The worst experience like from soviet era.awful people. It repeatedly resends you to tracking app when this shows that it has been delivered while it has not been delivered. Whole website redirects you repeatedly to this tracking page. They st9le my parcel and I can't do nothing with this. Awful!!!

Left a note to leave the package in the secure lobby. Lots of boxes from different suppliers, just not mine. Now I have to wait 4 days and pick it up.

DPD seem to be the most laziest company I've had a disc pleasure to deal with... what should have been a simple next day delivery turned out to be a nightmare with them repeatedly lying saying that they'd attempted to deliver a rather large parcel... in the end I gave up and rang the company I'd ordered from and said I no longer wanted the item as it has been 3 days.. DPD lost this company income and I'm sure they're losing other small to medium businesses income

I was expecting a Vodafone package on the Thursday-then after some phone calls I received email to say it would be Friday after 12 pm and that i would have hour slot confirmation on the Friday after 11 am by email. That happened and i was told between 1.30 pm-2.30 pm. It arrived not much past 1.30 and the tracking was accurate. The delivery guy was very polite. I can only give this 3 stars though because it was a day late and i had paid the extra for quick delivery.

Terrible attitude towards customers, no effort from drives, didn’t know they hired photographers as I got a nice picture of my front door instead, I have been waiting for 2 days as the parcel just was not delivered on the original day stated even though they promised it would be delivered that day. so I’ve lost 2 valuable days waiting for these muppets and now I have to wait till Monday. On top of that their tracking system is a lie I was delivery no8 when it got to delivery no6 I got a message saying you weren’t in it’s a joke!!!!!!

I'm a small business owner my suppliers unfortunately all appear to have contracts with DPD things got so bad I emailed all of them earlier this year informing them I would arrange my own courier for my time sensitive and delicate items. This resulted in my receiving a hour+ phone call from a "Your complaint has reached the highest level" customer service operative. a couple of months age one supplier sent my stock automatically, by DPD and it seemed for those couple of deliveries that promises made to resolve my issues had been kept. Alas my hopes shattered the old DPD are back and seemingly worse than before. Only when you have dealt with DPD can you appreciate how fantastically brilliant are HERMES, YODEL and UPS The worst thing about DPD is they believe Customers do not have a choice as was told me during my Hour+ phone conversation.

Terrible delivery company now. We used to have a really good service but now deliveries never turn up and we have wasted several days waiting for a delivery that never come. I think they are hoping for people to start doing collections. Now checking which courier company people use prior to buying as won't buy anything with DPD.

I paid for next day delivery for my order, 3 days later they have still failed to delivery it. On the first day my slot was between 13:40 and 16:40, The driver was running late and the business address closes at 1700, so I waited until 20:00 as it said my parcel would be delivered by 20:00.... it did not get delivered but instead taken back to the parcel depot without giving me any update when they had my email and phone number for point of contact. on the second day I was told it would be delivered by another driver between 16:10 and 17:10... again the business closes at 1700 and no delivery was made before this time so I called customer service and I explained the situation and they put my parcel for VIP delivery and would be delivered between 0800-1200, this is now the third day after I paid for next day delivery. So I got an update at 10:25 this morning via text that Izzat would deliver my parcel between 1100 and 1200. Then I get a notification that he has attempted delivery and the pathetic excuse of proof of delivery of a black screen where I can assume he has take a picture against his arm or the seat in the van, absolutely not attempt of delivery was made as there is people working outside and inside the business address. so I still have no parcel 3 days after paying for next day delivery.

Totally dishonest and misleading. I had a priority delivery date booked and paid for with retail store. DPD messages me an hour before delivery stating that I had changed the delivery date which I categorically did not. Their customer services were completely useless. Package never delivered. They literally sent me a message stating that I had requested a change when this was not the case … dishonest and poor business

Absolute joke of a company! Delivers my parcel, leaves it on the front door, doesn't ring my doorbell, and drives off. Bearing in mind I'm not home, had he rang my RING doorbell I could have advised him to leave somewhere safe or to come back, however, I get the notifications it's been delivered, and get home to find it not there! GREAT! I call them, and apparently, nothing can be done!! it's not their problem as the agent kindly said! And the proof of the photo is my parcel on my doorstep, NOT an Open door (which their terms mention). So now I'm out of pocket! F****K you DPD!

