The staff were helpful however, I felt they should have a wider understanding of your products and click and collect. What let it down for me was the time I had to wait for my harness. Decathlon is a distance from where I live and traveling back and forward is expensive. If you specified it would have been 6 to 7 days I would have bought my harness online at a lower rate.

The sun protection top had a hole in it. Obviously hadn't been checked before sending out as it was quite obvious.

I ordered a storage system for loose weights on Sunday the 29th June in store. I was told it would arrive in store two days later from the warehouse and I would receive an email when it arrived. I hadn't heard anything so the following Sunday the 5th July I rang the store in sheffield. I was told it still hadn't artived. Today as I write this on Wednesday the 8th August I still don't have my purchase and have had no contact from decathlon. Very poor customer service

Hi - products and prices reasonable and delivery good. Under normal circumstances would have rated you Very Good. However, website was a complete nightmare. I was using my Apple mac laptop and whenever I wanted a product it took 2 minutes to load. Many of the products would then NOT go into my basket since I had to choose a size and colour option which never downloaded properly. Some took more than 10 minutes to download and some did not download at all. Hence there were many products I could not buy (or I had to buy elsewhere). My son was cycling in the London to Brighton rally so it was a real headache having to go elsewhere to purchase items at the last minute due to your poor website. Regards Samir Shah

Why do you open order page without stock. After payment I waited so long times and finally cancel my order because of stock problem And some order shipped after 2 weeks later after order confirmation. If you don't have stock, Do not open order page. It is very inconvenience.

Decathlon is one of my favorite stores. i make a point to visit the store whichever city i visit (atleast the one near to the city if not in the city). i had reviewed and considered Decathlon in high regards. My recent visit to Decathlon, Belfast was bad. I reserved a product online (which was a bike) and got the confirmation from the person in the store that i can come and collect the product any time in the week. unfortunately i was turned back when i went to the store.

Disappointing that if you purchase something for collection from store that it is only held for 1 week.

Product OK and good value but having to pay for delivery when it was positioned as free was frustrating, especially as I purchased a fair amount of kit. Decathlon need to sort this out.

Although the jacket itself has proved to be very good, I initially bought the wrong size because I followed the Decathlon size guide. This was immediately apparent when it arrived as it was too small. For this item of clothing, the chest size of a large jacket are those for a medium jacket on Decathlon's own size guide.

sent items in the wrong size, when clearly not ordered in this size. Have the inconvenience of having to return now. I love Decathalon, and like shopping here, but the last order was a let down.

Slowest online order service I have used to wait a week at least for something to arrive in store from a warehouse style store is astounding

Dear Ms Yola, Thank you for your feedback. We can see that your estimated date of delivery was 12/01 due to an item/s being sent from a warehouse outside of the UK this will mean that the order will have a 4 days processing time and an additional 1 in our warehouse in the UK before it is dispatched. We can see that despite this date your order arrived in store 2 days before the estimated delivery date but was collected by yourself on 16/02. We apologise that this process is a long wait and we are currently working on improving stock transfer to the UK. Have a wonderful day.

Sorry to give a bad review but several items were ordered and not delivered within the time frame specified and as a result I went on holiday without items needed. I then had to run around potential newsagents and ask if they had my package as it was never delivered as I was away. Eventually it transpired the items were returned to yourselves but it took a while for this confirmation and credit. I love your goods but believe the online experience needs sharpening up. Just as well you are opening stores in the SW London. Good luck!

I needed the stuff I ordered to go on holiday and it was supposed to be delivered the day before my departure and did not arrive. It should not take over a week to get the goods delivered. If i had known I would not have ordered.

Ordered a pair of deck shoes via the internet. These were to replace an identical pair that I had bought 3 yrs previously which were great. Order was for identical size but the fit was half a size too big. Disappointed that the delivery time was a bit slow. Returned and will buy in store. like product and v happy with old pair

It took more than 12 days for Decathlon to inform me that one of the item in my order was out of stock. I am not happy with the service (very long dispatch) and delivery charge far too high in regard of the parcel I received. I paid £5 for a small and light parcel! Otherwise good quality items.

One item ordered was out of stock but I was not informed of this. I waited 2 weeks and had heard nothing about my order so I had to contact customer services. It took 2 emails to get a response to say the item ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock. Overall, very poor service and I would not recommend.
