Awful. I thought my purchase was Net 90 @ 0% interest on a Dell Business Account I've had for over a decade, and discovered it wasn't and I'd been charged 29.24% interest. Who bills people 29.24 interest with a credit score of almost 800? I called customer service, then got transferred to the collection department, sat forever, finally hung up. I called back, again lines garbled, then a lady called me back, who spoke English at least. She has turned in a request to give me the 90 days, but will charge me interest while I wait for that to be granted. I asked to pay but they won't take a credit card. YIKES. Please hire people who speak English well, and give them a cubical so the phone isn't dizzying with the sound of a call center. Also, business credit at 29.24% with a high credit score is robbery, especially if it was supposed to be a 90 days at 0%. I've only bought Dell since 1997 and this purchase is a MAJOR disappointment. In addition, don't by a top of the line Vostro, go for Latitude.

Purchased a dell inspiron 15 3567 on 11-27-19 from amazon.com, I was told that I had one yr mail-in service and call in support. I called into dell several times and was told each time that I needed elevated support at a fee. in time I resolved each issue on my own. so much for dell notice small d in dell. they had me on the phone for a very long time as well. This unit came with one TB of HD, 8GB of Ram, 8Ghtz . this is twice as much as the sony it replaced. I am always waiting for this unit to open an application and some times I can eat a sandwich in the time it takes. my Sony is always waiting for me. I will never, ever purchase a dell again.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 5459 computer in December, 2015 and got a 4 year premium support and accidental damage service warranty with it. Approximately 3 weeks ago, when I went to log on in the morning, the screen was blank and the computer would not turn on. I immediately called Dell support and was told I had to send the computer and AC adapter to them to have their technicians repair it. The customer service agent said they would send me a box to send it to them in along with prepaid mailing label and a form for me to fill out explaining the problem. He said there was a place on the form asking if I wanted them to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system but I should say I did not want them to do that and to sign the paperwork. I sent the computer and adapter in and in a few days I got an email saying "our records show that the repairs were cancelled as when the depot technicians contacted you to check if they could replace the HDD that they found be a possible point of failure, you declined repairs" and that they were sending the computer back to me. No one ever contacted me regarding this problem. When I received the computer, paperwork included in the box said "the following repairs or parts have been repaired or replaced on the unit - hard drive replaced and operating system reinstalled". So, did they wipe my hard drive or not? I didn't know. I connected the AC adapter to the computer and tried to turn it on. I still had the same problem, nothing on the screen, and the computer would not turn on. By now I'm totally disgusted with the whole thing and decided to take the computer to a local computer repair guy I've worked with before. He connected my computer to an AC adapter he had in his shop and the computer came on immediately. We determined that they, in fact, did not replace the hard drive or reinstall the operating system as the paperwork said they did. I sent them an e-mail explaining what happened and saying I expect them to send me a new AC adapter to replace the broken one. Still waiting to hear back from them. Obviously, I am very dissatisfied with the service I've received from Dell and this experience will definitely influence any decisions I make when purchasing computers in the future.

Customer service is atrocious. Hold music is the most irritating EVER. They changed customer pay site and now my account is overdue and I spent TWO HOURS trying to resolve this simple problem. Once I was able to log in i got an error message that would not allow me to pay. Two customer service agents tried to force me to pay by phone and would not transfer me to the next agent. I refuse to pay over the phone. Now - customer service will call me in 24 to 48 hours. I will never buy a Dell computer again. The one I bought two months ago is junk and they force you to use McAffy virus "control" and every other option. I cannot turn it off no matter how I try. Frustrated beyond belief. Run.

My higher end dell computer broke 3 times in the 1st year. Their "award winning" customer support is an absolute nightmare. I've been a loyal customer to dell for the last 20 years and it has slipped so much. Never again will I purchase from them.

This is the worst computer ever. Nothing on it works and there is no response from customer service. A terrible company with an awful product. I sent 2 emails with no response. I called twice and spoke with rude stupid people. Stay far away from Dell

Very Poor technical support. Bad quality control even in their premium lineup. There are always issues with drivers. I have sent my laptop to dell depot for a repair and they had sent the laptop back with the same issues that I had complained. I don't know whether they repaired it at all. within 8 months I bought the laptop it spent at least a month on repair processes. waste of time and money!

