“Rubbish Comany, said i was not in , checked my cameras after the message and the driver did not stop or attempt delivery. Looked at the web site and the photo was outside a differant house with a different name, just the same postcode. Rubbish Company avoid”

“Cant even add a minus star to this buch off idiots.cant or wont even put a small package through that great invention the letter box.ended up being sent back to suplier,the worst company ever.sooner royal mail takes the reins again the better.do yourself a favour,keep well away from these clowns.”

“Today the courier should pick up my package (I'm doing a return). I'm at home all day, someone knocked on the door (at a different time than the DPD courier was supposed to arrive), I put the baby down and went downstairs, when I opened the door I only saw a white van driving away!! Seriously, couriers knock on the door and leave right away??? What incompetence!!!”

“Given delivery time of 12.57 to1.57 3.30 said parcel had been delivered to Lane.My surname is Wild.I had stayed in all afternoon and nobody called Lane here. Despicable, avoid like the plague. AMAZON DELIVERED ON TIME. What are customer services doing. Cannot recommend.”

“I have since discovered my parcel was delivered by ANGILO to the wrong address and was not advised of this.The delivery information is false and I did NOT receive the item as reported by the driver.I would suggest never to use this service. Roger R.”

“I should have read the reviews before using this people.DPD has ruined my Christmas.All goods bought from Nigeria worth £500 gone down the drain just like that.They are still investigating it and my friends said once it gets to that ,forget it.Why are they still existing as a company?This is ridiculous.”

“i got a message on the app saying im next so i was waiting for the driver only to get another message saying sorry we missed you the driver took a photo off my front door from way out in the van to say he had been to my house but i have a doorbell camera and there was no one near my door and no card to prove hewas at the door dpd driver didn't even try my house and it's not the first time either.”

“I waited in for my delivery yesterday, allegedly 17.38 and 18.38 on 21 December. It didn't arrive and on the tracking there was a note to say that Laurentiu was running late but would deliver my parcel yesterday evening. INeedless to say it did not arrive. This is not the first time that DPD has failed to deliver to me, especially when my slot is after 3pm. I am expecting my delivery between 4-5pm. I hope it does.”

“When i read other people complains I would repeat the same as I experienced several times the same thing. Service is disaster, customer support even more. Never use DPD, there are other companies which are far and by far more reliable than DPD which if I had power I would close that company imediatelly”

“I can reiterate what Nick Pain has said below . The same happened to me. Tells you it’s a few stops away ..doesn’t come and then says attempt made ..not home ..complete rubbish. They even had the cheek to say neighbour refused ! Customer services talk to you then when you get to registering a complaint they say they can’t hear you ..phone must be faulty and cut you off! This company should be closed ..they are a disgrace”

“Ordered three times with DPD next day delivery and they have NEVER arrived the next day. Twice they have claimed, they 'missed me' when I was in the house. They did not even show up at my address and just claimed they missed me because they did not have time to deliver the parcel. The other time, they just said cancelled it for no reason other that they just could. What a disgusting company this is. How it is even allowed to operate is beyond my comprehension.”

“They own "The worst delivery" award. They never attempt to do the address delivery. They just tell you you were not home and deliver it to the pickup point on the order side of the city .... When you call "customer service", they tell you it's your fault, and they can't do anything about it. They can't cancel, return, or change the delivery address even if they haven't dispatched it yet.”

“DPD didn't set up a tracking number. The delivery address can't take anything without the number. I can't get my order. That didn't stop them sending me a shot of the driver pretending to hand over the parcel.”

“Yet another awful experience of being let down by DPD! Their online tracking tells you they are on their way when they are not. They then make out that they tried to deliver when it is blatantly untrue. They were posting online at 8pm that they were still a dozen drops away. Then suddenly they change the post to say that they attempted to deliver at 6pm but nobody was in which was quite untrue. Really shoddy and unprofessional.”

“Awful! Promised delivery at a very specific time slot. Didn’t arrive. Then received another text giving another specific time but again nothing turned up. Since then, no communication, no delivery and no apology. A total waste of my day staying in for a delivery that never happened. Unbelievable company that shouldn’t be allowed to take charge of peoples parcels. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT USE!”

“It's an appalling courier. They shouldn't exist and should disappear as they only stress customers losing people's parcels. I live on a first floor and they left my parcel in the parking outside and they dared to say "successfully delivered" . A very expensive parcel that I never received because the smart, hard working courier left it outside. If your service is to leave items outdoors don't bother to come here. You don't delivered anything you just drop them in the middle of the road, creating caos and stressing people. What service is that?”
