The Aqua shoes I bought are comfortable, light and are easy to get on and off. The problem I have found is the pool I use for my aqua aerobics, has a shiny tiled surface and I have tended to slip when carrying out sideways moves. I think on a different surface they would be great. Another reason I bought them was to protect my feet from the uneven surface, this they do extremely well.

I bought a hub dynamo. The sales literature it doesn't give all of the technical information. It dosen't say whether the power output is AC or DC. The hub arrived with a rectifier, to change AC output to DC, but NO electrical wiring diagram. In the event of rectifier being damaged or burning out I could find no replacement parts number. Yours Ray Easton.

The in-store service we received was good, although it was significantly let down by the failure of the workstations to process our order. It seemed somewhat inappropriate that there was no way for the assistant to deal with the order, other than using a customer terminal. The delivery to the store was fine.

A bit disappointed, the same items were half the price elsewhere just not in my size, after paying the premium price it took ages to deliver. Shame really but I wont be gagging to shop here again, even if they're the only ones with my size in stock.

The website wasn't working properly the first time I tried to make my purchase. The following day it was fine otherwise I would have given a higher rating. It's not clear if you want a review of the product or the shopping experience. The product I bought is good - much cheaper than elsewhere and quality is fine for my purpose.

I purchased a Table Tennis Table some years ago from your Mayenne (Northern France) as we live part of our lives some 22 Km from the store. One of the wheels became broken and we contacted the Mayenne shop where we found total interes from your staff. I found that you had a branch near to our home in the New Forest and we went in there ordered and went and collected the wheel from some very nice staff who couldnt do enough for us.

When I received the bike, the rear light was not connected with the wire completely hanging out of the light. Though I connected it there seems to be a fault as the rear light doesn't come on. The front light is pretty unreliable as it turns on sometimes and sometimes doesn't. This hasn't been to much of a hassle as I haven't been cycling in the dark, but it will be a real annoyance once summer ends. The bike itself seems well constructed and sturdy and is surprisingly supremely comfortable even over potholes and curbs. It is also stable and handles well. I haven't cycled far on it yet so can't judge its comfort over a distance. Unfortunately the gears are another problem on this bike. Though the range is impressive, the shift is not reliable and several times I've been on a busy road, tried to shift, and found myself in first gear, legs spinning wildly, struggling to maintain control. It seems that when I shift, the gear first goes down to first, then up to my selected gear and this normally takes half a minute of crazy spinning. On occasion, the gear refuses to move from first and I'm stuck on the afore-mentioned scenario. I've checked and the gears are in alignment so it seems to be a build issue as the bike is nearly new. I've waited it out, hoping it would somehow correct itself or that it just needed breaking in but nope, still the same. I've now decided to contact Decathlon and hopefully they'll sort it. Shame as otherwise it's a beautiful, practical machine.

Items where so tiny and very badly sized. I included a note in with the returned items as I was so disappointed as the price was good. At least 2 years too small on average fitting children. However refund policy was good but I still had to pay postage return.

I placed an order that was cancelled and I got no reason for the cancellation or any notice that it had been cancelled...I have now decided to buy the same item elsewhere (I am not aware that I cancelled the order)

recently ordered a jacket online, when it arrived it was far too small for the size it was supposed to be, we traveled over to decathlon at Notts to take the jacket back, the service was very quick no questions asked, I asked if the postage was refunded and was told no, only the money charged for the jacket. That was disappointing as other big brand shops refund the postage because you took the item back to the store. I will not make the same mistake next time.

Good and not so good. Lots of great offers and great deals online. They are just not as good as other online stores. My first shop was good but items took weeks to arrive when you would expect just days from order. When the goods did turned up it was all as expected. However my second attempt to order from them was worse. 3 weeks after the order was taken and paid online I had an email to say some items we no longer available. Well after 3 weeks i'm not surprised but why so long - no explanation? Just odd emails saying we are working on your order... So given the chance to order alternative items was a waste of time. The items were on offer so nothing else was near the same price or suitable. took the credit for the items no longer in stock. However it was then still 2 more weeks before delivery. What arrived was good and as ordered but it's a poor service as far as delivery timescales and changes to orders go. One of the worst online shop sites compared to sites like M&M for example.

The tennis racquet was a 'gift' from Mail Rewards. Because of that the ordering wasn't quite as straightforward as it might have been. Nevertheless, the racquet was delivered in good time albeit only wrapped in a black plastic bag.

check out,leaves a lot to be desired,staff dump items, of clothing into to a pit beside the till then you pay and then try and retrieve them, not very good someone one trashing your expensive new item of clothing etc.
