Absolutely pathetic useless delivery service. 3 different drivers on 3 different days managed to mess up the "delivery" then lie about it afterwards. They take pictures nowhere near your door and just drive off. No phone call to say they are outside and cant deliver despite the fact they have my phone number as they text me on it to give me a time slot. I rang this fraud company twice now (costs money) and gave them a very specific set of instructions to gain access to a complex of high rise flats and they assured me the driver would be supplied this info. The intercom system for the main gate is manned 24 hours a day. I watched one driver not even press the button and take a picture behind the gate and then the following day he gets in but parks up in the car park and just takes a photo of my flat block from his van then drives off. The third drivers picture is 100 yards up the road. If you contact their website they give you an option for a possible redelivery but will be left on your doorstep or with the nearest shop like wtf? Anyway eventually on the 4th attempt it arrived faulty so i had to waste more money ringing them. its a new phone i entered into a new contract with the phone company. They are saying its not their fault but DPDs (i agree) but DPD are claiming the item was faulty when recieved. The whole thing is a nightmare

AWFUL! If I could give them no stars I would. Leave parcels on the doorstep and drive off. They don't bother checking anyone picked it up or anything! Least secure way to deliver parcels to anyone!

Paid £10 extra to get it delivered yesterday between 5-10pm, got text and email to say it would be delivered between 5.27 and 6.27 by Peter, no apology no further information last night and it did not arrive, why? . You must stop telling business's you can deliver on time when you clearly cant and customers like me are getting charged for a service not provided

Yet again driver lies about attempting a delivery, when no attempt was made. I'm sat by the front door. He detent come here. The company places the drivers under such insane pressure they have to miss deliveries.

Parcel is late - None of the tracking numbers supplied in the various email are recognised on their systems. Experiences like this remind you to always check who the courier is at the point of sale, that you can request someone else. Anyone else..

I had a cut-up orange waiting for Lateef; thinking he was going to be as professional and kind as Takunda. I told him I had no feelings in my arm - he left me struggling with 25 kilograms - he did not ware a face mask. Most unpleasant. I could not catch-up with him to give him the orange. Please send Takunda in future !

A parcel was sent to us with one digit wrong on the postcode, But otherwise a full address. Our village is the only one of that name in the country! Did DPD deliver it or send the parcel back to Germany? Could not even get close to a customer service member and their automated response was pathetic. One star too many!!!

The parcel was slit open very carefully, then left outside the house. Going by the delivery time, position on photo etc it could only have been the driver/assistant.

They simply don't want to deñiver the package so they invent that nobody was at home. They don't call you don't send you SMS saying that they are coming and they have a non working phone number where if you say that there is a problem with delivery file a complaint online. This is for Czech Republic DPD

DPD are now on the same level as Hermes and Yodel. Their service use to be next to none and totally on form. Paid extra to have a replacement phone from 02. Was told it would be here on 23rd Oct in the morning which changed to 6:11pm and 7:11pm, never arrived then received a message stating unable to deliver and parcel had been returned to depot, although we sat outside waiting for them. Following day called 02 was told it would be delivered on Sunday 25th, nothing again. Called 02 and was told Monday as DPD do not deliver on Sunday. Monday 26th came and no phone again. At this point blood is boiling. New delivery 27th before 10:30am, and messaged received stating 8:30am - 10:30am. 10:40am messaged received being delivered to another address......back to 02 again no it's coming to your requested address. Reminded them it was due before 10:30 it is now almost 11 and nothing has arrived, only to be told that they cannot guarantee a time slot. it is now 15:38 and although I have seen the DPD van drive by twice the phone still have not arrived. DPD DO BETTER...YOUR DRIVERS ARE BRINGING YOU DOWN!!

Pitiful excuse for a delivery company. A)parcel containing £1.6k of computer equipment was delivered to a completely different postcode, signed by a man with a different surname. B)Called DPD after seeing their “your parcel was Successfully delivered “message. They contacted the driver to retrieve the parcel which he was luckily able to do.I expected him to deliver it, but was told he had to take it back to the depot,”Because it had been scanned as delivered “. C)Requested the parcel to be delivered next day(Saturday).Waited until midday and called customer services, was then told “We Cant deliver it as it’s a next day delivery which is only Mon-Fr.Then told it would be delivered on the Monday. D)Monday midday and no parcel.Ring customer services and was told they would speak to the depot(Portsmouth)and call back. When customer services called back I was told the delivery would be in the next hour.Another call 1/2 hour later and was told “Sorry that was for a different customer and I can’t tell you when you will receive your parcel”. E)Start smoking again. F)Still waiting you incompetent 1/2 wits.

Taken day off work to wait for a delivery. I was messaged to give my my 1hr time slot, then I got a message to let me know driver was 30 mins away, then one to say I was next, so I sat in my front room waiting to leap to the front door - and then I got a message saying sorry we missed you! Photo on the app is of a grass verge opposite my house that is obviously taken when driving by! I contacted via the chat and explained the situation and was rung by a lovely lady from the depot who spoke to the driver who was adamant that he had tried to deliver my parcel but would turn back and deliver later - hours later - no parcel!

Just had a parcel delivered. Driver came in without a mask (despite walking past 3 signs that said no entry without a mask), said he didn't have one and refused to go outside with parcel because "I've brought it in now and only need to take a photo". DPD is sending staff out without facemasks and then they are refusing to leave when asked to. It's not surprising thousands of people have died needlessly of Covid with this kind of selfish attitude.

Timeline - promised delivery 23 oct, paid next day delivery. 23 oct driver mike tries to deliver to a house not even in my road and takes a photo of the front door that isn't even mine, or in my road. Called customer service and depot, they promise delivery 24th!! 24th OCT Same driver mike, I can see him on your tracking live map a few mins from my house, he then drives back to depot!!! no attempted delivery. Call customer service and depot and assured delivery today (Sun 25th), got a message confirming arriving today, and your tracking also says delivery today, then changes to there's an unexpected issue in my area and won't be delivered til 26th!!!!!! There are no issues in my area, I think in fact driver mike has stolen my parcel and you cant find it. What the actual hell is going on, Driver Mike needs sacking, has he in fact stolen my parcel!!! DPD you now have the same credibility as My Hermes, totally unreliable and you lie all the time. Please don't waste your money with DPD, THEY DONT DELIVER.

If I could give minus stars I would! Absolute shambles of a company. Nine out of ten parcels from them in the last few weeks have had issues, either late, left with random people, left in the street, left in the rain, put in a dustbin, on bin day, the list goes on. I now will not deal with any company that uses them as their sole delivery partner. What makes it worse is there head office couldn't care less.
