DPD has got to be by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They fob you off every time you try to contact. Give you as little information as they possibly can. Not to mention only deliver your parcel when they can actually be bothered. Awful company ran by a bunch of idiots. Place needs closing down.

The package was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, however the driver attempted delivery at the wrong address, I know this because the picture he attached to the failed delivery was not my house. I called DPD customer service and they told me they would attempt to deliver it again that day before 8 pm, but it did not arrive. I was told it will be delivered the next day. I saw the delivery driver approach my door. He scanned the label from his pocket, took a picture of the front of my house, and started walking off. I managed to stop him, he told me that he hadn't been given my parcel as the depot could not find it and they told him to take the label, scan it, take a picture of my house and record it as an attempted delivery so they can at least be paid for the attempted delivery. I spoke to DPD over the phone again and they spoke to the depot and informed them they could not find my package that morning. This is very disrespectful, If they had lost my package they should have informed me and not made false attempts at delivery just so they can get paid. After theyve been caught out the cancelled my delivery and somehow magically found the package to send back to the sender. I think they just scanned a return label and faking a return which will magically get lost so that they dont get caught. Does anyone know where i can make a formal complaint?

Truly one of the most incompetent couriers in Greece (and that speaks volumes). Unable to find the most simple delivery address, lazy and simply awful customer service. Having made hundreds of orders from Amazon and then delivered through the many terrible Greek couriers this company is in the top three worst couriers you will ever experience. You have been warned.

Why a joke. If I could give it minus 10000 I would of done. The driver went to a completely different address even when using my post code. Took picture of the address he went too LOL. I called customer services and he spoken to the driver which said he went to the wrong address and will deliver before 5pm which is when his shift is over, also the guy who I spoke to over thr phone said that he will keep track off it and keep me updated. Will nothing happend. Ots now 6:08pm and no parcel, no communication from customer service which is an absolute joke. Went to call them back and it said that my parcel will be delivered thr next day. Seriously now. I will name and shame this company all over social media which I am very good at, as this has to be the worse delivery company I've come across. A joke is a nice way of saying it.

Delivered once then returned to sender Their app said at depot after 1 delivery I purchased next day delivery 8 till 12 said oops something wrong then tryed another day same thing happened Been charged 2x £9 99 through their app for no service as parcel returned and was not at depot Contacted customer service tryed to fob me off saying no payments taken and refused to give me ref number for complaint seems their policy to fob you off to bank Even tryed for me to contact the sender lol Keegan ther customer service Sarcastic and not helpfull when shoukd be concerned there's a flaw in the system now I have had to raise dispute to bank for return payments alarm bells should have been noticed with 2 transaction for 1 failed service I have contacted sender to say anymore delivery's hss to be royal mail or lose account will never ever use dpd again it's even theft

They do not deliver after 15 hour! I'm working and have no one to get the package.Ive sent an email to ask for 16 hour ! Guess what! They gave no sh......it on that! Called customer service! Hahahahàaa! They gave me an "Retreat point address" that already 3 years ago CUT the collaboration!!!!REASON?!?! THE WAY DPD TREAT EVERYONE!!! Call again customer service!!! Guess what?!?!?? Gave me another address!!!!Where!?!?! No mens land!!! I'll see tomorrow!!!!! PLEASE!!! BEGG YOU!! IS THERE SOMEONE HAVING AN IDEEA TO STOP THIS FRAUDE STAY IN BUSINESS??????? Meanwhile,my stuff is WHEREEEEEEEEEE????????

Horrible experience,the driver parked in disabled bay and wanted me to come down to pick up my parcel ,I told him that I have a bad back and am off work . I struggled to come down ,the driver then drove wrong way on one way road (Coleridge Way ) to give my parcel . I had already told the contact centre about my bad back and how they tried to deliver it to the wrong address yesterday . I don’t know how are these people allowed to drive vans as they don’t seem to be aware of driving laws at all .

