Is there an option for a minus score? Been over a month since I've sent back my alienware desktop and my refund has still not been deposited to my account. They guarantee 10-15 business days but apparently had an issue processing the refund. Still waiting.

Dell is super consistent in giving polite and respectful unhelpful service. The communication is the worse I have seen in any business. Calling them for any issue will take an hour or more per call as you are transferred to people who can't help you over and over. This is not a one time issue. I have never made an easy purchase from Dell. Last year it was a returned computer. The ONLY reason I came back is because the first Alienware I bought was an amazing computer that lasted about 9 years. The first system I bought to replace it was terrible and the communication there was ridiculous. Now we are having order delivery issues with the current Alienware I purchased and I am back to terrible communication...to the point of such frustration it is impacting my conversations with representatives that are not at fault. Dell, do better. Multi-billion dollar company and you can't get an email out to alert customers of delays or properly train your representatives to correctly direct customers. Really???

My pc I use for work at home died. I went out to Dell shopping specifically for a tower that was available and would arrive the next day. It was about $400 more than I wanted to pay but would be here by 2 pm, next day. So I placed order and paid for it. Got a confirmation email with delivery next day. 5 minutes later I get a tracking email from Usps saying delivery will be next Wednesday (maybe). Wtf? 6 days later? So I jump on the phone and call Customer Care and get told there’s nothing that can be done. Order is done and shipping has been created with 5 day shipping. That is NOT what I selected or ordered and I need this for my consulting job and cannot be without a pc for 6 days. Still, orders placed, shipping created, can’t modify. Modify what? I did not select 5 day shipping. What a bunch of idiots working for a stupid company. I’m gonna cancel my order and go to Best Buy and buy a shitty HP. At least that will be here tomorrow.

I would leave zero stars, but since not possible, I will leave one. I will never purchase anything again from Dell. We purchased two Inspiron 15-3565 laptops in 2019 and they have been nothing but trouble from day one. The computers would never and I mean never stay connected to the internet for more than a few hours. Dell tried to troubleshoot this issue, but could never resolve it. Finally just gave up and just reconnected every time the laptop disconnected. Must have spent hundreds of hour reconnecting to the internet. The final straw was that both of the charging connections and batteries stop working recently, both within weeks of each other. Very happy to have replaced these with new Lenovo laptops. Be very careful about purchasing products from Dell.

How can they still be in business they are impossible to deal with. Their systems are not integrated. They gave me a two-month delay on the computer they said would be ready in a week and then couldn't cancel it. They promised they would cancel it and then delivered it anyway.

This process sucks I bought new Alienware failed 40 days later Dell will not come fix wants me to do everything I'm about to throw away and go buy a reputable one Should never buy direct from dell buy from store so you have recourse if product is faulty 1st time ever to have to write something like this

Dell products are really good. However, customer service sucks! I ordered a tablet and realized I was going to be on vacation the week of the delivery. I called customer service to have the order expedited. I told them I would be okay with paying the extra fee. They cannot answer a question. All they could tell me was they would send an email. I am not happy. I would have edited the order, but it wouldn't let me. This is the second time I have dealt with them and I was aggravated the last time.

Bought a couple of Dell Vostro 5890 for my office and planned on upgrading the ram. I installed 2 sticks of Corsair and everything went well for the first 6 months. Dell pushed a bios update to me in April and after that it would not boot. It was giving me a code for invalid memory module. So apparently in this bios update it put corsair on its naughty list of components. It checks the first slot for approved memory, most likely the one they have a contract with, and if it isn't that brand, it will not post. I hate companies like this. It is literally the last thing I will ever buy from Dell.

Bought a Dell Inspiron 3501 Laptop, which has broken twice within 10 months. Firstly the mouse broke and now the fan. Customer service was very poor. Would never buy a Dell again. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchase.

