Dell cancelled part of my order without notice and shipped the other part (a mouse). I cannot use the mouse without the laptop! Took me 3 hours with 3 different agents to finally learn why it was cancelled. The first agent (tech support) told me to contact the sales agents. Then, both sales agent I discussed with tried to hide why it was cancelled by telling me it was a part shortage and now all part where available. Dell sent me quote of almost identical laptop. But those laptop had the wrong keyboard/os (my young kid doesnt speak english yet...). In the end, those part (laptop keyboard) were backorder and they tried to hide it!

When you spend £1600.00 on a Dell laptop direct from them and it breaks after 3 months. I have spent 1 hour 30 mins on the phone to Dell technical and it still wont work. I have just been on to them again trying to sort a refund which they are saying they can't do and now they have put the phone down on me. I am fumming 😡😡😡 I called Dell again to be told that i would get a call back from the escallation team by 17:00 and guess what i never got a call. This company is rubbish and I will never spend money with them again

I wish i could give Dell zero stars. Working with the DMV is a more pleasant experience than working with Dell's customer service team. I spent 4 hours on the phone getting transferred from person to person and waiting on hold. All because I needed them to fix the warranty that I had purchased since they associated it with the wrong service tag. After hours of pain, I was finally told there was nothing they could do to fix the warranty and that I would receive a refund. I never received the refund. Called back and spent another 3 hours on hold and being transferred, as they were unable to find the refund or assist me. Often, someone would put me on hold to "solve the problem", only for me to realize I had been put back in the queue and had to start over from scratch. On top of all that, I have had my hard drive go three times on me in a single year. Do not buy Dell's products! You would be better off purchasing a Chinese knockoff or keeping all of your documentation on a piece of paper like they did in the 1950s.

I bought an XPS 13 in late May 2019 and now the screen is going out on it after such a short period of time. The funny thing is that they really stress extending the warranty vice building a good machine. I then reached out to customer service they charged me $60 to ship the machine back so they could charge me even more to replace the screen. I called them back within 24 hours to find out that they hadn't done anything with the order, but would not refund the $60. They will of course cancel the shipping box, but not refund the money that they didn't do a thing to earn. Dell has put making money ahead of taking care of their loyal customers. They had to know that the machine has major problems, hence the hard sell on the extended warranty. Then to take $60 for absolutely nothing other than policy is absolutely the last straw with me. After buying multiple computers with them, never again.

I would like to give zero review to DELL . I have purchased brand new laptop and right form the beginning it has microphone issues. I have spend more than 10 hours with customercare only to listen that " DELL DO NOT SUPPORT ZOOM, MS TEAMS, SKYPE OR ANY AUDIO APPLICATION " They asked me to spend more money and get this issue fixed with software . Extremely frustated with DELL.

I had a Alienware 17 2013 for years and it was a great laptop, the laptop did die on me last year 2019 so i bought a new laptop. I got the Alienware m15 with RTX 2070, now this laptops when gaming it hits 100c on the cpu, dell and intel says that is normal but when i put my hand on the button it gets so hot that i cant leave my hand there for to long. I never got this fixed but contact dell none stop about this problem. Now i own the laptop its not under warranty and over heats like crazy. I have search online and found that lots of Alienware 17 and m15 owners are having the same problem. Spending Over $2,000 on a laptop that overheats and wont last long is not worth it at all. Dell could at least help me fix the problem but nope.

i m using this dell laptop its good but i felt one issue in this laptop the battery sport is not good as i wanted on this laptop it might be little more sportive. del laptop is good in built quilt but the design is still to old it has to be little fasionable

Ordered speakers through Dell website. Paid $20 for expedited shipment, with specific date given for delivery. Speakers delayed two days from that date, then 7, with delivery still uncertain. No refund for expedited delivery, even though speakers will be at least a week late.

Have purchased Dell computers over several decades. Machines were reliable, functional, worked without fail. Support was on top of any problem. Willing to pay a premium for quality hardware and live support. Only ordered new machine because of MS window evolution. Have ordered 2 2-1 in past 24 months. Both have come with problems. The best is when dell support runs their diagnostics - act most happy to say results - "hardware is working" and then emphasize they support hardware and can't help with any other issues. Dell has regress to the auto industry model(dated,maybe) of business - here is key to your new car, Oh-it is only comes equipped with three wheels and the four is not our concern. Don't just stay away, I am running away from DELL

I ordered one laptop on 31 jul 20 and I had a word with dell support executive for delivery time. He said within 7 days you will get your order but still I am waiting for my order I tried calling them again n again but they are not responding now. I don't know where should I go now but I will never buy any dell product in future thats forsure.

