Products are great but online service is terrible. My order was changed 2 or 3 times because the it was out of stock. When I tried to replace it for another item, a different one was selected. Besides, the order was delayed over a week because of this. You really need to keep your online stock up to date

Order process fine paid via PayPal. Went to collect my order only to be told it was returned after only 5 days! & was told that I would get a refund of the price which was £9.97; within 7 days" checked refund & was only given £2.49 so lucky I checked. Then had ring store to get a phone number for customer service to get correct refund amount! I'll stick to shopping in store!

Thank you for taking the time to review your online order with decathlon.co.uk. Your Click & Collect arrived to your selected Decathlon Store on 12-10-2015 and cancelled on 19-10-2015 as 7 days has passed, unfortunately as the store were not contacted to hold the item is was returned to our warehouse the following day 20-10-2015. We apologise you were refunded incorrect and are glad it has been resolved. Have a wonderful weekend.

Although impressed by the store and the curtious and friendly staff, you did loose my order and having purchased a scooter and got home to find some essential screws missing, I have to make the 45 min drive, with my recipt, to 'prove I'm not 'just trying to get some screws out of us' (quote) rather than you being able to post them out to me. :(

No bathrooms is always a huge problem staff unsure of account and I get muliple emails and texts , after I have picked up items , that I havent , please bathroms it is a simple thing I saw kid pissing in canoe

web site to buy stuff is very inefficient and painful: lots of data needs to be entered several times and the information entered is then NOT used

After waiting longer than the expected time for my order to arrive, I had to contact you via email to be told minutes after my email the package had 'just arrived' and then when I collected it, considering they are shoes they wernt in a shoe box, for £50 for a pair of shoes I expected better packaging atleast

Had a bike rack delivered an came with box torn and parts missing. On ringing customer services the could not supply me the parts to rectify in time so had to go and buy one elsewhere.

Order did not arrive in the time stated. The trousers size ordered that were sent was wrong, they were a size larger. Possibility because they did not have the size in stock.

Ordering the item was fine and the speed the item arrived to the store was fine. However the order was wrong. I ordered size childs 1.5 football boots and received size 2. As my son was excited and we had driven for 20 minutes to get the boots we kept the item despite them not being what I ordered.

I tried to order some trainers from the website because the shop (Reading) didn't have the right size/colour. I got stuck in an endless loop in which the website kept kept asking me to do the same thing repeatedly and would not move on. Eventually I had to go back to the shop and get them to place the online order for me. Good products - good website for displaying them - terrible website order fulfilment.

The website was extremely frustrating to use, especially on my mobile, it was dire - I had to give up and get someone else to order via their tablet! A really bad experience of internet shopping (and I use the internet a lot for shopping, living in a very rural area), however the wellies I bought are excellent and were delivered quickly.

The service I received in store whilst collecting the item was poor. The way the staff treat each other is ridiculous and I did not appreciate the time they kept me waiting and the way they acted towards me was in a rude manor.

Your alleged cheap prices are the same as anyone else's. 50% of the outdoor stuff I go in there for is out of stock for the season. Even on line. The staff are helpful, though. I go to other places first, and only use GO if it is genuinely cheaper and near at hand. You need to raise your quality and give real price reductions compared to the competition - not just at sale times.

The delivery was fine, but only when I started to replace the parts on my bike (so after opening the package and throwing it away) I realized that the rear brakes were defective because a crucial part was missing: the spring! Not having the package anymore, I can't apply for a refund so I lost my money. I don't think it is fair, so I consider the refund procedure disappointing.

Unfortunately your search engine is very bad. When I put a phrase in a search bar i.e ''archery set'' I expect it to bring up all the items containing word ''archery'' and it does not. I was looking for this product ''GEOLOGIC SOFTARCHERY KIT - DISCOVER ARCHERY'' - which is not coming up when you search by ''archery set''. This is just an example, I have problems every time I use your website. Please sort it out. Thanks

After I received an e-mail about order being ready to collect, I went into the shop to get it, just to be told by the woman at the till that she 'can't see the order in the system'. She tried the number again and that was it. It was only thanx to my perseverance, that I got another member of stuff to check and abraca dabra, the order was there, stored right behind the cashiers backs. There is only 3 Decathlone shops in whole of London, so it's not like you can pop in any time and the way I was dismissed was not OK. They were not busy and she didn't even turn to have look through around 20 parcels behind her back or tried again with computer. Very poor customer service.

1 item arrived on time, but the second item never arrived. I had no notification that this was not coming or the item I had ordered could not be completed. The only point I knew it wasn't coming was when I received a refund into my account. Poor communication and no reason given, as this was 1 or 2 parcels of a set it was a complete let down.

I ordered some gym tops and was very disappointed with the quality of the items and also the colours looked pastel shades on the website but when they arrived they were fluerecent in colour. Didn't return them as they didn't cost much, but will never buy from you again
