I am waiting 30 days and still haven’t received my refund if £166.00. The customer service us shocking and your returns policy obviously is incorrect Never use this site again

Returned an item in July and still waiting for my refund to be processed! A generic reply is all I get when I try to make contact. I am waiting refunds for 3 separate orders totalling £100. This is a complete shambles for returns especially when their policy states it can take up to 21 days during busier periods. Stay clear of this company.

I have ordered once off this website and it’s actually the grimmest in terms of quality and service. I sent everything back and they confirmed receipt of my return on 29 July. It’s now September and I’ve not been refunded. The clothes are cheap and tacky looking, SHEIN provide a better quality and a better service than these clowns.

Waiting over 30 days so far for them to process my refund it’s absolutely disgusting. There’s no way to contact the company, and they advertise that refunds are issued within 7-14 working days, or 21 working days during particularly busy periods. I’ve long exceeded this and received nothing. This company are holding £100 of mine that I have no way of getting back until they feel like it. Yet, are pushing for further sales of their items across all platforms as they have the staff to take your money but not to issue it back to you. I will surely NEVER shop here again.

Disgraceful refund time! It’s now 29 WORKING days since I sent my parcel back, I’ve sent 5 emails asking for it to be chased up and had NO response what so ever. An absolute mess. I’ll never order from this company again please keep in mind how bad the return process is before purchasing! X

5 weeks after they received my return. STILL NO REFUND. Appalling how this business is still afloat. Surely they’d employ more staff to deal with the influx of returns they are getting. Embarrassing

Returned items way over 21 working days process time. Every time I email them they send a generic response and tell me they have a backlog of returns. I am due over £100 refund and cannot afford to wait any longer. I have now contacted the ombudsman. I will never shop here again and definitely would not recommend them.

It has been over 14 days since they received my returns, and they still won't process the refund. They simply say they are still dealing with July's returns, which is insane! I've had to open a dispute with PayPal

Horrendous company, sent my parcel back and received confirmation via email that it had arrived at their warehouse on the 22nd of July - have yet to receive a refund and we’re on the 26th of August. It’s the 25th working day and they keep sending the same generic email response. Surely there’s a way to escalate this? Trading standards?

Absolutely shocking company I have been waiting weeks for a refund, and judging by the other comments I won’t be receiving one. Avoid at all cost i certainly will be!!

I bought two dresses beginning of July, I paid £4 next day delivery. I returned them a few days later. They received the dresses and have had both dresses for over a month now. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they’ve said they’re so busy and have a backlog of returns to get through. They now don’t reply to me. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for any refund and still waiting. I wished I’d read these reviews before I ordered from DSLB. I will never use them again. The worst customer service ever.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with DLSB. I ordered a dress but when it arrived it was the wrong colour and also faulty. I contacted customer services with photographic evidence immediately hoping to resolve the issue quickly. However, their response was far from satisfactory. Not only did they take days to respond, they refused to acknowledge the fault. Instead they suggested I return the product for evalutaion upon which they'd decide if they'd offer a refund. I returned the dress with full Royal Mail tracking details and to this day they have not acknowledged receiving it even though I have evidence they did on the 21st June 2024. I had no option but to open a Paypal dispute against them to get my money back. I would never use this company again and suggest you don't either. The company is a complete scam.

Purchased thankfully just one dress on 4 June 2024. Returned after 2 days. Email from this company to say they had received the item. Now it’s 9 weeks on and still no refund and no reply to request to investigate. Not good enough,

Same as the other reviews on here. Waiting now over 21 working days for my refund that was received and confirmed by them 25 working days ago. Again no response from them at all when emailing. Awful customer service . I did keep some of my order as they were a perfect fit but the ones that didn’t suit me I returned and sadly this returns delay and zero communication massively lets them down.

Returned an item on 9/5/24 . Received an email to say my return had been received. And I still have not received any refund. I have emailed numerous times. Your customer service is shocking . You never answer my emails I’m getting very frustrated by this