Please warn your viewers/readers away from Dell Inspiron 2n1 Laptops. I purchased a 7706 model six months ago. This is a very pricey model with an 11th Gen i7-1165G7 @2.8 GHz processor, 32GB Ram, 2TB Solid State Hard Drive. So needless to say I purchased what I though was a high performance laptop that would be my primary computer for personal and some business requirements. The key board and touchpad can be unresponsive at times, especially the return key. It takes an unacceptably long time to buffer an online and start with continued pauses for buffering while watching. My wi-fi is 400Mps so there should be no reason for this. The worst issue is the totally unacceptable battery life. When new the battery only lasted about four hours, now six month later it only lasts three. According to the Windows 10 battery report the battery is already only charging at 72% of its original capacity. When I called Dell technical support I was told that the battery was only designed to last 3 - 4 hours and if I want a larger capacity battery they would have Dell sales call and help me find a larger battery that I would need to purchase myself. WHAT KIND OF IDIOT DESIGNS A "PORTABLE" COMPUTER THST NEEDS TO BE PLUGGED IN EVERY THREE HOURS??? Dell did not follow up with the promised call and when I looked on the Dell website there are no additional battery options for this model computer. In short: - Dell designed a computer unacceptable for real world conditions. - Dell doesn't follow up and support said computers. - Dell used to be my go to for personal and business solutions, both computers and servers. I will be pursuing HP or other solutions in the future based on losing confidence in Dell's hardware and support. Gotta go, my battery is running low again...

Liars and incompetent idiots. One department cannot communicate with another to provide information on when if an order will be delivered or shipped. Next day delivery guarantee my ass! LIARS. The order hasn't left their facility to the best of my knowledge and refund will not be issued until, at minimum 10 days, after they receive the package back. This is my 4th or 5th Dell laptop but they can kiss my not so happy ass!

Bought a computer from Dell, after 7 hours of tech support they sent out a tech to replace a part. Computer is still broken, I am told now I’m passed my 30 days and cannot return computer. I spent $4,000 on this Dell Alienware computer that doesn’t work and they are telling me I’m stuck. Thanks Dell.

i would put up a 0 if i could !! b.s website and even more b.s costumer service. agent can't speak neither english or french well, i dont know if they make it on purpose but it seems that no one knows s#!t about anything there sending you all around every departement they can and ending up hanging the line. i dont recomend at all.

Troubles placing order, it's not intuitive and annoying to navigate even though you know where everything is. Tried to save an item for later, but it doesn't get saved, and now it's also gone from your cart. There is not a variety of items to choose from and many of the items are overpriced. One time I did place an order for earbuds, and they sent me some cheapo version that didn't have the mic that I wanted. Now my $20 Dell rewards is gone, and I have no order.

I am so disappointed in Dell. Purchased a new computer and within my 30 days had issues. Technical could not resolve within my 30 days and now they say I am over my 30 day replacement warranty which they never fixed under my 30 days. Constantly sent to different departments..just an out right run around. This was ment to be my work computer, needless to say it is causing a very unnecessary hardship on me. Still not resolved! DELL pls respond.

I can not express how disappointed I am in Dell. I have purchased at least 6 laptops multiple monitors and accessories. The last two laptops I purchased (within the last year) are both having issues. I paid $1600 for one and they are only offering me $200 towards a replacement. I will never purchase another Dell product.

Bought 2 Dell computers, there was something wrong with the delivery [ nobody at dell could figure out. was told to just purchase again and the $2400 from the first order would be refunded. It's been over 2 months, my bank had to reverse the charges and dell still won't step in to correct there mistake.

My laptop was posted as delivered 20/04/22. Through the chat facility, I recorded a service request such that the laptop would be delivered 22/04/2022. The laptop is still posted as delivered on all three tracking sites! Why are there three separate sites to track delivery and why are so many obscure numbers used to track? Why is chat not available today? Why is there no customer service? The only reason I ordered this laptop is because it was available immediately. Clearly it isn't and Dell are misleading their customers. Dell should consider using technology to manage and track their deliveries and customer service.
