Horrible website, Password can not be reset- you get a loop of resetting password with a notification that your account has been blocked- without telling you how to fix it. Endless popup for new customer 15% off- and it looks like fraud as you can't access your acct to find out how to unblock after you paid for items that you never get an update on. Spend over 2.5 hours on this today, Not worth your time to save 2.00 when you can get same item for less or without incompetent IS people.No phone number to contact them- their parent company is Vaporfi, which does have a phone number.

Didn't receive anything I ordered. After waiting 2 weeks I was told that the items were out of stock and didn't even ship. Even though these items are still available on their website. I will never order anything from this company again.

I have been doing business with Directvapor for over 7months, have had 1 problem with auto ship called and received my money back. Have received everything I have ordered with no problems. Prices are good and can't find my juice at the store. I have recommended this website to a few different people. I would suggest if you are having trouble with your order call customer service instead of emailing.

Ordered 5 items and only received 4 (10 days later, when I payed the extra for expedited shipping). Sent email request to see where my last item was and what to do about the wrong items and still no response. Such a waste of money.

Ordered 5 packs falcon coils that were out of stock everywhere cuz of the so called virus and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in falcon packaging in only a week :)

I ordered a 2pack bundle of CBD cartridges from DirectVapor.com early last month. I got my package somewhat quickly (I paid for priority shipping). However, upon inspection, they only sent ONE of the two cartridges I ordered. And the one that did show up had burn marks on it and the plastic packaging was clearly melted. I contacted customer support to alert them to this. After 3 days, I got a response of "Sorry, what did you not receive?". I responded again and again, with no second response from them. They never even acknowledged that I was sent damaged merchandise. It has been 3 weeks since I got a response, so I'm chalking this up to a loss. Will never be a part of their scam again

Paid $10 for Priority Shipping. Placed an order on Fri, Apr 17, 11:58 AM and it did not leave the distribution center until Thu, Apr 23, 4:04 AM. Actual shipment was fast (thanks USPS) once it left their distribution center (no thanks Direct Vapor). Spoke to customer service on the phone who said I would be refunded the $10 for shipping. Emailed with them to confirm this once I received my order and they denied the refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Look, I know there's a pandemic. However, there's NO reason to not respond to a customer's email. I asked when they were going to ship since it was past the estimated 72 hours, and received NO response. Ordered the 20th, shipped on the 25th. No email, no phone call...this is not okay. I know they're busy. I know they're having a huge surge of customers. Not being able to ship in the estimated time frame, okay. BUT LET US KNOW. Especially when I shoot you an email!

I have contacted them multiple times. It states they are experiencing high than normal contact support volume and can take 24 hours and max 48 hours to contact back. Well its been well over that, still says my I.D. has not gone through. And I was charged. There is no place to cancel your order. Do not order from this company. I made the mistake of not seeing reviews 1st.

I paid $20 on the 24th for 2 day shipping on batteries. Its been in pre-shipping since the 25th. I've submitted multiple tickets, none of which have been responded to. Unlike their website which claims 48 hours response time at the MOST, it's been 4 days since I submitted a ticket. Customer service is f***ing awful. What's the point of paying extra money when it takes the same time as regular shipping does? Not to mention noone from their company will answer. Stay away from this trash company, they are garbage.

Not sure what to think right now. Because of all the Covid craziness, I totally understand that things must be hectic for retailers, but at the same time, there still needs to be some order and accountability. I ordered some hardware and it took over a week for me to receive it. Unfortunately, I have to return the products(which are totally unopened). The website advises to email company in order to request RMA for return. Well, after literally 2 days of trying to search for contact info on their website, I was finally able to locate some info to use to submit a ticket. I had to search all over google to track down this info. It was really weird that I could not access this info anywhere on their website? I’ve noticed others have had the same complaints. I submitted the ticket and explained in full detail my situation, provided all detailed info like Order#, name, phone number, address, etc. After submitting the ticket, I received an email stating that they received my request and will get back to me within 48hours. I gave it 48hours and no response. Over the course of a week, I have literally submitted this ticket about 5 times, and have still not received a response. Again, I understand times are crazy right now, but the total lack of communication is unacceptable. The reason I’m so bothered is because the website makes it clear that I only have 15 days from THE TIME OF PURCHASE to make a return. Well, it was a total of 8 days right off the bat from the time of purchase to the time of receiving products. So according to their policy, that’s already half of my return window. Now that it’s been a week since requesting return and still no response, I’m afraid that once they finally do respond to me(if they do) they going to try and tell me that I’m past the return window or something, and I’m sure that will turn into a mess in itself. I’ll really lose it at that point! It seems I’m not the only one having communication issues with them right now, so beware!

Guys, i am not sure what these reviews are about. I'm not a bot either! I guess its really luck here because i purchased a Novo 2 with 50mg Juice, chose overnight shipping and got it the next day.. Everything i got was correct and functions as it should! If you have a bad experience with this company, its either luck or your fault? Great experience here, 5 stars!

They claimed to have inventory of joytech coils I wanted. They were out of the other size 0.25 vs 0.6. They offered me a new customer discount of 20% so after comparing prices and seeing what inventory else where, I ordered. They sent me the wrong size coil and only gave the discount on the first item I put in my shopping cart. The 20% discount did not correct after I added other items out of the cart and calculated again. I figured they were like other online merchants and would correct the error with a store credit or credit back on my CC. They responded that it was 20% on the subtotal... so after I confirmed the amount and pointed out that the invoice discount was clearly not the same, they still came back with the same answer like it was a robot an not a person. Then I realized they had baited and switched on me. My image of the order and calc is off by 10cents but you see how they didn't come close to calculating the 20% on the subtotal. Wish I had looked for reviews before I ordered.

I ordered 4 coils and 2 batteries. First coil went bad in 4 days. 1 of the batteries weren't any good. I emailed the company 3 days ago but no response. Going to have to call them, but from reviews on here, it's going to be a pain in the rear.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and didn’t receive the product for almost two weeks and when it finally came it was the wrong product. My name was on the package but the receipt on the inside had someone else’s personal information and order on it. Assuming my order got shipped to someone else, this means they have my receipt and now have my personal information as well. It is incredibly difficult to get in contact with customer service and I can’t find an email or phone number anywhere which is sketchy. Don’t waste your time.

DO NOT order from this company. Ive purchased 3 vapes from them in the past 6 months and each one stopped working after a month. Not only that, but when I tried to get the most recent one replaced, they made me pay for return shipping, then they lost the return order and wouldnt send out a replacement. The associate I got on the phone was extremely rude as well. Avoid this company like the plague. You can find the same merchandise at the exact same price from many other vendors.

3 times I've had issues with getting orders. Still waiting on a package I ordered on the 10th and today's the 26th. The first issue they sold out of a product they said they had until after I purchased. I had to go through a ton hoops to get a refund. 2nd time the package was lost. I eventually got them to reimburse me. This last time it's still almost impossible to get through costumer service. It Basically says pre shipment for days and days. This is the last time I shop through them.
