“Have now had 4 sets of alloys all have had corrosion problems within a year and now demon tweeks will not honor another set even though under the goods act, they say you only get warranty from day one not with every set of wheels that have only lasted 6mths before corrosion sets in again. Woukd never buy from this company again.”
“Purchased ebc discs and pads and put my reg in on the website saying it fits my vehicle. As soon as I fitted them I found they weren’t big enough. Contacted demon tweets and 4 months later they have told me they can now supply me the bigger discs that should be fitted on my car for £230 which they want me to pay for even though these are not sufficiently enough for the car. The other option they gave me was a £50 credit. Never buy from demon tweeks”
“Like some before their delivery system is rubbish I paid extra for express delivery 2-3 days 5 days later (today) product has still not arrived. Apparently I should have known the delivery time was from when the received the goods. In essence I paid for something they didn't have. Had to postpone my MOT. You would think that with so many poor revues they would action retraining of the team and a review of how they advertise products.”
“I ordered a pair of Maxxis M7313 / M7314 tyres and Michelin inner tubes on August 1st.
With no notification of shipping by the 10th August, I contacted their customer service team. Received the auto-reply-bot answer, so called them by phone.
They had no real idea when they would receive the front tyre from their supplier, so they agreed to cancel the order and process a PayPal refund straight away, so I could source elsewhere.
Previous experience has shown that refunds can be initiated straight away and the email notifications appear almost immediately.
When nothing happened the following day and based on the way the call was handled, I reported a problem to PayPal. I then received several messages asking me to close the PayPal query, so they could then process the refund.
When I explained that I would lose my payment protection if I closed it (you can't then re-open it), they continued to press me to close it.
I phoned PayPal to get some advice and PayPal themselves escallated it to a claim, which was investigated and found in my favour.
Overall, a really off-putting experience, especially their push for me to effectively give up my payment protection, whilst sitting on £190 of my money.
They have been around for a long time but something has gone very wrong with their customer service.”
“The most horrendous customer experience ive had to date. I purchased a £1000 helmet from Demon Tweeks and the helmet is defective. It was sent back to DT for them to asses and resolve the issue in November 2020. Not long after DT receiving the helmet it was lost after they had sent it on to the supplier. Here we are 6 months later and they still are unable to acknowledge it is their fault and replace the helmet. Every time I call i get told they need more time to understand what has happened and what to do and that someone will call me the following day. Im still yet to receive any of these promised calls and im without a helmet to race with! Shocking!!!!”
“Absolute shambles of a company, ordered some Bilsteins with a lead time of 10 days, told the garage keep the car on the side ill have the bits in 10 days, no email to confirm delivery time, no replies to emails, managed to get throught to customer service who said theres a delay.. of 7 weeks!! Pathetic excuse saying we were too busy to reply to your emails.. and the icing on the cake the interest free option now looks a mistake as if i cancel the credit search will remain on there. What a bunch of cowboys! Avoid!”
“Avoid like the plague. They’ll send you another customers order and then blame you for their mistake. They’ll then expect you to take a holiday from your work to sit at home and wait for parcel force to come and uplift said order. If you miss the collection due to being a work, they’ll threaten to use legal action. Absolute joke of a company with no customer service skills what so ever. Better of just going straight to the supplier and cut out the middle man. Unless you can deal with the hassle of their own mistakes.”
“I was only given feedback on my order when I chased.
I placed an order online (02.04.21) for GKN Tripode joint grease which was listed as in stock; I received an email confirming my order. I waited, nothing happened, I looked at the site to check and it was listed as "processing" I called (07.04.21) and the lady said it was out of stock but would be in Friday and dispatched the same day. Nothing happened so I called again (12.04.21) waited 18 minutes for them to deal with 6 calls. I was told that it was out of stock and would not be in stock until end of April 21.
I was transferred to "sales" so that I might find an alternative and call queued again. No suitable alternative, plus the "salesman" had a take it or leave it attitude toward the fact that I had now been on the phone for 40 minutes - astonishing.
I have now ordered same from Merlin Motorsport who had it ex stock. I had to call D.T./queue again to request cancellation & refund; let's see if they get that right.
This is my first purchase with Demon Tweeks and it will be my last. They have been around a while but are complacent and inefficient on every level. Lousy communication, a waste your time with some staff having an appalling attitude to customer service. My advice? Avoid, go elsewhere.”
“I ordered a set of wheels on the 16th and the order was put through the following day when I was advised they would arrive early this week, so I took my old wheels off and sent them to the person who had bought them because I could deal with being without the car for a week and ordered my tyres through black circles to be fitted for Thursday the 24th.
I called customer services as they hadn’t turned up today so asked if there was any tracking information, they then called the supplier as that’s where the wheels were coming from direct who said they couldn’t find the order on the system. I was then told I’d be contacted once this had been looked into.
I was then emailed to be told they would now be sent out the week after Christmas and I was told by someone from customer services when I called up that it could even be the following week!
I now can’t use my car and have tyres turning up to the tyre fitters that can’t be fitted. I am really not happy I have had to chase the order up to find this out and that I’m now without a means of transport.
I chose to order these from yourselves as I thought the process would run smooth which it hasn’t at all. Won’t be using Demon Tweeks again”

