ordered a bike , wrong size and after many mess ups they promised compensation for the mistakes but instead just refund when I wanted what I ordered beware delivery is floored customer service unobtainable ... im going to trading standards and consumer watchdog on this product was great just never got correct item..... queries resolved NEVER!!!

The services were really bad i ordered a triban 100 road bike and they said delivery was in 2 hours but it only came 4 days later.

Decathlon uk: Your service is awfully bad. Spending several nights in front of my computer (AT 11 PM!, only option you offer) trying to get a slot to complete a purchase and by 11.00 everything is already out of stock! I understand there is huge demand, but this is a joke and a total waste of time! I thought this was a serious company. Feel completely disappointed.

I was trying to make an account so I can order 35 minutes. Very cheap platform,I never made it. Avoid this site,wasting of time.

Brought a £1700 E bike , they sent the wrong one and won't replace as keep saying out of stock when stock was showing... no contact number available only email where you get very patronising reply and very unhelpful and rude ..... would advise to avoid buying online with this company

It is impossible to order anything . The telephone lines are switched off and the email customer service is pointless. Don’t bother using . Wait until the shops open and go in.

Really bad online service and customer care. I ordered something and for some reason decathlon wasn't able to validate my translation (on my side transaction went trough perfectly). They never notify me about this problem. I contacted them twice, first time a really bad agent (named Ramadhan Ruzaiman) reply to me with a standard email stating that the problem is on the delivery service without mentioning an issue in the transaction. Only after spending a day on the live chat I was able to identify the problem. Not that the agent acknowledge the fact that the transaction wasn't validated by decathlon's system but was perfectly fine withing banking system

Sent me only one quarter of what I ordered, charged full price. It was definitely a silly mistake made in haste but I got no help at all from customer services. I phoned my local store and spoke to a very helpful and kind employee but they were unable to help. I'm really upset that I threw away money at this particularly difficult time. Will never shop here again.

Decathlon are a disgrace , they messed up my order and continue to pass the blame around including blaming me. Instead of being cowards why dont you fix your mistakes and compensate customers appropriately instead of blaming everyone else.. i strongly advise that no one orders from decathlon.. you will get the same products elsewhere and have no hassle or trouble with you deliveries. As i said, DO NOT use this company! They dont care for their customers , only money!

Decathlon Bolton the member of staff on the till called Daniel is bolshy and very rude. He was talking about customers to other members of staff in ear shot of customers. He should be stacking shelves in the warehouse not serving customers. He gives the Bolton store a bad reputation.

We have placed the order on the 6th January for delivery to our home address, your delivery team tried to delivery it without any notice and no one was present. We contacted your team to request a delivery from 4pm and to be made aware couple of hours before that the driver is on the way. We were reassured that we will be contacted and it did not happen on the second delivery, and they have attempted to do it at lunch time again and no one was present since we are both working. Then we asked for a delivery at Decathlon on Hight Street Kensington where we could collect it from. We were told that it is not possible to change the delivery address. After a week, we called again asking for a solution since no delivery are possible on Saturday. As this point and after insisting, they finally agreed to change the delivery address to my partner work place. Since Monday they have not deliver the bike, therefore we have called them today and request a refund after 10 days back forward with your team. We were told that it is not possible. Then we have asked when we can expect the delivery and no answer was given, after expressing our disappointment, the person hung up the phone on my partner. It is not how we should treat a customer and especially when she was not rude or aggressive with your team, but disappointed by the service and express it in a polite manner . No delivery to date day 15... poorest service in retail's history

Don’t buy in Internet!! Delivery day??? Good luck!!! 3 time at Asda Store 3 phone call to customer service and I’m still waiting for my purchase after 10 day’s so far!!! Don’t do it!!!!

First time iv'e used Decathlon online and what a mess. The order that arrived was nothing remotely like what is on their website. Called to sort this out, They sent a replacement which was exactly the same! Over two weeks and the issue is still not resolved. All returns have to be taken to an ASDA store so unless you have one in your town you will have to travel to one. The online customer services (Live chat) is incredibly slow and the staff very rude. Appalling experience all round

Online order went missing. After 3 weeks of ordering haven't had goods or a refund. Tracking information clearly states order not delivered and yet they want to complete a lengthy investigation. Still waiting to receive almost £200 back from them. Will never use again. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
