I bought one of the new Dell solid state drive PCs. The battery started to drain quickly after 2 years. Bought a new battery. When I started to change it, one latch would not release so I could not remove the battery. Called customer service. Could not understand the person. Finally reached someone I could understand. Since I brought the extended warranty I asked about warranty service. Sent it in for service. Got a call. Latch was not covered. Reason - customer abuse. All because I attempted to change the battery once. Finally paid the repair and got the PC back. Still did not work right. Gave it away. Dell does not stand behind their product or their warranty. Horrible customer service. Have owned HP’s ever since. Great products and customer support.

Would never buy a dell product again and could not recommend them to anyone. I've personally had the worst experience with their laptop and have wasted £1200 as I don't have a working machine at present. Purchased a Inspiron 2 in 1 a while back and from the get go I had multiple issues with the screen. I had it repaired through Dell (multiple times) however, each time it came back with the same issue or a new issue on top. After my Dell warranty expired their customer service refused to have anything to do with the product anymore (even though the issues and repairs had been ongoing and highlighted since the very beginning, some of which were caused by their repair attempts) I then paid to have it repaired through my private gadget insurance who have also been unable to fix the issue. I've now been left with a totally useless laptop which is only good for scrap as it blue screens after five minutes of use. This is such a shame because on paper the spec should be perfect. Very disappointed overall. I've been incredibly lucky that I've had a work laptop supplied by my company throughout this time, so I've still been able to stay online while my own laptop has been totally unusable.

Bought a 55 inch oled crazyyyy expensive Alien ware monitor for $4500.00 doesn't work after only 2 years and no one from dell can do anything about it to help me just tell me the warranty is expired. You would think for something worth that much money they would do something. I know its a monitor fault because i tried multiple outlets and cords. The monitor is just a piece. I do not understand how they can sell something so expensive that does not last at all. You have to save up for 4 years to buy a monitor that only lasts 1. Nothing is worth the money you spend with this company it seems. Wasted 4500 on this monitor could have bought 6 other good monitors with the money that would have had better warranties and service. Now it looks like ill have to figure out how to fix a monitor that's only been out for two years myself. There isn't even you tube videos on how to fix it because it hasn't been out long enough. Dell told me just to buy a new one. Who in the world has 4500 dollars to just buy another one after just 2 years? That is as much as a car like come on. I guess ill go get a solder kit and and capacitors and resistors and take the thing all apart on my own.

Dell products performs very poorly quality is not the same and I wish I had read many of these unsatisfying review before purchasing their Computer Docking station. I will not be purchasing any more of Dell products and recommend others to read some of these reviews before purchasing. When calling their Customer Service and Technical Support team very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. When you ask to speak to a Manager you are placed on hold for long periods of time, then they come back to the call and say they will be transferring you to a Manager and disconnect the call. Unacceptable and Unprofessional!

My computer XPS has a blue screen. I have been dealing with this for over a year. Because I didn't purchase the extended warranty, Dell is saying they will not cover the hardware issue and that I would have to take care of that. I have had this computer for 3 years! Come to find out that my computer guy tells me that he has 3 of these computers in the shop currently and that they all have the same blue screen issue. Do not buy a XPS. I will never buy another Dell computer.

I wouldn't buy another one. I've had my Inspiron 7415 2-in-1 for less than a year. I've had to call IT 3 times now. Twice because it won't power on at all and once because it kept locking up. Each time I call it's a minimum of 5 hours with on the phone with someone who can hardly speak English. Next time I'll pay up for the Mac Book. This is unacceptable.

Worst company ever! I have been in IT for nearly 4 decades and have seen fair share of bad products, but this top the list. On top of this their customer care (which does not exist) is the pit of all. Stay away and buy Lenovo it seems to be a better product.

Beware of Dell and SSD drives. Dell has gone to Hell, I have mostly used Dell in my business's over the past 20+ yrs but never again. Last December I bought a new XPS computer with all the bells and whistles. In January of this year 2 weeks and one year after I received it the SSD hard drive crashed. Called support and I guess even one day past their year warranty they will not honor anything. I would have to pay to send it off, pay them to throw away the hard drive along with all of my files. And all of this was from a tech person that could hardly speak English. I was very fortunate that there was a local tech that was able to replace the hard drive and pull my files off, saving me money and time. He told me that he gets more Dell repairs and SSD drive failures than anything else.