I would give no stars if possible. I was given a one hour time slot , driver tried to deliver one hour earlier than that time slot. I phoned and person I spoke to said he would contact the larkfield depot to contact me to re deliver today. They never phoned , they just re arranged the delivery for tomorrow. But they had said that they spoke to me. I phoned again to complain further. Spoke to a manager who said she would try to contact them to get delivery for today as the driver tried to deliver outside of the time slot which goes against company policy. I have been given priority delivery of before 12 tomorrow ! When I have a one hour time slot which was not followed please tell me where I have been helped or given great customer service , because right now I have been given no help at all I feel like I have been given a real disservice today. To say I am really not happy is a true understatement right now

Worst delivery company ever. The drivers lie about the delivery. They say you are not home/office so they cannot make delivery but they don't even try to be there. When they have many deliveries they just skip your delivery for that day and put a wrong info the system and it becomes your fault if the package is not delivered.

Given a delivery window and drivers name ..this window was then changed along with 2 more delivery drivers ..the last one of which apparently "missed us" we had waited in ..all day!!

Delivery was supposed to be today between 11.15 and12.15 ,I have been messaged to say I was not in at 11.55 ,I guess the driver was too busy to stop ,you really are useless.

Parcel ref 6694648679H, order no PW4846 refers. I was given less than 4 hours notice of a ‘delivery’, and despite having left a note on my front door asking for parcel to be left by side gate, it was taken to my town centre Matalan, and dumped there, where I’ve had to collect it today, 13/05. The plastic wrapping has been split open and the parcel and contents were filthy. It looks like it had been thrown on a very dirty floor, and to treat peoples goods like this is disgraceful. I have complained to the sender, and will never order from a company using your delivery service again.

Absolutely terrible company would never use this company for anything, they are lucky that you have to give a star otherwise I would give nothing. This company delivers on its own agenda and the drivers are damn lazy they forget you can track the parcel from your phone. Yet this company gets away with everything if I were you use ROYAL MAIL or PARCEL FORCE

⚠️Honestly, I’m starting to think DPD is just having a laugh at our expense. ⚠️It’s like every time I’m expecting a package, it’s a toss-up between getting a box that looks like it’s survived a wrestling match or you just sitting at home, staring at the door, and realizing no one’s going to show up. The drivers must be juggling too many deliveries because they keep marking items as ‘not delivered’ even when I’ve taken a day off work just to make sure I don’t miss it. And there I am, waiting for a delivery that’s playing hide and seek. But wait, it gets better. When you ring up their support team, it’s like talking to a brick wall. They’re all sweet promises, saying the delivery guy will turn up later the same day. Spoiler alert: they don’t. It’s like they vanish into thin air! So yeah, not impressed. its so shame I cant choose delivery apart DPD, the company I'm ordering from keeps using them service. If you have company use UPS FEDEX even ERVI is better than this one

If I could give 0 I would. All week being told they tried to deliver my parcel, when going online it actually was 10-20 minutes before time frame when I would get the notification that they tried to deliver. Finally contacted dpd after 10 calls with different people telling me the same thing "we will get it send back out the next business day" wait in all day, take unpaid leave from work fir no parcel to be delivered, get told the driver rung the doorbell and knocked, I was by the door the whole time. They just lie to you, ended up cancelling my parcel through the direct company as I'm not able to take more time off work just for it not to arrive. Very ride staff and hang up on your when you try and talk to you, they talk over you multiple times and don't actually listen to your concerns, tried putting a complaint in and got told that they don't have a complaints team.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Can’t find my house and uses that as an excuse not to drop off my package. Not a call or anything, and the customer service is atrocious! It’s a team of incompetent people.

I'm sat on my balcony waiting a delivery from DPD,they delivered to the Travelodge next door but didn't even come near my gate but sent me a message saying I wasn't in and had to collect my parcel from the local store tomorrow,I was 2 yards away from their van!!😡

Never get to your address, uploading photos with different locations stating they couldn't reach out to you. Customer service don't know either what to do, drivers don't give a penny. I do understand everyone wants to go home as soon as possible. Just miss all the customers and let's enjoy a coffee.