Just joined the queue of dissatisfied customers. If Zero stars were an option that's what I'd give them. Ordered a new PC and 4 monitors online. On a positive note, they did came out and replaced the failed SSD in the one day old PC, on the very negative side, one of the monitors arrived damaged - 50% of the screen unreadable. Dell's response was "sorry nothing we can do as it's physical damage". Lesson learnt - buy from their competitors

This is my third laptop from Dell, and it will be my last, its a shame because i love the computer but i hate Dell as a company, i will tell you for why just before the support ran out i kept getting pushy messages about renewing (at a considerable cost) i don't need it as i can manage systems just fine, but a no thank you is not good enough, they then continued to hassle me with pop ups and messages, which i ignored. Then the computer started crashing, yes the blue screen of death, and on checking the logs it was always after the dell updater had run. So i removed all the Dell crapware, and lo and behold no more messages or crashing. Then lo and behold the emails started coming, after complaining and being reassured by Shailaja B C (one of their sales people) that my details would be removed she sends me the same pushy sales email only two days later. What a rubbish company who are too pushy and have now lost a loyal customer.

Inspiron 15 5566 laptop. Purchased in early 2018, by late 2019 it would get blues screen and reboot every 20-40 minutes, making it useless. I have been installing all driver updates since this started hoping that the updates would fix the problem and finally today refreshed the windows operating system, all to no avail. Some days it can operate for an hour or so before crashing, but that still means lost work and waiting for it to reboot multiple times a day. Because it is out of warranty Dell wants $99 to "troubleshoot". Not happening. Money will be better spent on buying a laptop from a better company. A computer that is just over 2 years old and has these kinds of problems. I don't have the time nor the inclination to spend any more time fixing this laptop or trying to "work" with Dell to resolve it. It will be interesting to see if this post gets deleted form the Dell Community boards as I am going to post this on public boards with a link to the Dell community URL so anyone who comes across it can see what sort of integrity Dell has. Nevermind that last line. No URL available as I cannot post to the Dell Community, various BS errors about the post not being formatted correctly, etc.

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I got a message saying my Office 365 need to have the CC updated on renewal. I tried going online and it wouldn't take. I called customer service and they said it was after hours (8:30 am and they open at 8:00 am). I called another number and I was talking to a call center in India that was no help at all. I wont ever buy a DELL again.

They are fraud. While placing order they show delivery date after 1 week and after placing they extended it to one month. No one answers on customer support. Just put us in queue whose waiting time is more than 1 hour and even after one hour, call gets disconnected.

DELL DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR Dell is the worse company I have ordered from. Dell promises within-a-week delivery to lure customers buying their products but they know for sure they could not keep the promise. That's a systematic lying and huge disrespect to customers. All customer service officers know is the permanent apology. This company used to be great but now fall deep under.

he offers me $70 discount on my $1084 invoice ( which by the way has already been deducted off my credit card 3 days before the laptop arrived) im so tired after Almost 2 hours that I agree. he places the replacement order and apologizes and we hang up. SURPRISE: next day I get an email that my order has been cancelled! I call customer service and the answer: sorry we are out of stock!!!! What??????? How could the agents not have noticed that the day before when they placed the replacement order? i ask for my money back because really I just can’t deal with this anymore and the agent says, ok you will get it back in 5 business day! im shocked, I’m angry, I’m frustrated and I can’t believe that Dell has the worst customer service EVER! i don’t want to buy a DELL anymore because if this is just for a little problem like this, what will happen if my computer breaks down or has a problem? I kightvaa well just throw it away because no way will I be decent support from the. You have lost a customer, DELL! And I will make sure everybody I know hear a just how horrible your customer service is

We bought a laptop. Out of the box, it froze up when running through its startup. After several hours of following instructions from phone tech support - to no avail - I insisted on exchanging it. The exchange was approved, and I got an email confirming it. Now, weeks later, I find that the exchange was canceled because some component was not available. Spent an hour navigating the website and entering order number, service request number, etc over and over before I got a phone number to call. Despite no changes to specs or shipping address, I had to find the invoice and send them a copy in order to reinstate the order. The whole customer service process has been rotten.

laptop fails to charge, still under warenty. Missed appointments never showed up, filled out service report to say he had repaired it when he had not even visited me. [mother board change] totaly usless tecnical department say they will contact me and never do. 8 phone calls later i still have had no luck in getting this fixed. all usless [ MARLON + CHRISS+ JAKUB REMBOWSKI] ALL THESE SHOULD BE SACKED. Usless company and its not just me saying it, look at Trustpilot too...