I will not purchase another Dell computer. I bought a brand new Alienware laptop and right off the bat it started giving me issues. After countless hours on the phone and numerous technicians they could not find the problem. Months passed and still on the phone with Dell running diagnostics with no answers. After months they finally decided to replace the motherboard. It took time but it was replaced. The technician never ran the laptop and left. Seconds after he left my speakers did not work. Again hours on the phone with Dell and they decided to replace the speakers. It took over a month for them to get the parts and schedule a technician. I watched him open my laptop, same technician and he forgot to plug in my speakers when he replaced my motherboard. Now my warranty is almost up and they want me to purchase an extended warranty, which is B.S. I have always bought Dell but going forward I will not be buying another Dell and I will tell everyone of my nightmare with Dell.

Order was never processed. Website is terrible for a company that sells computers to say nothing of wasting my time attempting to call customer service which was disgusting. They wanted me to cancel my order and reorder after 3 weeks which I did not. Will buy from some other company.

DO NOT buy a dell XPS 15. The performance is great and the computer looks and feels nice, however, if you use a docking station the bios gets screwed up on charging watts from 130W allocated on the charger to 5W. This is the huge inconveince as the computer WILL DIE if using plugged in. Spent hours with support and services and they could not fix. They even sent an expert to my house and replaced the motherboard, seems a waste. Get it together DELL.

WORST COMPANY, WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN I'VE BEEN EMAILING, CALLING, DEALING WITH "DELL'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM" FOR 2 MONTHS, TO GET A MONITOR MOUNT FOR THEIR MONITOR, THAT THEY FOR WHATEVER STUPID REASON, DO NOT SELL OR ADVERTISE ANYWHERE.. I KEEP GETTING THE SAME EMAIL "WILL UPDATE YOU WHEN WE FIND THE PART" I STILL CAN'T MOUNT MY MONITOR, ALMOST 3 MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY

Do not buy a Dell computer. You WILL pay the price. I bought my XPS 9510 just over a year ago. When it is working, I love it. Unfortunately, that does not happen all of the time. I leave the computer plugged in nightly and use it most of the day without the ability to plug it in. It should have about 5-7 hours on battery time. The problem is numerous times I cannot start it. It responds as if it has a dead battery. When I return home and plug it in, it starts right up and usually has 100% battery power left but always at least 70%. I have replaced the battery and even replace the computer but the problem remains. When I contact support they are very quick to respond and attempt to address the problem but after 2 hours of updates on everything, the problem returns in a matter of weeks. Last time I went through this I told them this will be the last time and they said the warranty will continue after the expiration date if this problem persists. Now I call them and stated that the problem is back and I want them to buy back this unreliable computer and their response was that it was out of warranty and can't do it. Horrible customer service. I would never buy or recommend a product from Dell ever again.

I made an order for three items from Dell over three months ago. One item arrived and the other two never appeared. I have repeated emailed, chatted and called Dell (running up international call charges) and Dell to no effect. I have wasted many hours and dollars and Dell still have my money and I don't have my product!!! I have been repeatedly told that they will resolve the situation, send my products, escalate the situation, get back to me etc etc. They never do. After all these broken promises I eventually asked them to cancel the order, repeatedly and in desperation I ordered the items elsewhere. They haven't cancelled the order and they haven't returned my money. DO NOT order anything from DELL! They are a terrible company! You risk losing your money! Given this ongoing experience I now see the only solution is to publicize my experience as widely as possible on the internet. Maybe I can shame them into returning my money! And save you guys from losing yours

My Dell laptop is one month old today. The touch pad stopped working so I went through the diagnostics and was told it needed repair. All I had to do was pack it up and send it in free of charge. Unfortunately, I am travelling right after Christmas so that was not an option. I asked for another option and was told I could pay to have it serviced within a few business days. Dell called a short time later to say the service visit would be $220.00 which is 1/4 the cost of the Inspiron laptop. I have decided to return the laptop and not purchase another Dell.

package never arrived due to lost in transit by UPS no surprise there tracking on line never changed from the moment it left dell so it wasn't scanned at the multiple locations it was apparently delivered to en route according to UPS and they wont admit to not knowing where it is and because Dell cant get it back to there ware house aren't willing to do anything about it so looks like an expensive loss this experience makes Dell and UPS amongst the worst companies i have ever delt with

I have got new laptop from my company 10 days back. After started to using it I found that there is Noisy Fan. I registered a complaint to Dell Support and they asked me to do so many test and showed them the results. So Dell Support decided to change the Fan. After changing the Fan issue remains the same. Again Dell Support asked me to do so many test and I shared the test results. After seeing the test results Dell Support decided to Change the FAN for the 2nd time and Motherboard. Still the issue is not resolved. Again Dell Support is asking me to do some test. I am seriously fed up with this Dell Support executives. If you cannot resolve the issue why dont you send engineer and fix the issue? Why are you troubling end customers ? I am wasting my time talking with you guys.
