Yet another awful experience of being let down by DPD! Their online tracking tells you they are on their way when they are not. They then make out that they tried to deliver when it is blatantly untrue. They were posting online at 8pm that they were still a dozen drops away. Then suddenly they change the post to say that they attempted to deliver at 6pm but nobody was in which was quite untrue. Really shoddy and unprofessional.

Awful! Promised delivery at a very specific time slot. Didn’t arrive. Then received another text giving another specific time but again nothing turned up. Since then, no communication, no delivery and no apology. A total waste of my day staying in for a delivery that never happened. Unbelievable company that shouldn’t be allowed to take charge of peoples parcels. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT USE!

It's an appalling courier. They shouldn't exist and should disappear as they only stress customers losing people's parcels. I live on a first floor and they left my parcel in the parking outside and they dared to say "successfully delivered" . A very expensive parcel that I never received because the smart, hard working courier left it outside. If your service is to leave items outdoors don't bother to come here. You don't delivered anything you just drop them in the middle of the road, creating caos and stressing people. What service is that?

So I get the email with an allocated time slot for delivery and I make sure I'm home all day just incase it comes early.....then the husband phones to say he'd received a text to say that they'd attempted to deliver said parcel but nobody was home to receive it. Funny that as I was sat on my bottom watching out of the window for pretty much the whole hour and sometime before and after(just incase) and nobody turned up let alone knocked the darn door. Apparently a card was put through the door too, this clearly is online or completely invisible as that too is not there. Fuming is an understatement. If said driver returns tomorrow remains to be seen.

the driver I wont name him here, comes in a non DPD van and just leaves my parcels outside my front door without ringing the bell even when i am in. (I have a video ring doorbell). I order PC components from overlockers as I build PCs as a hobby. This driver is leaving thousands of pounds of delicate PC hardware outside my front door in the rain, sometimes the first I hear that I have had a delivery is a email from DPD saying my parcel has been left in the front porch. now I don't have a front porch my door leads out onto a main road where apart from wet parcels they could be stolen. I have now phone the DPD customer complaints department twice they promise that it will be sorted out and nothing is done. 5 parcels now from overlockers just left outside in the rain totally easily costing over £3000. I have informed Overclockers that I cannot now risk ordering from them again because they use DPD who I am sure is a very big DPD customer, they are disgusted that the parcels are not being delivered properly obviously because if one gets ruined by the rain or stolen Overclockers will be my first point of contact. I always thought DPD were the crème of couriers always on time delivery's and reliable. Now I don't know if the driver is subcontracted i expect so seeing as he is not in a DPD van or uniform. It makes me very angry that DPD customer services are not taking my complaints seriously. that is why I am leaving the appropriate feedback and i will be ringing them again shortly. below is just one of the parcel reference numbers so far I have 5 with video evidence. By the time i get to the front door the driver is is his white van at the end of the road otherwise i would confront him as to what he is doing. I am expecting a DPD delivery anytime now from overlockers so I will be waiting to see what he does now as it is pouring down with rain.

Failed to deliver as couldn’t find address the first time. Second time only two items were delivered, when there should have been six in total but they’d marked off all delivered. Rung customer service which was a nightmare. Girl on the phone was cocky, arrogant and rude. Got another delivery the next day but still one item missing! Rung Amazon told me to contact DPD, emailed DPD who then told me to contact Amazon seller. Amazon customer services advised to file a police report as the item was stolen. I would never trust DPD again.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. AVOID USING DPD. THEY CARE NOT ONE JOT FOR THE PROBLEMS YOUR HAVING WITH THEM. CLEARLY SHOWN IN THE HORRIFIC REVIEWS THEY GET. NO STARS WOULD BE RIGHT. A JOKE.

I was home, my door was open, and I was sat near my door, I received an email saying failed delivery my order will be available from a local pick up the next day, I spoke to customer service where I was told Amazon had requested this, I have an anxiety disorder that prevents me from going into shops, and explained this, eventually she said the depot would contact me, which they didn't, and then I received an email saying it was ready to collect from the local pick up. I phoned again the customer service, and was told they tried to deliver I wasn't in, and that the location was correct, and I had to collect the parcel. I was in, at home, near the door, no one tried to knock, or deliver my order to my address, really upset, and worried about future orders arriving. For year DPD was very reliable, Chris was the same driver and was very friendly and really great at delivering, but haven't seen him since June, and there have been issued since then.

Useless beyond belief. I received an email on the day of promised delivery saying 'unable to deliver'. Why? every other delivery service can find our house! Why could'nt they!? Useless.......They did not attempt another delivery as stated, and the goods have now been returned to sender. Stress !! do not use this company.

Shockingly bad service. Inaccurate information via their app, which is a useless piece of promo sh*t run on chat gtp. Support team that doesn't speak English. Parcels either don't arrive, are re-directed or are delivered to the wrong address. Oh I forgot – they are improving their carbon footprint by making people pick up their own parcels 'on foot or by bike' (their words)! What moron writes this stuff? Any company hiring DPD are risking permanently tarnishing their business by relying on this lot to deliver their produce.

I am absolutely appalled. We have to entrances to our building and the courier refused to use the second entrance which can clearly be seen from the photo they took. Veselin (name of the courier) is absolutely awful at delivering our parcels. He willingly holds onto with any cause ans I have complained about this before and the same thing is still occurring. DPD you need to sort this out. What an awful courier company!!!

From stepping on my property to leaving my property the driver was on my property for 16 seconds not giving me any chance of getting to the door, says he came next day and didn’t even step foot on my property as I have 5 motion detection cameras to prove, customer services are very poor and unprofessional,

Absolutely the worst of the worst. Some very incompetent people that wouldn't want to help even if they messed things up not once but twice. First of all the driver mixed up the street completely sending a picture of a house with the same number as mine but on a different street. Second I received a phonecall from the local depot saying that the driver would be back later on but never showed up. Now if this was something minor wouldnt bother me too much but I explained this to lady who called me that it contains an engagement ring and I was supposed to leave Austria today. At least they could of offered me the option to go pick it up myself but no, they had to mess it up even more. If you are looking for a reliable company DO NOT USE DPD UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE DELAYS AND ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS. And no DPD I don't want your excuses. You will be contacted by our solicitors to reimburse all payments/plans that you messed up. You should dissolve the company if you have no idea of what are you doing,

DPD have been dreadful almost every time. This last time, we were expecting an IKEA delivery on the 12th of December. We were duly notified on the 11th, and no one showed up. Same notice the next day, and the next, four days in a row. All unanswerable and no phone number. We were at home the entire days with other visits and package deliveries. No doorbell ever rang from DPD. Today, the last day, we got a note saying they'd 'missed us' (???) and the package was being returned to IKEA. It sounds as though they misrepresent their role in the 'missing'.
