Horrible people. I paid extra to get my parcel redelivered the next day and they don't know what happened to it. Don't trust DPD with anything, let alone important packages.

had a delivery expected today and was told a time slot to then get a message to say the tried to deliver (even though I was at address) I then called DPD to be told it was address error and I said no then was told in fact the parcel is still in depot so will not be out today then got a Manager to call pointless I would advise not using as all you get is a call centre in India who struggled to understand or help

LIARS! Stayed at home for a delivery that NEVER came! After the designated ‘1 hour’ slot, received an updated message that delivery wasn’t possible as “the receiver couldn’t provide the PIN number”?!?!? No one even attempted a delivery and I have a Ring doorbell. Called DPD and it just leaves you on hold. Tried the WeChat and that’s even more USELESS. Called the sender company who spoke to DPD who assured that the driver would be sent back today. At 1951hrs checked tracking and it stated the item was being held in the local depot! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS!

Avoid DPD at All Costs! Avoid DPD at All Costs! If you want to save money and avoid frustration, use any courier service other than DPD. Yesterday, I waited the entire day for the driver. The assigned driver, ZEESHAN SAEED, falsely claimed he was here (a complete lie!) and even uploaded a picture from a different area, not even in our district. Perhaps he was just too lazy to come to the actual location. This morning, the DPD manager assured me that the driver would arrive by 11 AM. Yet again, no one showed up. Due to this delay, I lost £100, and DPD still hasn’t resolved the issue. If you value your time and money and want to avoid unnecessary problems, steer clear of DPD.co.uk. Choose a different courier, as dishonesty seems to be part of their service from top to bottom!

If i could press a button for this whole company to stop exsiting i wouldn't hesitate. If this button would kill all the people that run this company i would press it twice to make sure it works

Message to say the driver could not find address when we have regular parcels from dpd delivered so clearly not true. What is annoying is that there is no one you can ring to talk to. What muppets they are

Bogdan stated he had been to my address and stated it was empty. I was there all day and he had not come. Sent a random picture of nothing to state he had tried to deliver. Bogdan is a liar and couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel. You cannot give zero stars. 30 minutes on the phone to customer services (20 minutes to speak to a human) by that time Bogdan was miles away

Shocking delivery service!!! Bought a Microwave and a Crockpot from Curry's paid to have them delivered on Sunday, dpd was the courier. Got a message and a photo saying on the dpd app that my packages had been received by me! They had went the wrong door. Complained on the app and still waiting for a response. I'll never use dpd again. They are "SHIT DELIVERY COMPANY"

Hiya don't use this site cus it's no good bad company they say deliver to u house or flat but they make u right don't show up just take pick near by and than say u wasn't in its stupid company do not use this company use other companies for deliveries

The problem with the drivers is that they haven't got a days work in them. They're obviously allocated an amount of jobs and as soon as they're done they get to go home. Everyone I've ever dealt with has had a terrible attitude with one even kicking the parcel to me that I caught him leaving outside after I managed to get to the door within 10 seconds to catch him closing my gate and he came back to take a picture with the door open. I've never known a more arrogant bunch of people and the thing is they all seem to have the same attitude. I'll always choose a different company than DPD if there's one available in the delivery options.

Made sure I was avalible and near the door for a delivery, then I get the "Sorry, we missed you notification" and the picture they took was NOT of my house. Even with the lables clearly seen in the photo that they were at the wrong house. And this was with a Friday delivery as well.

Absolutely shocking and disgusting company. I arrange a Samsung delivery for today and get my 1 hour window. I check the tracking and it says he is on parcel 66 and mine is 72. 1 minute later as I am sat looking out of my window I get the message "sorry we missed you" ?????? So I phone them and they apologise and say yes he was in your street but 87 metres away and they get intouch with local depot. I am then told they will phone within 15 minutes and the driver will return. I wait over 30 minutes and no phone call, so go on chat to be told delivery will not take place until tomorrow as he missed me !!!! Absolutely furious with them. Driver too bone idle to deliver followed by the call centre lying to me Managed to get the order to be redelivered today before noon. Got up this morning to find it had been changed to Friday 20th before midnight!!!!! After speaking with them they really are a joke. They blatantly lie to you. It is now rescheduled for Monday....we will see!!!!

Was waiting for my delivery within the 1 hour window, the delivery guy never even showed up and I was told I missed the delivery, which is impossible.

Parcel didn’t arrive on three occasions - first & second time said could find address - I line on a main road !!! Third time driver send pic of my neighbours house , although I was home but didn’t even go to their door either ! Pick was taken from across the street while driving past ! If you want your parcel to arrive don’t bother using DPD !

Driver left package unattended in St George’s hospital. When I rang customer service the person other end was not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager would call me back. No one called me back.

There is no active Live GPS, no notifications, no reachable customer support, delivery takes too long to arrive. Reaching out to DPD won't help with anything.

Most certainly did NOT 3 times I've had 3 NON deliveries each time had the LIE text sorry we missed you the last time even had a photo of my street RUBBISH I would not buy anything that would use this company

Was advised delivery today between 10.18am & 11.18am . As at 14.53 today there is till no sign of delivery;can`t get through to the Depot but advised by someone at what I presume is a call-centre acting for DPD that they will not promise me I will get my goods today !. I should mention that on their order tracker they have been advising me all day that the delivery is `running late` but will be with me `shortly` so to continue waiting .

Just had the worst service possible from this company. New customer sending a package to be collected from my address, seems straightforward enough. The driver due to pick up between 9.30-10.30 had the audacity to lie about his pick up time for collection as I was in waiting all day and if most certainly didn’t turn up if the vehicle is tracked then someone can confirm this. Then spend most of the day on the phone with numerous customer service representatives and all their false promises. The local depot in Leeds was supposed to call and didn’t, this was escalated to depot manager who was supposed call within an hour which came and went. Followed by yet another call! I was promised the driver would collect by the end of his shift and guess what, he didn’t. Rang DPD to put in a complaint to their complaints team who were to call within 2 hours and guess what, they didn’t. Never encountered such awful service, the lie about the driver coming to collect it was the start of this awful situation but no doubt many others have no doubt experienced the same. That’s a day on the phone I’ll never get back!

Terrible postal service. Several times now I've stayed home awaiting my package but they never ring the door and just say they couldn't deliver the it. Then they send it to a pickup parcel shop that's not even closest to you, and there's no way to put up a favorite parcel shop for them to delivery it to, even if you make an account on their website. Avoid using this service at all costs.
