Terrible service. Tried only on 2 occasions to deliver the parcel and returned to sender immediately!!!! They lied to me at the call center that they were attempting to redeliver.

Waiting 2 days for my parcel. And when I check the tracking number I get a message saying that they tried to deliver and there was no one at home, when I sat at the window all day waiting for the package. and nobody came, no possibility to send them a email or phone them, talk with anyone about the situation, horrible service, the worst service ever.

Any company that delivers through DPD already has a red flag from me. The worst courier company there is. Not only have I taken the day off work to wait for a very important parcel, but I am watching the driver through my window, park in front of my house and not even bothering to knock/ring the doorbell, but instead he left a flyer saying that I was not home. By the time I ran down the stairs to catch him he had already drove off. And now I receive a text saying that they don't re-deliver and that I have to walk 30 minutes to their closest drop off shop. I have called to complain because I have paid for this service and they apologized and said there is nothing they can do about it. Horrible service, scamming people of their money. Shame on you!

DPD Is lying regarding Parcel pick-up and delivery just so you feel like they have everything under control. When something goes wrong they won't show up, they come up with some ridiculous reason like there was no parcel to pick up or something else just to put you off apologize, and reschedule the parcel pick up until they have some driver around to do a job. That could take 1 day or even 4 days in a row. Being a big company doesn't mean they are reliable. Prefer DHL and Hermes since I experienced this serval times.

Absolutely appalling courier company, parcel was supposed to be delivered last week re-arranged for monday and still not delivered, lied to not once but 3 times on the phone about the location of the parcel and delays of driver shortage in the area when door bell footage shows vans passing everyday delivering in the area, arrogance personified from Hebburn depot manager about parcel with thousands of pounds worth of good being lost or stolen probably the latter by the looks of the parcel scan movements on the app and not even the slightest wiff of an apology, give your money to evri or yodel parcel might turn up broken but atleast it turns up unlike the thieving black hole of DPD hebburn depot

Any future deliveries i received will NOT be coming from DPD How can this company get it so wrong with 5 days delay on a next day delivery that's worth hundreds of pound to allowing drivers to mark the delivery as no one at address when clearly they can't be bothered driving to the delivery address to delivering to the wrong address. Clearly this is not a one off when i read your company's reviews and clearly your company have forgotten your delivering on behalf of someone that's contracting DPD to make that delivery The only reason I've given the one star is you have to press it to submit a review

Dishonesty throughout the whole of dpd to the drivers who done deliver items, then are rude and abusive to customer visiting them when shouldnt whilst under investigation. To the dishonest lot investigating the complaint who magically close the case without actually investigating or keeping you informed. Wouldnt trust them

Delivery did not take place. Driver did not knock on the door but took a picture of it. He did not try neighbours who were also in. This is the second time in 4 weeks that this has happened with a DPD delivery. You chatbot service is slow and condescending I have now arranged that the company I deal with will use another courier service

Unbelievable bad service. On delivery day, rearrange it to collection on the next day. Whey didn't delivered it to the collection point. I called them a few times, at the end they found my parcel (very expensive one), promised to deliver it before 7pm. 7 o'clock, I need to go to work, the parcel isn't here. And next week I'm at work with out any chance to call them or collect the parcel. I'm very angry.

Delivered parcel to wrong address, I had taken an afternoon off work to collect the parcel as there is no weekend delivery service, then I cannot contact anyone! So frustrating šŸ˜–

Opened the door when the doorbell rang and found the driver walking away. He turned when I called but refused to give me the parcel as "I'd missed delivery". He said he only gave a minute for me to answer but it was less than that. He actually spent more than 5 minutes arguing with me. Very rude and unhelpful and, when I complained by phone, twitter and live chat, I got no help at all. Don't use these people.

I've given one star but only because Trust Pilot have yet to introduce an "Wouldn't touch with an electrified barge-pole" rating yet. I have video evidence of a DPD driver walking off with my mobile phone package on the 13th October after having previously taken a photo of it sticking out of my letterbox as proof of postage, but then taken it back out again. He then changed the proof of delivery to handed to customer. Once again I have video proof of this not happening nor have they come up with a photo or signature of this happening. I've told them, but to date not heard a word, yet I'm still paying IDMobile for the privilege of using a phone someone at DPD has stolen! ID Mobile know but have done nothing either.

Absolute abysmal service, had a text saying that the package wasn’t delivered due to no one being in, that was the first lie. The second one occurred when I was informed the following day that the parcel was delivered with a random picture of someone else’s front door and a parcel that was clearly too small to be the item I purchased. When I rang customer services and queried it and to track the whereabouts of the van that afternoon to ascertain where my parcel was I was assured that someone would ring me back that afternoon, that was the third lie. I rang back the next day…. again and was informed that the parcel was back at the local delivery depot, (which incidentally is only 4 miles from the delivery address), and would be delivered by close of play on the following day, that was lie number four. I’ve since then not been able to contact customer services as they’ve logged my mobile number and now put me through to an automated service which tells me to use their website before ending the call. When I’ve tried contacting them from another phone and enter the parcel number I get put through to the same recorded message. Do not entrust DPD with your deliveries or collections, clearly they are not focused on customer services and don’t care whether your items get delivered or not

It went wrong four times. My first parcel from FFX tools was damaged by DPD a replacement was sent. DPD misplaced the parcel the driver tried to give me someone else's parcel. He left but he marked the delivery as me not in. I called the number off the app the lady told me she had spoken to the drive he was on his way back. An hour later he came back took a picture of my front door and marked me as not in again. This resulted in the parcel going back to FFX. FFX were brilliant and sent another tool straight away. DPD gave a slot 7am -10pm. Waited in for the parcel at 9pm the app updated status that the parcel had been delivered and the old unit collected. Absolute shambles I am now getting a refund from FFX who have done nothing wrong in this nd will purchase else where with someone that doesn't use DPD

Useless! Put 2 'we tried to deliver your parcel' cards through door. Tracked them but they had been marked 'return to consignor requested' Not by me they hadn't! Then I was unable to click the redeliver button. Can't even store a 'safe place'. Why do companies use these idiots.

Got a text for a dpd driver to collect my parcel on Friday, it read, ā€˜ your Swindow driver will collect between 11-12 Driver arrived at 11:58, which was sent on behalf of there bridgwater depot which didn’t have a collection label printed, said he forgot to print it, but took the parcel. Then days later my parcel gets lost in the system and dpd starts sending other drivers to my house saying sorry we couldn’t collect your parcel on Friday we will collect on Monday! I phoned up dpd Birmingham customer services 5 times, 3 times cut off, they will investigate, promises to phone back but nothing! Went down to dpd Bridgwater and explain the situation and spoke to Kayleigh and she said we didn’t send a driver on the Friday so you must of been scammed, you need to report it to the police! Off I went and thought but how would they know the collection details, the driver had a dpd collection pad and uniform? So I went back down showed her the emails and etc and she sent out her manager. She did some digging and promised to phone me back Zhanet and email me back but nothing no phone call or email and wouldn’t even answer my calls or email! Enough was enough I emailed there director of dpd to get a lady email back called Becky who deals with the directors emails, she did some digging and talked to various managers in depots and miraculously another manager from Bridgwater Leah phoned me like I’ve won a consolation prize yesterday your parcel has now been found after 5 days in another depot in the lost section! I said due to the fault of the collection driver who didn’t put the collection ticket on when he should, she went silent I said and who’s covering my out of pocket expenses and loss of earnings? No reply and the directors secretary says they don’t cover this so I will get my route of action to cover this! DPD YOU ARE A SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!