Went to Dell SM City Cebu to have a microsoft office installed on my laptop. The one who entertained us was not professional at all and he didn’t handle my laptop well. My laptop was very slow because it was apparently auto-updating. But the staff there was pushing the buttons of my laptop so hard he was even on a videochat with his girlfriend on the phone. Not professional at all! Will never go for service there ever!!!!

I'm a small business that has purchased dell servers, laptops, monitors. I was just informed by a tech support person in Panama that if something goes wrong with my server after 30 days, Dell does not replace it with something new but with a "refurbished" (read used) server even if it is under warranty. My son purchased a $500 monitor that has issues and what they sent to "replace" it is dinged up, scratched and has bad pixels. This is their idea of supporting their warranty. I was just about to buy four new high end, powerful servers as my business has grown but I will never buy from Dell again. Everyone I talked to could care less. This used to be my go to company for hardware.....not any more. Very sad! Michael Dell should be ashamed to have his name attached to this version of the company.

A warning to all small business owners - be aware that Dell will not value your trade. Since our company started seven years ago, we've bought both server, laptop and desktop solutions. Now, we find that we have XPS15 computers that Dell sold with what they acknowledge to be faulty batteries, that have destroyed the trackpad. We were never notified of this, despite routinely receiving tons of Dell direct marketing material at our addresses. Now, the company offers no solution other than to tell us we missed the window for a free battery. They never told us a window existed. Maybe your small company can afford this kind of treatment - we prefer to take our business elsewhere.

My Dell model 5767 works ok my complaint is location of activity light you can not see it to tell if disc is running thenthe way the buttonfor the DVD drawer is you can not see it and it indented to the point is is hard to get the drawer open.. There are other odd things but I will not complain about them . I had four HP models before so I will go back to them later f I need anew computer .. I had many friends working on College and Universities who all had dell that is why I bought dell but then again the college groups had repair people standing by so that is a point against dell also .. Like others I would not buy another dell . Thanks .. jim p.

We bought a Dell Inspiron 15. It is the worst laptop I have ever had. It just will not connect. It just spins and spins I have wasted a week trying to get my work done. Do not buy. Do not waste your time on this junk. Dell should be ashamed for creating such cheap junk. Thank you Dell for wasting my time. Even your technology department calls this nonfunctional junk. The only thing Dell’s warranty will not cover is the processors in this junk. That is what does not work. What a waste of time. This junk is not even functional for a kid to play games on. I almost beat the thing to death on a brick wall. I am so upset with Dell, I will never trust them ever on any products. Do not buy Dell products.

Hello Im starting a class action suit against dell he has a business in the united states of America and the dell India team is saying they are coperate. I have a computer i bought a year and a half ago the computer was fixed at best buy once and 4 times at dell and once in my home i reported the computer had a problem 2 weeks ago and it came back 1 month ago from repair. These people are steeling from us the us people and Michell Dell is using them to his advantage. He is the greediest man in the US and the us government is doing nothing about it lets all get together and start a class action suit agent DELL Ill be posting a website here for a list of people need your help to stop thieves that are using offshore support like DELL. 3180 Netbook... bought two and one had a bad hard drive within a day and they other stopped booting up in 6 months... still under warranty... sent back to Dell in Texas...they sent it back to me as "repaired" but was in the exact same condition (no boot-up). They took it back again and said they didn't have the parts to fix it and would send a refurb in it's place. Was even confirmed by an email from them. Never received the replacement. They think somebody cancelled the order but don't know why. I've spent countless hours on the phone with Dell about this but here I am with no netbook and no explanation. I wish I could give Dell ZERO STARS.

Bought a desktop and in less than a year it was slow as heck, and I do not go on many websites, I use it for mainly photography. The start up has slowed substantially. I have a terrible time using my email because this computer has hijacked my outlook. Something happened to my Lightroom program and it cannot be fixed ON THIS COMPUTER ONLY, so it has hijacked this also. I have previously owned Dell computers but they have gone for the craps. Never again. (unless they want to replace this piece of crap).

I purchased Dell Inspiron 7460 1.5 years back. Since the time I have purchased it there had been wifi connectivity problem. I called customer care so many times and all they said was to update drivers, issue didn't resolve and 1 year warranty got over. I had to travel outside and now when I have started using the laptop same issue is occuring. I am shocked to witness such a bad quality product and service from Dell. I am really going to give this feedback to all my friends and family so that they would not go through this mental harassment.