Yet again no delivery after waiting all day. Driver running late and then drives past the end of our road back to chelmsford depot. They employ cheap labour who will not stay late if running behind. Next day delivery is a joke with them. Now they say my parcels are going to Argos in Chelmsford. I am in Sudbury. DPD has so gone down hill.

AVOID AVOID ABSOLUTELY USELESS. If you enjoy sitting at home waiting for a delivery that will never arrive please use this company otherwise avoid at all cost. 1st delivery attempt -- Received a delivery time slot stayed home waiting for delivery received a picture of the house at the end of the road with a message " sorry you wasn't home and we missed you " will reschedule for delivery tomorrow, spoke to customer service to be told they had checked the drivers live tracking could see he never attended correct delivery address instructed him to reattend and to ring me with time slot, I continued to wait and wait until 6pm and nothing. 2nd delivery attempt -- The following day received a delivery time slot stayed home waiting for delivery received a picture message this time of a REAR GARDEN GATE from a house 5 doors away, with the same message as before sorry we missed you and you wasn't home! Who has a DOOR BELL on their REAR GARDEN GATE for guests/deliveries??how did the delivery driver even know what number property he was at?? Tried calling customer service and was closed being a Sunday afternoon. Checked online tracking on Monday to discover that my parcel had been returned to sender?!? Thought DPDs policy was after 2 failed delivery attempts they hold your parcel for a following 7 days for recipient to arrange another delivery date or collection for one of their collection points. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AND USELESS

Another experience of poor service from DPD. What's the point of giving a delivery time when you won't deliver the parcel at all! In this instance apparently the driver got delayed and delayed again and then decides not to deliver the parcel at all. Then we get a message that the parcel was delivered at 7.45pm at an address that's not mine. I call and am told that's a wrong entry and I will get my parcel then next day. The following day there is no update on the app. I call again and am told I will get my parcel. I wait and again no show. Then later in the day the app states the parcel is on it's way back to the provider! Why would you do that? This has happened before too! Completely the worst service and I use Evri, Yodel, amazon etc who don't mess you around like dpd does. Date of experience: 13 September 2022

Three expected deliveries from DPD, all failed. The first, was left at a collection point 10 miles from home; DPD claimed no one was in. There was. Second delivery was tossed over our front gate when they were given clear instructions to leave at the front door (the gate is at the end of a 300m lane). The package got soaked. The most recent, I received an email confirming delivery when in actual fact there was no attempt at the delivery, and it was returned to the supplier. The supplier assumed I had returned the item, I hadn’t. We live in the countryside and never have a problem unless DPD is the courier. They are totally useless, and cannot fathom why companies use them. Very, very unprofessional. Avoid.

I was emailed to say my parcel would be delivered on a certain day, they said they would send a 1 hour delivery slot, that never came (you don't always get one so that's no surprise, the drivers just turn up when they feel like it). The parcel never arrived and I had to ring customer services to find out what happened. Only then did they inform me, at 8.30pm, via email, that my package would not be delivered that day. I had taken time off work, avoided going out anywhere and wasted a day because of these fools! When you complain you get the standard answer, you don't have a contract with us, get in touch with the seller. Until this changes we will never see an improvement with DP'D.

Avoid these cretins . The driver delivered to our door , took a photo and drove off. We was in. We rang the office to be told the driver would drop it at the end of his round after they told him to deliver it today. 7 '0' clock we received an emailike " we won't deliver today we will deliver Friday. " Why tell us you're going to deliver then do the. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The wors service ever 3 days passed and still my parecels not delivered and in the depot. THye just don't phone and don't care NEVER USE DPD UPS delivers without an issue. These guys are useless

Dreadful. Goods arrived damaged, with about 1 liter of liquid leaked out of the box. (it was 2 x 5 litres of stabilizing fluid for building work) Photographed on the door step in such a way to hide the damage done. I complained, and was told that it was not my position to complain, but the senders. can't email them, just wait on the phone for a long time. Rude youngster on the other end of the phone using my first name after asking, but not waiting for a reply! Told me he'd worked there for 3 years and he was right. This is all recorded I hope.
