Absolutely terrible company would never use this company for anything, they are lucky that you have to give a star otherwise I would give nothing. This company delivers on its own agenda and the drivers are damn lazy they forget you can track the parcel from your phone. Yet this company gets away with everything if I were you use ROYAL MAIL or PARCEL FORCE

⚠️Honestly, I’m starting to think DPD is just having a laugh at our expense. ⚠️It’s like every time I’m expecting a package, it’s a toss-up between getting a box that looks like it’s survived a wrestling match or you just sitting at home, staring at the door, and realizing no one’s going to show up. The drivers must be juggling too many deliveries because they keep marking items as ‘not delivered’ even when I’ve taken a day off work just to make sure I don’t miss it. And there I am, waiting for a delivery that’s playing hide and seek. But wait, it gets better. When you ring up their support team, it’s like talking to a brick wall. They’re all sweet promises, saying the delivery guy will turn up later the same day. Spoiler alert: they don’t. It’s like they vanish into thin air! So yeah, not impressed. its so shame I cant choose delivery apart DPD, the company I'm ordering from keeps using them service. If you have company use UPS FEDEX even ERVI is better than this one

If I could give 0 I would. All week being told they tried to deliver my parcel, when going online it actually was 10-20 minutes before time frame when I would get the notification that they tried to deliver. Finally contacted dpd after 10 calls with different people telling me the same thing "we will get it send back out the next business day" wait in all day, take unpaid leave from work fir no parcel to be delivered, get told the driver rung the doorbell and knocked, I was by the door the whole time. They just lie to you, ended up cancelling my parcel through the direct company as I'm not able to take more time off work just for it not to arrive. Very ride staff and hang up on your when you try and talk to you, they talk over you multiple times and don't actually listen to your concerns, tried putting a complaint in and got told that they don't have a complaints team.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Can’t find my house and uses that as an excuse not to drop off my package. Not a call or anything, and the customer service is atrocious! It’s a team of incompetent people.

Never get to your address, uploading photos with different locations stating they couldn't reach out to you. Customer service don't know either what to do, drivers don't give a penny. I do understand everyone wants to go home as soon as possible. Just miss all the customers and let's enjoy a coffee.

Stole my package and had the audacity to lie and say that they lost it. Dpd is the worst thing in the world

Shocking and dishonest ! I am waiting in for a parcel and I have just received an email to say Sorry I was not in and they will reschedule along with a photo of a random house. I have tried to speak with someone obviously to no avail. They need to learn to tell the truth and say Sorry we can’t deliver the driver can not be bothered so thought he would just lie about it ! Don’t worry about me sitting indoors waiting for the parcel Well done DPD I am sure you are proud of the dishonesty and service you provide !

If I could give 0 Stars I would. You can't speak to a person at their customer service centre, and the messaging methods using the app and What's app etc do not work. You only get a very short notice of your delivery which is almost impossible to re-arrange, making it very difficult to ensure that you will be in a position to receive your delivery. The courier makes no effort to try and deliver to a neighbour and just returns the parcel to their depot. You then arrange for the item to delivered to a Pick Up Point. You receive an email to confirm it will be delivered to the Pick Up Point and confirm this with an automated response from their Customer Service Centre. You then check the parcel tracker using the DPD app only to find that the parcel has been returned to the sender without any further explanation. DPD as a group you are a very unprofessional. I am unable to call you an organisation as that would suggest that you are well organised which you clearly are not, and need to up your game in all aspects.

I see it's already a DPD tradition saying they attempted delivering the parcel, or better said, the faked the attempt then making you pick it up from a station. A 12 kg in my case, missing the point of the delivery... Why would I even order online?

Twice said they tried to deliver. I was in. When I looked at the photo I realised it was the wrong door. Impossible to contact. Delivery already cost more than the item I bought. It has now been returned to sender. They are the worst.

This review is in relation to parcel 15501866911576. I am being forced to leave a review as it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human at DPD. I will also be making a formal complaint. I was expecting a parcel to be delivered to me on Wednesday 8th May. On Tuesday 7th May I received an email from DPD informing me that DPD had recived my parcel and was putting it out for delivery. At 07.31 on Wednesday 8th May I received an email from DPD saying that my parcel was scheduled for delivery between 08.45 and 09.45 that morning. No problem as 4 people were either in the house or due to be in the house at that time. At 08.05 my brother was standing in the front garden of the house, painting the side gates. He's over 6foot tall and had the radio on. It should have been clear to a blind, deaf, drunken moron that there was someone at the property who could take delivery of my parcel. Apparently, the DPD courier didn't see him or hear the radio; DPD - please note that if your driver is that blind, deaf, drunk or stupid he probably shouldn't be driving a van on the public highway. At 08.54, I received another email from DPD, telling me that Steven would deliver my parcel between 12.56 and 13.56 on 8th May. I then got another email from DPD at 09.21 on 8th May saying that their driver had "missed me" and that my parcel would not be delivered on Thursday 9th May. Sorry, but how do you "miss" a delivery when there are 4 people in the house, the side gates are open, people are working and the radio is on? I have spent time trying to contact DPD to complain; a complete waste of time. The only phone number that is answered automatically recognises your phone number and just tells you that your parcel will be delivered. DPD offers shockingly bad service. Don't use them. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. They said I wasn't home the first day, which is ridiculous as I work from home and am always here. The second, rescheduled day, they gave a 2-6pm window, and around 7pm I called and was told that they reported the delivery was complete, which was also obviously false as I would know if I had recieved a refrigerator. Still not resolved, worst company ever!

Driver ordered for collection but went to wrong address therefore collection didn't happen. Deliveries - driver went to wrong address and delivered there I presume. No way of contacting company except via international helpline and they cannot understand me or if they manage to, there is nothing they say they can do. Just a company out to make profit at the expense of its workers and customers. Avoid if you want a stress free transaction.

The most incompetent delivery company on the planet, and I thought the bar was already low. I watched the tracking info for my delivery due yesterday (4th May 2024) for camera equipment worth over £1500. I saw the van drive past my home, onto the estate where I live. I was the next delivery. A few minutes later, I saw the van drive away. Puzzled, I checked tracking again...nothing. Five minutes later, I saw a message to say the parcel had been delivered and a photo of the bottom half of a front door, someone's feet and, presumably, my parcel. Not my feet or front door. So, not only had someone with a completely different name to mine (the one on the actual parcel!), but it was delivered to a different address with a different postcode. How??? How is that even possible? I visited the DPD website, anxious to contact them. The tracking page just kept looping around the 'congratulations, your parcel has been delivered', with no option to notify them that it really hadn't! So, I tried their WhatsApp link...nope, the link was broken. I then found the number elsewhere and sent a WhatsApp message. No human, just an automated system telling me how sorry they were. Then I rang their CS number. Spoke to a lady in India who took the details and put me on hold.... In the meantime, my front doorbell rang...a gentleman stood there with my parcel. He explained it had been delivered to his address and the same thing happened with someone ele's parcel last week. Thank goodness for honest people!! What a truly awesome thing to do. So, in a nutshell, a random stranger got my parcel and managed to deliver it to me when DPD, supposedly the experts in parcel deliveries, failed not only to check the name, but also the street and postcode. Did the driver just pick a random house?? So, moral of the story is...DPD are bloody hopeless and I'd never deal with them again given the choice!! Buyer beware.
