“I'll never deal with them again. They took almost 90 days to ship something that was originally supposed to ship in 14 days max. Comms is non-existant, as all emails were responded to by auto-reply. Tried calling numerous times and nobody ever answered the phone. I probably should have disputed the order, but needed the item.”
“I ordered a frame to be shipped to FFL. Dealer info was sent but Delta hasn't shipped frame. Going on 35 days and attempted at least 4 times to contact support but no response. Guess I'm stuck filing fraud charge against them. Will not recommend or use this company again.”

The shipping was slow but not the worst I've experienced. I ordered a complete kit minus the stripped lower. They forgot to include the stripped upper. After emailing several times I received I generic automated reply. I have emailed many more times with pictures of what I received and the invoice of what is supposed to be included. Still no response after 3 weeks. What a joke!”
“While the products are always as described and of good quality. The customer service sucks, no other way to put it. I ordered a stripped lower LR-308 on April 2, 2023 and as of this posting, April 28, it has not arrived at the FFL. I understand that they cannot ship until they receive the required paperwork from the FFL but the received that on April 12. This is a stripped lower, it only needs to go in a box and be on it's way. When I call it always says no customer service representatives available at this time. I had to email 3 times to get a response that they are waiting on the FFL, I called the FFL and they had sent the required paperwork the week prior. I emailed back and they confirmed they had received it but still had not shipped. I've used DDT before and always had quick service. If they are that busy, it means business must be good, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.”

It's 6:30 pm now l got an email saying it's out for delivery and I got another email saying it would ne here today but its looking like it's not coming today so now I have to waste all day tomorrow waiting around. All this because of their policy. Signature required is something that the customer chooses not the sender. If it werent for this they would be ok but making someones wait around all day and the following day is bad amd totally rude and unacceptable.Order from them if you want. I wont be ordering anymore.”
“This company keeps sending me order confirmations, receipts, and tracking emails for someone else - all of these emails contain the actual customer's address, payment information, and phone number. I've reached out to customer service multiple times to get my email off their mailing list and never get any kind of response while the emails haven't stopped. Don't shop from this company, they'll send your sensitive info to strangers.”
“I had ordered a serialized frame on 3/18. I am now well outside the time period that they gave on their website. Zero customer service. I have called a million times and no one answers. I sent emails and get the automated response that they are looking into the matter but nobody contacts me. I had my FFL send their information on March 21st and still no reply. I will wait in hopes that my items ship out but I am not a happy camper.”
“This place needs closed down. After many emails and phone calls with 0 response to my order I finally put in a dispute with the BBB. Well now I finally get a response that they refunded my money but charged me a fee to cancel my order. This company are crooks. If anyone ever files a class action law suit hit me up because I'm in.”
“Had items lost in shipping ask what could be done to repair this. Was ask am I sure I ordered from them. After giving order number never heard from them again. Had route insurance also. So I will know better next time. Just a warning take it as you will. I would not order again myself.”
“Order an "everything but the lower kit" and received the wrong take down pins and other missing pins to the set. It took 3 weeks for them to acknowledge one of my emails and it was an automated email saying new parts will be sent and nothing else. The replacement parts they sent were wrong making it seem like it was left up to a machine to send out the parts, not reading my email/s at all and grabbed words from it sending out parts based on those. After that I tried an calling them multiple time during their hours, waiting on hold for about 45 mins to an hour each time just to be told no one was there to answer my call and it would say to schedule an appointment to talk with Davidson Defense. Then I tried calling Davidson defense to set up an appointment as well just to get no service there either, not even a place to set an appointment up. The worst part of all this is that I don't even know what other parts are missing since I can't put anything else together to find out. IN SHORT, they were speedy on delivery but once they have your money they are done with you.”
“I have ordered may items, shipping is alway on time. One order came in damage reached out to DTT. They got back to me and sent parts back to them got new parts all good. No complaints, reasonable prices. Still order till this day with no issues. Thank you DTT.”

“I am still waiting on a serialized polymer 80 frame. Granted I'm still within the shipping window but I don't have a lot of hope that I'll receive the item on time. I have sent numerous emails and they say that my case will be reviewed but then I don't get a reply. I have called their number multiple times only to be put on hold and hung up on. I tried going to their website, Delta Team tactical and that is a dead end as well. What's crazy is they go by Delta Team Tactical, Davidson's Defense and MMC Armory. I learned this the hard way through my own stupidity because I really wanted my serialized Frame so I ordered a second from MMC Armory which is the same as Delta Defense. All I was trying to do was get confirmation That they received my FFL information and that we were good to go. When making FFL purchases I always send and email that if there are any issues to call me.”
