Waited for parcel to arrive and can see on the app tracking that the driver had arrived into the estate, but left with no attempts to deliver the parcel or call me. When I called customer support for assistance, they only said to call them again tomorrow. However, the customer support assistant Onezwa was very unhelpful, and half way through the call she started speaking to her family in another language whilst I was still connected for 5 minutes (she did not mute the phone so I could hear everything), and offered no apologies for this, only saying she had system issues as an excuse. Extremely poor experience and I will avoid selecting this company to deliver all my parcels in the future.

My daughter posted a parcel next day delivery on Friday 28/06/2024. It is now 03/07/2024 & we're still waiting. Now unless I'm wrong the days run:- 29, 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. So that's 6 days late already despite the extra charge for next day. Absolutely atrocious,3 days spent waiting in for it & can't get to speak to a live person when you phone. I would ideally give minus stars, shame it won't let me

DPD delivered my parcel to a shop and not to my address. Rang DPD they told that I needed to contact the supplier and make a claim. I was disgusted to be told this. The person who signed for the parcel did not exist. It was left outside a shop entrance with no indication why it was there. The manager found the parcel and could not find a sticker on it to indicate where it came from. Fortunately a member of the public shopping in the store told the manager that she knew me and gave him my telephone number. I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. I am a pensioner, and has caused a lot of worry and stress. I asked for the manager to contact me but did not receive a call.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Service from DPD Delivery Company I recently had the displeasure of dealing with DPD, a delivery company that has consistently provided a subpar experience. In the course of this year alone, I have had a total of 12 deliveries from them, and to my dismay, not a single one arrived as promised. One incident that particularly stands out is when I discovered a parcel left abandoned on the side of the road, a whole mile away from my home. Thankfully, a vigilant neighbor spotted it; otherwise, it could have easily been lost or stolen. This blatant lack of care and responsibility in handling deliveries is deeply concerning. Moreover, DPD proves utterly unreliable when it comes to urgent deliveries. They simply cannot be trusted to deliver on time, especially when time-sensitive matters are at stake. This unreliability has cost me both time and money, particularly when essential items for work fail to arrive as expected. Attempting to address any concerns or issues with DPD is an exercise in frustration. It seems that the company's customer service is entirely automated, making it impossible to speak to an actual human being. This lack of human interaction only exacerbates the already frustrating experience of dealing with their consistently poor service. Considering the numerous mishaps, untrustworthiness, and woeful customer service, I strongly discourage anyone from using DPD for their delivery needs. If you value the safety and timely arrival of your packages, it is best to look for alternative delivery options that prioritize professionalism and reliability.

Worst delivery company going! - posted a mobile phone back to Vodafone UK using them (Vodafone's choice of carrier not mine!!!) - it's been scanned several times through their system and since last Friday has been in Birmingham - where apparently there has been a 'delay at their sortation facility' - upon checking with them today - have been advised that they can't locate my parcel and I've now had to go through the drama of trying to resolve with Vodafone UK.. I'm guessing the reason they can't find it is because one of their light fingered employees have helped themselves to it.. literally the only plausible excuse as it was packaged well, label was fine and has been scanned several times and it can't suddenly just disappear - DPD clearly comfortable with the fact that they employ scummy thieves who help themselves to parcels.

Often get messages saying 'sorry we missed you' or ' We tried to deliver' when home and nobody even rings the doorbell. They make zero effort and can't be trusted

Not delivered on the day with comments that Adress not findable. This is not the first time that this happens with DPD. No other postal/courir service has a problem. No contact details and mails are not getting answerd. Please do not use them if at all possible as this is the most unreliable company

WORST COMPANY THEY LOST MY WHOLE 30KG PACKAGE I HAD THE DRUVERS NAME AND EVERYTHING AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING I LOST ALL MY CLOTHES NWVER USE THIS USELESS LOGISTICS COMPANY NEVER NEVER NEVER

They say I have missed their delivery 2 days in a row - sending 2 separate pictures of doors that are not mine. Customer service is useless. Do NOT Use

Extremely bad service, don't deliver the items, don't show at the address and send a note saying we missed you. If we call costumer service we have a rude, unprofessional . DPD you are a joke

Absolutely awful company. The customer service support work from South Africa! With the manager telling saying she was too busy to talk to me after my parcel went missing! The South African lady that I spoke to really didn’t care where my parcel was. The pared was pet drugs which my dog needs for a brain tumour. Without them he will fit and possibly die. I paid for next day so I could take them on holiday with us. Instead they turned up 4 days later. The woman did not want to help, I was literally begging for help. South African customer service who were trying to call a depot in Leeds England! What the hell! The frustration was infuriating.

Was upstairs in the bathroom , missed missed the driver , i contacted straight away and said i would have to wait 3 days for next delivery , just talked rubbish on the app , awful customer service

Terrible company with incompetent people working, only received part of my delivery which was left on the neighbours because they couldn't find my door, you should not disturb people to leave delivery witch is not theirs unless people give authorisation for, no one wants to get disturb by an incompetent driver to take a delivery from a neighbour that we don't even know. Also they come second time with the rest of the delivery and again they couldn't find the door, what a waste of time, why don't you take all my items in one time instead of taking 2 times, it doesn't make any sense. What a incompetent from this company from management to drivers 😕

Terrible service. Waited twice for a parcel to be collected then got told both times the driver had been and the parcel wasn’t ready. Utter rubbish. Customer service do nothing. Just say that they’ll let the depot know and call back. Then they don’t.

Sat in all day waiting for a package to be collected for my daughter, Pushchair that needs repair. Original message from DPF saying will be between 10am & 5pm. Kept tracking and said later said it would be between 15.35 & 16.25. Driver never arrived. at 16.35 checked tracking it said they arrived and someone told them they had nothing to be collected. No idea where they went, it was not to us. Phoned DPD to contact driver and make sure he was reading correct address as it was in tracking notice, only to be told driver had finished for the day and nothing they can do. Very annoying had changed all our plans to be here for collection. Not even an offer to rearrange collection DPD lady just said sorry it is down to us to contact shop where my daughter bought the pram, who now have to contact Icandy, Icandy then have to contact DPD to re arrange??? When the actually mistake was DPD!!!!!! not good enough terrible customer service.

My package was to collected from York train station, lost property. This did not happen, conflicting information. This was rearranged for collection Monday 24th June 2024. This was successful and photo sent. Delivery was to be Wednesday. Yes the driver arrived, 6pm. He searched for the item but could not find it. I agreed to wait for him returning later around 8.45pm. This did not happen. Next day I was told it was in the euro Central depot, Scotland. Thiscwould be dollevered today. Another day of waiting. Two phonecals. 1. Assured that it would come and the manager would phone me within the hour . Nope. 2. Call advised me package would now be delivered tomorrow. No time etc given, only heartless constant apology. I am now 3 days of waiting for a package, 1 pink backpack . 4 if you count the one last week. I am left anxious, angry and thinking thought of never getting this back. I ask one question, would you wait 3 days worrying about your package. Tracking Number 159768142243452