They Had an offer of 20% off for a period of time.
After 3 days emailed me to tell me they were not in stock at time of order.
You Should not take money when they are not in stock.
Very naughty thing to do.
I now have to wait for a refund and then source them elsewhere wasting more of my time.”
“Absolute nightmare of a company!. I ordered a set of standard front springs for my Honda, the correct part number was quoted on the invoice and on the bilstein box that arrived. However unbeknown to me the springs inside the box were a different part number. Fast forward a year and the car failed it's mot with a dangerous condition on the front suspension as luckily the mot inspector spotted that the springs where fouling the shock absorber and not seated correctly but it was hard to see so thank god he noticed. Contacted Demon Tweeks with photos and the original invoice details but they were not interested and just kept babbling on about how it's my responsibility to check the part number!! So when you order from this company you may or may not get the correct item and it may even be the incorrect item in the right box. Bloody shambles, won't be using this lot again.”
“Had new wheels and tyres fitted. Very happy with the service. Was told to wait between 7-10 days for delivery of wheels and they came within 2 days! I dealt with Ian and Tony and they were spot on. Defo go back there A****”

The information on the page is completely wrong.
They sell basic version products through advanced version product information.
After being discovered, they was unwilling to compensate.
They only wrote an apology letter, which was completely meaningless.

“My package was sent express ups and has been sitting in the depot for weeks and I finally get a reply from demon tweeks saying it's my responsibility to contact ups and sort it out. Worst customer service I've had for such an expensive product. Looks like it will be sent back if I can't get to Sydney in time and try to explain the package is mine.”
“Ordered an item that was advertised as due for restock in 4 days. 4 days passed and item was still not shipped. Went to their website to check and the item is now advertised as due for restock in 14 days. I checked a few days later and it still said 14 days. Customer service is non-responsive. I have asked for my money back and they have said the money would be paid back to my PayPal account in 1 day. Hopefully this happens. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in a really long time. Avoid.”
“3 orders this year and all substandard. All three items shown in stock for immediate delivery. They take your money, then NOTHING. It appears that they advertise fake stock levels. They don’t even bother to advise you that the item won’t be available for another month as was the case with two items. The third never showed at all. Still they’ve been trading 20 years which is what they tell you when you ring them up. “I ordered a pair of motorcycle tyres knowing one had a 10 day restock time (according to the website) on day 11 I called customer services to enquire only to be told this tyre would not be sent to them from their supplier for another two and a half months. What an absolute joke.....
I have cancelled the order and found a more reputable supplier.
24 hours on their website still claims this tyre is available for delivery within a few days....
This is just false advertising and ensures I will never use these cowboys again”
