“It took a month to receive my unassembled complete upper. After several emails asking of its whereabouts. Once received the BCG had and out of spec extractor. I didn't have anymore patience for the emails back and forth for another month.

I received an order with mismatched parts. I contacted the US manufacturer and they verified some of the parts were Chinese knock off buffer tubes.

“I am here to advise future buyers that are considering purchasing anything from this company. DON'T DO IT! Prior to this latest debacle, I purchased a few items from the Davidson Defense store front. (I live about 20 minutes away) and those encounters were fine. However, DTT is a separate animal (although they are technically owned by the same entity and share the same address). The problem here is they have NO customer service. I have reached out several times via email and by phone which is a total joke. You call and get a recorded message stating there is no one available to answer your call and then you get hung up on. Initially, I just wanted an update, however after several unanswered email and phone call attempts, I wanted to have my order to be picked up since it seems they are never going to ship my order. But every attempt to reach a live human was a waste of time so I reached out to Davidsons and got no response from them either. I don't know how they are still in business. They need to stop taking orders, fulfill the outstanding ones and hire an adequate staff and train them and hire people to answer customer questions and complaints. Frankly this is the last time I will ever use these tools for anything. Getting something cheaper in this instance is not even close to being worth it. They need to understand that one of the MOST important priorities for a business to succeed is largely impacted by their ability to provide at least decent customer service. But these guys just take your money and eventually ship your items (I'm still waiting) possibly. I would ask for a refund but I don't see that happening so for now I will just continue to throw their asses under the bus and keep backing over them!!! BTW, if you look at other posts on here, they seem to mostly comment on positive reviews, no the negative ones. That says a lot about their commitment to provide any solution or excuse for their lameness.”

Placed an order back on 12/5/2022. Response back was everything in stock could take up to 5-days to ship.
I received my order 12/28.2022 The order was incomplete, missing two items and another was not what I ordered. Upon receiving the order I immediately tried calling and emailed with pictures as stated on their website. I have placed over twelve phone calls and at least 6-10 emails.
Its a shame company's are doing business like this in the United States. A true disappointment!

“I dont know what to say except I will now read reviews on any company I order from them. I ordered a magnifier from this company 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Haven't received order and can get no tracking details or find out anything about my order. I've sent emails and tried to call several times. Today I was on hold 45 min. And 30 min yesterday. Then you get a message saying no one is available to answer phones. Its literally impossible to contact them. They wont even email you back. Getting nervous about it now. Im on disability and every dollar counts for me. Just wanted to treat myself to christmas present. Looks like im not even getting a chunk of coal. Is this even a real business or am I getting scammed. I guess ill wait a few more days and then file a claim with my bank hopefully it will just show up. Super disappointing!”

“I ordered two items on 12/9/2022 which were intended as Xmas gifts, since it's been 10 days I am not able to get response by email or someone to answer the phone. Not sure what to do now, very poor customer service and communication. No where on the website when I placed the order did it mention and type of delay issues. It took 21 minutes on hold today for me to get a prerecorded message that no customer service agents were available.”

“First, I never right reviews. However, after this experience, I think others should be warned. I ordered a Glock gen 1-3 compatible, complete lower/upper parts kit. For some reason I never received the confirmation email. I called customer service and we figured out that the email was wrong, we corrected this and I looked forward to receiving the goods to facilitate my build.
Some time passed and still nothing. I contacted customer service again, and was told I never responded to shipping address verification emails. Luckily, the person who corrected this email problem, was the person taking the call. She contacted the “billing” department and advised me they would send me an invoice, and after verifying they had it on hand since it’s now listed “out of stock” online, advised me they would get it shipped out right away once I paid the direct invoice.
Thus ensued an over week long saga of calling them daily to request this direct invoice. To be told each time: “We’ll get it right out.” After verifying my email, making sometimes three calls a day, and still waking up the next day to no email numerous times, I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being told that none was available, but they would call me back I received the invoice finally.
I still haven’t received any tracking information, nor a call from a supervisor and I’ve had no time to call them today. This experience is documented completely by their phone recordings, and email system.
To say I’m confused and disappointed is an understatement. I’ve now paid twice for an item, had absolutely no follow through from this business and unless I call and beg for this situation to be remedied, it most likely never will. If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would at this point.”
