in the afternoon, 3 days after Xmas day and the wellies are perfect! That's 3 pairs of wellies delivered to me in a week and I call that excellent service! Yes the online reference number should have been correct in the first place, but the customer service I have received has been brilliant. Thank you to everyone at Decathlon involved in my order.

I have used your lumbar belt (Lumbar Belt S300 - 1495484)many years ago, for a back problem. I found it so fantastically good that I have given them away to many people and bought new ones for myself. I have come in store for another belt and it has been discontinued. The new version is not even 25% as good as this belt. The origianal belt had hand mits which let you move the belt and two extra support belts to pull across which gave about 3 times as much support as the current products. Please would you be able to reply and explain why this product has gone end of line.

If I could give zero I would! I ordered items for collection but my daughter changed her mind so I never collected them. The money was still taken from my account. I've been trying to get a refund for two months now. The customer service department is next to useless.

Ordered items which were committed to be delivered for 23rd December, only to receive an email on evening of 23rd to say it was delayed and would not be available for pick up until next week!! Very poor service and communication.

I ordered a number of items on Monday. The options for delivery were given as arriving by 23rd December to pick up from a box collection service or Asda. Alternatively have post office or DHL deliver it. Having tried the box option in the post and been delivered fresh air i didn't choose this option. The other from Asda is at least twenty miles there and another back. So I chose DHL. I expected them to deliver by 28th and id lucky to be sooner. Every day I check both the website and for e -mail confirmation and so tonight, Friday night I check and it says that Decathlon.co.uk have done absolutely nothing with my order. They have done nothing to tell me why there is a delay and have changed the status to show they will prepare my items by 28th. Well whoopy doo to you Decathlon, That is complete rubbish.

I made an online order on the 15th of December to collect instore and was given the 22nd as my delivery date. Needless to say I'm now having to phone in on Christmas Eve to find out if my delivery has arrived. This is a Christmas present and I doubt it will be on time. An absolute shambles. 9 days to deliver to a store is unacceptable.

Horrendous service, delivered a faulty bike with pedals missing, that I have no real issue with as these things happen, its the customer service I received, well lack off, afterwards. I waited on a replacement with absolutely zero communication despite using all means of contact, this company is expanding in the UK and quite clearly don't have the infrastructure to support it, it was stick your head in the sand stuff, they are condescending and patronising in their replies when I finally received one. I gave them plenty of notice that I wanted to cancel the order and guess what turned up today a bike that we no longer want or need as we have purchased a replacement. I certainly wont be using this company again as they are a complete shambles and no doubt have let many families down this Christmas, you should be genuinely ashamed of the service you have been providing customers.

Ordered an item on 14/12/2106 (DCUK2776619 ), with the guarantee deliver at their store by 20/12/2016, have called the customer service number of time but are not very helpful, when asked what is the delay they don't have correct information and answered I get back from their team is "if I want to cancel the order they can do that for you". So my question is why did DECATHLON accept the order and charged my cred card if they can not deliver, its the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't think they will deliver the product before Christmas, I have lost hope now!!!

Nobody knows where my order is :it's the 22nd December and it should have been dispatched by today: I called and had to leave a message and no one has contacted me. This is not what I call a good service.

Copy of the message sent to them through the Paypal Resolution Centre: >> I already used the "Contact Us" form on Decathlon.co.uk 7 days after my online order. I received an apologetic email: "We are awaiting the stock transfer and making every effort to resolve this problem and dispatch your order as soon as possible however we may not be able to meet our estimated delivery date." YOU ALREADY DIDN'T. "We will further monitor your order and keep you informed in case of any problems that may cause further potential delays." Well, you didn't keep me informed on anything. 12 days after the online order, it's still showing as "In progress". Commerce isn't rocket science - EITHER YOU HAVE THE GOODS and you send them to me, OR YOU DON'T and you offer a refund or a combination of the two. You could of sent the 4 items I ordered one by one, in separate orders, according to your stock.

Seems like I am not the only person duped into a placing an order on the basis it would be delivered before Christmas.................shame on you Decathlon!!!! On principle if I don't get it before Christmas I will send the entire order back, I encourage everyone in this predicament to do the same, very untrustworthy to say the least.

See details Order date : 16/12/2016 order DCUK2781985 to be delivered on the 21/12 Received email 22/12 say sorry your order has been delayed. Great no Christmas presents ! Called your contact number but no one answers. What are you going to do?

Again I find myself writing a review SHOCKING company I have been lied to and fobbed off with any excuse my original delivery date 16/12/16 i have phoned many times to be told 6 different dates, after a call this morning I have been told it MAY be with me by Saturday. And the two bike will come fully assembled not in a box are they joking where am I supposed to hide two fully assembled bikes. When asked what sort of protection the bikes would have ie. Bubble wrap plastic cover to protect from scratching they couldn't tell me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgraceful! I ordered a girls bike for my daughter on the 15th of December for Christmas – on the basis that the website said the ordered would be prepared before the 20th. Eight days on and not only has the bike still not arrived, the order status on the website says: “We are committed to prepare your order before 20/12/2016”. In my opinion the information about the orders is extremely ambiguous and none committal, despite there being 'track your order' buttons and options available. The loyalty team also failed to respond to my email, send via the website, or voicemail. After finally speaking with someone today (22nd), I was told the bike had not even left the warehouse. Looking back, the 'reviews' section at the bottom of the website is rated 'excellent' 4.5, I only wish I'd clicked the link and read the reviews. If I had done that, I’d never have placed an order. I will never buy anything from them online again!
